《A Melissa x Midoriya Fic》16: Judgement

It was breakfast and I was texting Melissa while eating some cereal. Mineta and Kaminari were giving me death stares, again, a few of the girls were 'ooh' and 'aww' ing, and Bakugo just scoffed at me before texting Kirishima. I was seeing how she was doing that morning and wished her a good day before putting my phone away and finishing my cereal. Todoroki walks up to me and waves to Yaoyorozu before leaning on the counter. "So, how's it going with Melissa?" he askes while looking to the ceiling then me. "Pretty good if I were to say. How about you and Yaoyorozu?" I ask sipping some juice. "I'm not so sure. We've been together for a while, but I'm terrible with emotional stuff like that," he responds with slight sadness in his voice. "Well ask if she thinks it's been going. That's what I would do. Though make it seem like you're not going to break up with her. But she's smart so I don't think you'll need that," I respond. He nods, waves then walks to Yaoyorozu, puts his arm around her, and they just talk for a bit.
He turns around, smiles and gives me a thumbs up. I start to wash my dishes when Uraraka walks up to me. "Oh, hey Uraraka. What's up?" I question finishing washing the dishes. "Nothing much. Just wanted to talk to Melissa after school today," she says in her usual bubbly voice. "Okay. I'll make sure you 2 have a talk. It's been a while since you 2 talked right? Last time was in I-Island if I remember correctly," I say looking up trying to remember. "Yep, I hope she's doing well since last time," she responds "I'd say so, but I can't read minds sadly," I say closing a cabinet. She walks away laughing and waving goodbye. Class starts soon, so I ran up to grab my bag and started to walk their with Iida and Uraraka.

The morning classes were boringfor the most part. In Modern Hero Arts class, Mineta has had enough of holding back and tried to cop a feel of Midnight. She was about to stop him but I got the hit on him and sent him flying threw the door. She gave a slight clap to me and purposely gave me a hug into her chest to make Mineta angry. She told me that after class so I wouldn't think weirdly. Luckily I am with Melissa so I didn't have anything happen. At lunch, Melissa sat with me and my friends and it was going well. Until, a certain person who loves making people feel bad comes around.
"Oh, so I see the strongest kid in class 1A is a player. Trading in the gravity chick for a bustier model. You must be a terribl-" Monoma judges before Bakugo gave him an explosion to the head. I was about to zap him but Bakugo was actually going to take one for us. "You owe me Deku!" Bakugo yells pointing at me and I just give him a thumbs up. Melissa was on the verge of crying but then stopped when she saw Bakugo blow up Monoma's face. She started to laugh a little which I found freaking adorable. Monoma survived by reacting quick enough to copy Kirishima's Hardening and activating it. When Bakugo found this out, he was even more furious. We left before what happened next, mainly because we didn't want to be a casualty in a 2-man war. She kissed my goodbye then I went to Aizawa's class to wait for the training ahead.

8 77Everyone is a Superhero! Apart from me
Welcome to Loktharma, where everybody is a superhero from birth. That makes Eugene De Lavet the most special of them all. At eighteen years old, he still has no clue what his superpower is. Loktharma has never been a fair world. There are Worldbreakers who were born to brandish the power of the universe, warp time-space, destroy lands and continents. There are Craftmasters who control the elements and terrorize countries with their might and wits. There are Commoners who are only gifted with power for the finer arts, architecture, military arts, or small-scale elemental manipulation. Even in an unjust world like Loktharma, there is always one constant: everyone is assigned a Flair since birth; the power to do something extraordinary. And then there's Eugene. He's been running around in a secluded forest since birth, training and sparring his ass off. While he can wield a blade better than most at his age, he certainly can't throw a giant boulder using the power of his mind, or turn his skin into diamonds. He has no Flair, no purpose for leveling up his stats, and no idea why General Rizeni Baggardo keeps him confined inside a forest for eighteen years. At least until Lord Pyro—the Craftmaster of Tailiah—unleashes his fury on the forest, searching for a treasure Eugene doesn't even know exists. On a frantic escape for his life, Eugene starts to realize he was a part of something he's been completely oblivious to until now. Along with his companions, Melodi and Azra, he travels the land and unveils the secrets of the world. [The story will be told primarily through the lenses of three main characters, with occasional side character POV chapters. It also draws inspiration from Japanese shounen. So only proceed if you're cool with these aspects.]
