《Please Stay[Stray Kids × Reader]》[Chapter 6] Park

"Why won't you move in the dorms with us?" Han asks out of curiosity as he placed a piece of bread in his mouth.
"Yeah, you're the only one out" Minho added stealing a spoon of salad from Chan's plate. I stared at them and stayed quiet, not answering their questions. I couldn't think of a valid reason to tell them. I'm a messy roommate? I sleep walk? I have smelly feet? What the heck should I say?! Thoughts entered my head but none of them was an excuse for me to not live in the dorms with them.
"He has terrible bronchitis. Once you sleep with Alex, you wouldn't be able to sleep at all" Jeongin said.
"But where did you get that information though?" Hyunjin brought up.
"Jeongin obviously got it from the sister of Alex, like yeah" Chan entered. These guys really know when to enter the conversations. It has been weeks yet I still find it unbelievable that the others haven't figured it out already. Isn't it a little too obvious if you were with a girl for quite some time?
"Alex, your phone" Hyunjin pointed at my dark violet with hints of black, colored phone that kept vibrating next to me. It was from Hyun Tae. I quickly moved my phone behind me and closed it. At least nobody saw the name, they were all busy talking about the new album. I always have luck with me... but when will that luck run out?
_____
"Why in the world will you call in the middle of practice you jerk!" I pulled the chair from the table then sat down.
"Sorry sis, didn't know you guys did overtime" He apologized with his eyes locked on his phone. Yeah, very sincere...tch.

"So how are they?" He asks placing down his phone on the table beside him then looked at me.
"The craziest, most unbelievably childish bunch... I don't even know how you were able to handle them" I said, jokingly making a very disgusted face. We chatted for a bit talking about things that happened lately. He kept talking about how the hospital food sucks, while I kept rambling about the craziness of Stray Kids. It went on just like that, until it was sunset. I had to go home before dark because, y'know we don't know what could happen when it's night in the streets as what Hyun Tae said.
Just as I was about to leave, "Be careful" He said with a bright smile. I nodded back , closing the door with a sigh. Instead of going home, I stopped by a park to take in some air. I sat down at one of the benches because my injury had started to feel numb again. It may be getting better, but sometimes I couldn't even move it.
"(Y/N)?" someone said from my right. It was an obvious voice that I kept hearing ever since the beginning of middle school.
"Ya, it's late. Why are you here Jeongin?" I asked making eye contact with him. He was wearing a Blue and black stripped hoodie, with black jeans. His hear was messy and looked brighter under the street light.
" Same to you" He sat down next to me. In front of us was just lined up street lights and a dark backround, the sun had already disappeared. I moved my foot under the bench to hide it , I had to tolerate the pain.
"Does it still hurt?" He asked, bending down , tilting his head looking at me. I sighed, then tried to smile. He got up, walked in front of me then squatted with his back facing me.

"I really need to do exercise, would you like to help me?" He asked offering a piggyback ride to me.
"You really have different ways to show that you care don't you?" I looked at him who turned his head around smiling. "Just hop in already my knees hurt" He laughed. I rolled my eyes.
"No thanks, I can walk by myself" I stood up then started walking-- more like limping.
At my surprise, "Let me help, just once, 'kay?" He pulled my arm around his shoulder then started supporting me to walk. "Thanks, I.N." I said.
I may not have noticed it, but I think at just one second, he smiled.
