《A Melissa x Midoriya Fic》33: A Problem for the Future

I wake up and realize I'm in Izuku's room, but with no Izuku. I wanted to wake up and call him 'Zuzu' to see his reaction, because any reaction from him is adorable, in my eyes atleast. I get up and look around, there was little to no sign of him. I had several assumptions, a few were scaring me, but it was so early and I'm to confused on why there was only signs of me in his dorm. Then it clicked that he may have put me in his room and he went into my room. I snicker to myself at the thought and grab a pair of short-shorts I left here not long ago and a big shirt of his, but it fit normally for me, for obvious reasons. "I'll never know the pleasure of wearing a lover's oversized shirt. Curse you Mom, for these boobs that everyone loves," I say looking at my chest on looking back on my words with a 'wtf' face.
I walk over to my dorm building, while getting looks from the boys of UA and my support class, which made me regret the shirt. I made it to my dorm, I was and wasn't surprised at what I saw. It was Izuku, but he was spooning with a body pillow, where he got that is beyond me. I had several pillows but not a body pillow. I go to shake him awake and he looks at me very confused, then realizes he was spooning a body pillow. "Wait, when, where did, ohhh. But where did the pillow come from?" He said with confusion, realization, then more confusion. "I have no idea, I don't have a body pillow." "But it smells just like you." "I don't want to know if that's an insult or compliment. But where did the pillow come from?" "It was a compliment, and let's just say it was a surprise present from someone," he said getting up and looking at the shirt I was wearing.

"Is that-" "Yes it is, and why do you have an over sized shirt?" "I don't, but it seems to fit you perfectly," Izuku questions and we both add something up. "That's my pillow," "This is my shirt," we say at the same time. "But it-" we also say at the same time. We shrug it off and head down to my dorm's kitchen. We eat and he checks his phone and realizes he hasn't talked to Uncle Might. He gulped the last of his food, gave me a peck on the lips and ran off. I continue eating and a certain mechanic-fanatic sat next to me. "So, it's you and Midoriya. Would never have suspected," Hatsume says tinkering on something. "Yeah, we're a very happy couple," I say with lack luster because it was still early morning and I still haven't drank my coffee even thought it's right there. "Doesn't seem like it. But I trust you," Hatsume remarks as she continues messing with a few circuit boards.
As I run through the halls, I text All Might saying I wanted to talk. He replied and told me to meet in the usual spot. I was the first to be there and I only have to wait a minute before he walks in. "Woah, you're early Young Midoriya, must've really wanted to talk. And I have a feeling I know why," All Might says sitting down and pouring some tea for us. "If you think it's about the quirk copying villain Infinite, then you are correct. That guy has been haunting my mind for the past few days," I say leaning back sipping the tea.
"Listen. Young Midoriya, I have known you for about 3 years and I've seen how you as a person react to things like these. You will freak out, talk it out, than train for when it happens. Personally, we don't need to have this discussion, because I know you freaked out when it happened, I was there. It's pretty clear you've talked it out, most likely with Young Melissa. So, you'll train until the bridge that is your next encounter with Infinite is crossed. Did I get that right?" All Might made a speech while drinking and pouring himself some tea.

"I-I guess you did. Well, I think we can end this little meeting," I say standing up. "Wait. It's been awhile since we've had an actual talk. Come sit, tell me about you and Melissa. I haven't seen much of it," All Might halts me and sips some tea. "Since when do you care about relationships? Especially mine?" I ask sitting back down. "Well I see you as a son and I never had a true relationship of my own so I wanna know what it's like," he says leaning forward. "Well, my mom is single if you'd like to get to know her," I jokingly say. "No, I think my first impression on her wasn't the best thing around." "Neither was my dad and she still went out with him and had me!" I respond and we laugh and continue talking.
**
I spent the day around the school doing the usual crap. Doing homework instead of eating breakfast, eating breakfast in first period, so on and so forth. Along with finishing the Full Gauntlets and giving them to Izuku, saying that they'l allow him to use 100% of his quirk. Though, he said he wanted to talk to me about something after school in the courtyard. I got a little anxious at that, but all I can do is hope that it's not a break up. If it was I'd start wondering if Izuku was a player because he rebounded off Uraraka to me.
Upon entering the courtyard of the dormitories, I see Izuku and Uncle Might. I hug them both as they sit me down. They explain all about their quirk being One for All and I was confused and asked several questions. They did their best to explain but they couldn't fully for reasons they don't understand themselves. "I was planning on telling you later, but I thought it was sooner or later and decided it would be best now and not our honey moon," Izuku says sheepishly with All Might 'oooh'-ing. I hug the 2 and say, "Well, I wish you would've told me sooner! Could've upgraded the Full Gauntlets even sooner!" I grab both their ears and they repeatedly say 'ow'. "Note to self, don't get in the way of Young Melissa's inventions," Uncle Might says rubbing his ear. "Yeah!" I huff and pull Izuku with me to the dorm so I can cuddle my frustrations away.

Haven in a Dangerous World (Old)
Devin McMullen. Female. 18. Single dad. Dead mom. Good in fights and little else. No friends. Or, at least, that's what she's always been. Now, she's not sure exactly what she is. She's never been one for reading fiction, or anything for that matter, but this feels like something straight out of a fantasy. Her newly acquired instincts, however, scream dungeon core. Whatever that is. Unlike most dungeon cores, though, she's missing something very important. A dungeon. Stuck out in the open, above ground where she's definitely not supposed to be, with not a cave in sight, or any other land form besides miles and miles of ice and snow, Devin's not sure if she can survive. Update: Big caveate, though, just so you know. Started with this one idea and ran with it as far as I could. Characters and plot suffer from it, but I'm proud that I wrote as much as I did. I will rewrite this at some point and make it so it actually has plot. Check out my wordpress © [koallary] and [Haven in a Dangerous World], [2017].
