"Hey, do you know where Annabeth is?" I ask Piper.

"Go away! You're so annoying and clingy! She probably hates you." she replies.

"Okay, whatever." I reply.

Man, I wonder why everybody is so on edge today.

"Hey, Dad, how's Atlantis going?" I ask my dad.

"It is Lord Poseidon to you, boy. I hereby disown Percy Jackson as my son!" he said, as thunder rumbled.

"Why!?!?!?"

"Because of what you did!"

I walked around camp, and saw two people kissing. I eavesdropped on them.

"Why are you dating Percy Jackson. Dump him! He didn't save you from Tartarus, did he?" the boy said.

It was Douglas, my half brother, who is a legacy of Apollo.

"I don't know, I'll dump him today."

"Annabeth?" I said, my heart breaking.

"Percy! This isn't what it looks like!" she said.

"I DID THE TWELVE DEEDS OF HERCULES FOR YOU. I EVEN WENT TO APHRODITE AND ATHENA TO ASK FOR THEIR BLESSINGS TO MARRY YOU. I FELL INTO TARTARUS FOR YOU, AND THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT ME? BYE ANNABETH, BYE!" I shouted at her, throwing my ring as everybody gasped at it.

I created a 50 foot wave and a hurricane. They tried to stop me, but I vapor traveled out of the room.

All of the monsters had been disappearing from the woods. It all started when Percy Jackson disappeared five years ago, leaving his little brother. Those things just can't possibly be related.

"Daughter! GO find out what is killing the monsters, and bring it to Olympus." Zeus rumbled.

"Yes, father."

We set up a bunch of traps and waited.

Suddenly, one sprung.

"We caught him!" the hunt yelled.

Then all of the other traps sprang.

"You'll have to do better than that to catch me!" a laughing voice said, jumping on the tree tops.

"Styx!" Thalia cursed.

"Don't worry. I put a tracker on the traps." Artemis said.

Suddenly, the boy came and was looking at the traps.

"High quality, yes. Too bad they're this bad. I expected more from the hunters." he said.

I shot an arrow, and he grabbed it, and chucked it back with equal force.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"I'm The Hunter."

With that, I put a rope around his legs.

"Aah, you got me." he said in a bored tone.

I tried to pull of his mask, but it wouldn't budge.

"I'm Percy Jackson!" he said, breaking out of the ropes.

All of the hunters tried to shoot him, and he caught all of their arrows and returned them.

"We found Percy Jackson!" Artemis said, dropping the boy on the ground.

"Good work, daughter."

"Just so you guys know, I allowed myself to get captured." Percy said in a bored tone.

"really, lets do a competiton. One round Bow One round sword, and one round neither." Artemis said.

Percy conjured up a bow, and shot Artemis faster than the speed of ligt. She teloporteed awy frm the blst, and usd her pwers evn tho its supposd to b no pwers.

Then she shot him

Then he brought out his sword and beet her.

Then they fought with knives, and he one!

"I'm now the guardian of the hunt! I'm 2 pwerful, yada yada yada." Percy said.

Pheobe shot him with an arrow.

"Hey, Percy?" Artemis said.

"Yeah?"

"I think I'm in love with you." she said, and crashed her lips into his.

Nevermind she took an oath to be a maiden goddess. Nobody cares about your opinion, Aaron!

Then they lived happily ever after.

If you're ever writing a cliche, add some twist.

Do not make Kronos and Gaea rise again, they're scattered in Tartarus. Nyx is also widely used, but not in Hunt fanfics.

I get that you really want to break up Percy and Annabeth, I really do. But please, make your story believable. Artemis is a maiden goddess, so at least wait for the end of the book to pair them.

If you rush it, people can tell. Character development takes time to happen. Slow down, take some time planning what you're going to do.

If you're writing a cliche, make sure the reader knows what they're reading, but don't give the whole plot away.

If you don't know how your story is going to end, try to think of how you want it to go. Plan out what you're writing, because nobody wants to read a cliche story that is just random thinkings of the author. Planning also helps you see if you would want to read a story like this!
