《Please Stay[Stray Kids × Reader]》[Chapter 21] Go Out With Me

"What are you doing here-- wait no... how'd you even get in here?!" I questioned Ah Yun, who sat in front of all of us. She glanced at everyone in the room, took in a deep breath, then sighed.
"You know me gurl~, I have the skills to stalk my crushes and have access to their personal things" She tossed her hair behind her shoulder and wriggled her eyebrows with a wide, yet creepy, confident smile.
"You ... what...?" Han looked at her frightened. Not just Han, but most of them.
"I'm kidding~! Ahahhahaha" Ah Yun fanned her face with her right hand and giggled.
"She actually does it though" I whispered to the guys.
"She's crazy. Literally." I added. They laughed but softly. Soft enough for her not to notice.
"Don't tell me you actually believe what I said? HAHAHAHAHH" She laughed loudly, maybe a little too much that it almost sounded like a cackle.
"No... We don't ... aha.. ha... ha..." They denied it, avoiding eye contact with Ah Yun.
"How did you enter? The question is still unanswered" I broke some of the awkwardness that was in the atmosphere.
"You're very forgetful you know, You left your keys with me. remember?" Ah Yun held up a key with a small purple crystal-like rose keychain. I wanted to hit myself... this was the second time.. The first was when Minho and the others got in my house before it got burned down. Geez, how careless of me.
"Veeeerrrryyyy carelesss" She threw them towards my direction and I was able to catch it.
"But heeeyyy, You said that the ones you said that you'll live with were unreachable people... And wow... They really are unreachable... " She cupped both of her cheeks with her hands, tilted her head and eyed one member at a time in awe. Except for Jeongin and I. She probably got used to Jeongins face already.
"Sana all was the expression right?Ah Yun asked, her eyes still stuck on the guys like glue.

"But you-- Please explain... What exactly was THAT?" She crossed her arms and looked at me. The secret already got out, what's the point in hiding it? I can trust her right?
"So basically, Hyun Tae got into a car accident... they had to debut but He couldn't go up on stage so I had to disguise as him. And the house fire thing... yeah and uhmm yeah. That's the summary of what happened so far" I shrugged. I expected a serious reaction from Her but nope. She smiled at me with full excitement. Once again, she laughed-- no cackled. Yep, she's crazy
"huh?"
"WOW. Gurrrllll I can't wait to see HyoMin and her friends reaction if they find out that you're ALEX from Stray Kids! Like, she kept saying how your brother is better that you.. yet YOU'RE your brother, you get what I mean~" She laughed in amusment.
"Ah Yun..."
"But I need to keep my mouth shut right?" She sighed.
"I'm your best friend gurl, Trust me~" She gave me a reassuring smile. I thanked her.
____
Ah Yun and I separated from the boys. She wanted to talk in private. We entered the cafe.
"So this was what my boyfriend said--" Ah Yun started talking.
"What's the number this time?" I asked her.
"28th..." She mumbled. I wasn't even surprised.
"Oh you!" a male voice said. It was the cashier. He had a low voice. His hair was dyed blonde. The guy also wore round Harry Potter glasses, and had a piercing on his right ear. It was the same guy who delivered the cake. I recognized him immediately.
"We're meeting for the third time, it must be destiny hahah" he scratched his neck and gave a small laugh.
"I forgot that you work here... mr...." I disregarded what he just said and changed the topic to avoid awkwardness.
"Oh Tang Ah" He replied.
"Pffft--" I wanted to laugh out loud because of his name. (Tang ah sounds like tanga which means Fool in filipino).

