"What happened? Why the sudden sleepover?" Ah Yun asked me. She laid on her bed, using her phone, while I sat down at the floor.
"The front door of my house was opened. Even the lights I usually keep turned on were off. I think someone barged in the house" I replied.
"Ohh... Did you call the police yet?" She paid more attention to the conversation. I nodded.
"You could stay here for a few days, don't worry" she smiled at me reassuringly. I trusted that smile of hers.
"Are you sure I'm not a bother...?" I asked her. She placed both her hands on my shoulders and shook her head ridiculously fast.
"What are friends for?" She hugged me tightly.
"Oh but, you need to move out before my mom comes back home... You know her temper..." she added with a small and shaky voice.
"Yeah, I know..."

It was already the next day. Seungmin and I coincidentally met in the lobby and we made our way to the practice room together. The elevator was out of order that day, so we had to take the stairs. On our way, we were practicing the song.
"The last note at the bridge should be like this" Seungmin sang the part reaching a note higher that what I was doing. I was surprised he was able to reach it. But I guess it is to be expected. He pointed out a few of my mistakes then helped me correct them.
"But how about this--" while I was looking at the paper with the lyrics on it, a little boy, who was about 4 feet , bumped into me as he was rushing up the stairs. I lost my balance making me fall, thankfully we were only 4 steps away from the floor, not any higher.

"S-Sorry" the child apologized and bowed down 90° towards me. I smiled at him saying it was okay.
"Kid, next time look where you're going, 'kay?" Seungmin bent down to the height of the boy then placed his hand on his shoulder. The kid nodded then left.
"Are you okay?" Seungmin asks as he was helping me get up.
"Im oka--arghh..." I hissed in pain when I took one step with my left foot. He shook his head then got my arm and wrapped it around his shoulder. We made our way to the clinic which was on the floor we were on so it wasn't much of a walk.
When we entered, the nurse wasn't there and the room was empty. Seungmin helped me sit on one of the beds then got some ice. He removed the white sneakers I was wearing then wore a painful expression when he saw my left foot. I leaned forward to look at it and it was all blue and purplish. I sighed at the sight not knowing what to say about it.
"It's okay" he twisted my foot in circles. I tried to bare the pain and did my best to hold my screams. Seungmin noticed it.
"Here, you could bite my arm if it hurts" he lifted his right hand infront of me while his left is massaging my foot. I gave him an unsure look but he nodded reassuring me.
"No, why would I?" I questioned his suggestion.
As soon as he twisted it a little bit more, I didn't hesitate to bite into his arm. He bit his lips to compress the pain, making his face do something weird. I can't help but laugh in the inside.
After massaging my foot, he placed a cold compress on the injury.

"It's okay to be clumsy but next time you should also look where you're going" he gave me a worried look.
"Yeah"
All I've done so far is to make the other members worry... I'm just pathetic aren't I?
"Rest here for a bit, call us when you need something" he typed his number on my phone before leaving me.
I stared at the bruise I had on my foot.
Where'd that kid come from though? I haven't seen him around the company for the past few days... Maybe he's just a new trainee or something...
