《A Melissa x Midoriya Fic》25: Lock Down

I wake up a few hours early so I could have a breathe of freedom before the lockdown. When I walk down, Kaminari was passed out on the couch with everything wrapped in plastic with a bottle of Febreze in his hand. I fill my thermos with coffee and walk outside. Aizawa was out there with a face mask on for some reason, so I walked up to him, "Hey Sensei, waiting for the lock down people?" "Yep. Boring as shit," he says drinking coffee. "So, what'll happen? They'll incase us in metal like in the movies?" I ask leaning on the window next to him. "Only the windows, doors, and anything that could be an exit," he says putting his mask back on. "So the whole building?" "Yep."
About 15 minutes of talking later, some construction guys came over, so I took one last breathe of the morning air before walking inside. Kaminari was awake and Bakugo was ripping off the plastic and plopping down. Todoroki was just staring disappointed, I'm surprised he isn't that worried because his quirk is really strong and it'd be bad if it ran rapent. I just hop on the counter drinking my coffee and scrolling through my phone. About 5 minutes later, the construction started and within minutes everyone was down stairs annoyed or scared because they remembered the reason why we were going on lock down. "Has the Liberation Front come to take us down?" Mina askes horrified. "No, just going under lock down," Shoji replies pointing to a window, which were now encased in metal.
Within the next half hour, the whole building was encased in metal, except for the vents. Personally, I was freaking out because of my mother coming to visit me in the worst way possible. Hopefully she won't bring in the others from 2-A.

I was kinda sad when we got put under lock down because I was going to miss an appointment with Dr. Devamayi. Though I was shocked to see something out of the corner of my eye. I saw Dr. Devamayi walking over to me, "Dr? What are you doing here?" I ask freaking out like I saw a ghost. "Just visiting my favorite patient and my son of course," she answers starting to hover. "Wait, your son is a UA student?!" I ask even more freaked out. She nods and looks around before. She snaps and I see Shinso appear on the couch, "WAIT! Shinso is your son?!" I ask while screaming. "Yeah, yeah. I was wondering when you'd 'visit'," he says standing up and floating towards us yawning. "Wait, Devamayi, Shinso? How does-" "My dad was a douche but I kept his name because I liked it better than Devamayi," Shinso interrupts me. "And you can change it back anytime my beautiful baby boy," the doctor says hugging Shinso. "Sadly, I couldn't put you 2 on a blind date. I was going to do it after our appointment Ochako but this happened so," she says letting go of Shinso and crossing her arms.
"Wait, so Shinso is your son, and you were going to set me up with him?" I ask dumbfounded still. "Yep, you seem like an unlikely pair, yes. But I can see something there..." Dr. Devamayi says cryptically. "Yeah no. I can tell almost immediately she's not the one for me," Shinso says sipping coffee. "Agreed," I say putting my hands up. "Whatever, I just hope you'll find the ones for you. Anyways, I'll see y'all later," Dr. says while kissing Shinso's forehead and disappearing. Everything returns to normal and no one cared to notice either of us just standing in place for 10 minutes. "You ever think-" "We'll never be together. See ya later Uraraka," Shinso interrupts while walking away. I go to sit down next to Deku with Melissa cuddled on his lap sleeping. "Guess she didn't sleep much last night~" I say teasing him. "No, she just likes to sleep. Weird for someone who invents like crazy. But it makes sense since there's no more school for a while," Deku says holding her close with her head in the crook of his neck. "I suppose she's trying to catch up on sleep," I say looking up. "Yeah, she's usually up late working. Luckily Power Loader doesn't suspect them to work at all over this lock down. Well, except for Hatsume," Deku says looking over to me.

Kaminari starts to freak out again over Tsu sneezing and Aoyama saying 'bless you' very dramatically. Sero tapes up Kaminari and puts him off to the side. Everything gets peaceful for a good amount of time before speakers go off in the corner of the room. "All Might here. For those panicking about food shortages or resources being gone. We have it covered so you shouldn't worry. The Sins are keeping Japan, especially UA, safe from the Front until the raid happens next week. Also, Kaminari, stop freaking out, no one wants to hear it, take an example from your more calm classmates. All Might out," he says as the feed leaves. "Oh, so that wasn't a warning that we were under attack?" Mina askes from under a chair cushion. "Of course not," Yaoyorozu says while reading.
So far in our class's freak out, the girls are scared of the Paranormal Liberation Front but are usually calm because of everyone's strong quirks. Kaminari is freaking out because of the virus, Mineta is also freaking out because of the virus and freaks out from time to time saying he's never gotten a chance to cop a feel. Then he'll usually run towards a girl for him to be wacked away by their lovers, except for me, Jiro, and Mina, but Sero's been close to her lately and Jiro isn't dating anyone in the class so she's sad that she won't meet him for a while. Which means I'm the only one single because I'm sure Mina and Sero will be a thing soon (). I just hope I'll meet someone soon, maybe someone not Shinso, I'm still bent up about Dr. Devamayi saying we'd be a good couple.