"N-Nothing... ahahah" I just started laughing.
"Why is she laughing?" He asked Ah Yun.
"Probably some Tagalog joke or something" She shrugged.
"Tanga ... Oh wait no, Ah I'll just call you Ah..." I calmed myself down.
"That sounds weird, just call me Teuk" Teuk smiled.
"Teuk is far from your real name, why use it as a nickname?" I was curious. He paused, but smiled back after that. He didn't want to answer the question.
"How about you? Your name?" He asked.
"Lee (Y/N) " Ah Yun nudged my arm with her elbow.
"(Y/N)... that's a very pretty name " He gave me one of the warmest smiles I have seen so far. With both his dimples on fleek, his eyes curved up into moon crescents. Even his ears moved along with his eyes.
I didn't know how to respond. I stayed quiet.
"She says thank you~" Ah Yun said, pulling my arm away to a table next to the glass wall.
"He's cute" Ah Yun started looking at Teuk from head to toe, smirking.
"Planning on making him your 29th?" I joked. She shook her head in disagreement. She pointed at him then at me, after that she nodded her head like crazy.
" Dude. No. No. Not again. No. " I rolled my eyes. She pouted, disappointed with my response.
"Your order's here" Teuk walked towards us with two strawberry drinks in a black tray. We thanked him as he placed our drinks on the table. When he put mine down, he inched closer to my ear and whispered in a very low voice, "He's watching you".
I froze.
He handed me a small piece of paper secretly. But this didn't escape Ah Yuns eyes. She coughed twice. As soon as he left, "He gave you his phone number!" Her mouth that was itching to open finally spoke.
I doubt it though...
When I glanced at the small, folded piece of paper, I got nervous and hesitant to open it. I unfolded it slowly... and what I saw was... a receipt. A receipt of various types of nuts. A lot. Seriously.
"Is it his number?" Ah Yun asked with excitement. She stood up a bit and leaned forward, trying to take a glimpse of what was written on the paper. I told her to sit down, and she did.
"It's more like my death... Haaa" I showed her the receipt and her face went blank. She just started laugh-- no cackling. Again.
"I'll go give it back to him.." I got up and walked towards the cashier register where Teuk was on stand by. He was busy writing down things.
"Ehem" I coughed. I got his attention.
" What was that paper about?" I asked him. He looked confused.
" The one I gave you?" He replied with another question.
"It was the table number of the person who was watching you..." He added. Now I was the confused one.
"Explain this then" I waved the receipt in front of his face.
He stared at it , trying to focus on what was written on it. After a few seconds, he realized what he gave me.
"I-I bought nuts for the brownies that we're selling... whoops I gave you the wrong piece of paper" He scratched his neck.
"Ohh"
"(Y/N)... Do you want to go out with me?" He asked.
"Eh..?"
"Like literally outside--" He added.
Then out of nowhere, a hand held my wrist pulling me backwards. " Sorry, she's going out with me" Seungmin pulled me out of the cafe.
"What did you just--?"
His ears were flushed with red tints. He didn't look at me.
"I didn't mean it--"
"Romantically, yes I get that" I rolled my eyes then exhaled with a smile. People should really stop using that phrase though, it could lead people to a lot of misunderstandings.
"But what if we were?" He mumbled. I couldn't figure out what he just said. It was most likely to be There's a get together.

This story -despite taking place in a pseudo historic fantasy world- is based and inspired by the real world event which is called "the bronze age collapse" where most likely a combination of famine, economical problems and invading tribes which are commonly known as the "sea-people" led to the collapse of most bronze age empires. After the Long Burn
After the longest exodus in human history, a terrible accident threatens to turn the salvation of humanity into its most desperate struggle for survival. From the ashes of calamity rises a new human story. A frustrated scientist dedicates her life to recreating the Earth in alien soil, while another is gunned down for his sin and sets off a chain of events culminating in a desperate escape across the void for an opportunity at redemption. Around a distant moon a deep space miner stumbles onto a secret, the key to which lies buried inside his own tortured mind. After the Long Burn is an anthology of short science fiction stories set in the distant Ionad System. Author's Note: I thought I might try something a little different with this story. Rather than one story, it is six stories of varying length, each taking a slightly different perspective to tell a larger story. Some are more actioney, others more cerebral but I hope there will be something for everyone. Stories over 7000 words, with the exception of the titular After the Long Burn, will be published in two parts. I anticipate an upload schedule of one part every other day.
