"Bitch, how are you not married yet?"
Naomi stared at your lovestruck state with hands cradling underneath your jaw after minutes of explaining to her of your long week with the Oikawas. Adjusting yourself to take Tetsu to school, work, make lunch boxes and dinner, and repeat is indeed exhausting. You've been more busy than you ever was before establishing your role for them, but the end of each day has shown how worth it is. A happier Tooru and Tetsu is the result.
She finally caught up since your last encounter with her, and the last thing she heard was your fight with the Olympic winner. Seeing you in a dreamlike state made her come up with other ideas on what your life might have in store for you.
"I know I said I want to be your Maid of Honor, but I don't mind you guys getting eloped either," Naomi told you eagerly and shrugged at your disbelief expression. "What? Do you blame a girl for wanting her best friend to be off the market?"
"As much as I am flattered to hear it, do not give me ideas or else I'm going to end up doing that," you sent a warning glare but also laughed at the absurd dare. Trailing back to your previous memories of Tooru's attempts in making you breakfast every morning and reward you with kisses, it was obvious that he took your damn heart and soul.
"Naomi, you have no idea that he's just so... fucking amazing."
Naomi took a sip of her iced water by your swooning face, amused of seeing her best friend being so head over heels for somebody. It was about time for to settle. "Well, you two act like a married couple already. Not many men are at their stage yet!"
You cocked your brow at her, getting the hint of envy in her tone when spoke that last part. "Is Ushijima not like that?"
"I wouldn't say he's not like that. He's not in that head space like Oikawa is. Right now, he's focused on his career," she corrected but blew a relieved sigh. "It makes sense. Your Daddykawa just want nothing but seriousness since he already has a kid."
"Well, there's nothing wrong about wanting to put your career first. He is in Japan's National Team." She nodded at your explanation which made her feel more at ease with herself. You didn't want to make this as a competition for her and plus you want to give Ushijima more credit, seeing that he's not used to dating someone who's energetic and spontaneous like her.
"By the way, thanks for inviting me out! You usually don't go shopping," Naomi pointed out while peering a single large paper bag and miniature one sitting next to each other on a chair beside you.
A nervous breath escaped from your lips once she became observant and gave you a knowing smirk. "Y-Yeah... We're going on a date. Our first date."
"How cute~... A bit late, but cute," she added jokingly, and gawked at your glowing face at the mention of your planned, or not so planned night.
To this point, you still have no clue where he might take you but his subtle hints and advice made you expect something fancy by his persuasion in making you take his card so you can splurge however you want. Of course, you have too much dignity to accept it. So, your definition of fancy is what you bought from your day with your own money.

"Do you know what he's wearing?"
"He just told me he's wearing black and blue in case I want to match with him," you chuckled. It really was his suggestion to color-coordinate. The concept itself made you think about couples in high school would walk around and wear the same outfit in public.
You were about to show Naomi your past text messages with the Oikawa about the secret plans he had made with you tonight. But before you can get the chance to scroll to the particular conversation you had with him earlier, the chat automatically rolled down at the bottom when you received a new message from him.
It was a text, and it also came with a photo.
"What is that?" Naomi's gray hued eyes sparked in interest, taking only a glimpse of the photo before you had the chance to see it for yourself. She gasped and tried to bring your phone closer but your greediness hogged the screen for your eyes only. "Is that-... Did he send you a nude?!"
"What the hell, Naomi?! I didn't see it yet!" you desperately hushed her when you felt heads turn at her booming voice in the coffee shop.
Like speed, you have to investigate the picture since her expression piqued your extreme curiosity and your finger shakily scrolled to the last message he sent. Eyes trailing instantly, the second you glanced at it, you wanted to chuck your phone out the window and go into fetal position.
"Just got off from work and about to shower," it read.
Naomi exaggerated. It wasn't a nude but it indeed had the same effect what a nude would give to a hormonal woman like you. It was a mirror selfie in his own bathroom with the recognized hair products and decorations in the back. It's not like you've never seen his chest before, but it was the fact that he sent a picture of himself surprised you - only for you to keep forever in your hoard of photo albums in your cellphone.
Apparently, he is being a tease and he knows it too well by the way he was lifting his volleyball jersey over his hard and sweaty package - let alone of the define V-shape under his loose shorts hanging lowly, trailing down to an area you can't even imagine just yet.
"[Name]!" Naomi cut into your deep thought, shoving your phone down from your gaping face. After a moment of collecting yourself, she continued to laugh at your stunned state and wavered her hand. "Honey, you really got it bad. I mean, how can you not?"
Tooru sent another text which diverted your attention from your best friend. You glanced back at your phone again.
"What are you doing right now?" Such a normal question after his rude awakening.
You spatted at her, tongue stuck out and turned your body away from her direction so she doesn't peek at your fingers tapping at the letters to his text.
"I'm having coffee with Naomi. You almost gave her a heart attack, no thanks to your sneaky picture."
"Oh, she saw? Oops." He sent two faces after - one that is laughing with tears streaming and the other is with a tongue out.
You can sense the sarcasm. He's not embarrassed by it at all that his picture was leaked. Tooru texted again.
"At least she knows how good you're having it."
This man have no shame at all like he was proud. You grouched with a deep frown, contemplating what to say to his reply but he quickly sent another to change the subject.

"Before I forget, I threw some money in your purse when you weren't looking. At least let me pay for your nails." A little heart was added after and you had to dig through your hand-me-down bag after being notified.
By your scurrying form, Naomi wrinkled her brows. "What's up?"
He was right. A wad of cash was found in your zipper pocket like he promised, and you weren't sure if you want to be annoyed or overzealous.
"That bastard gave me his money," you growled in response to her question.
Then your silvered haired friend was filled with excitement. "Holy shit, he's also SugarDaddykawa, too? You have more than just the whole package. Terushima can never."
As much as you hate to admit it, she's right. You weren't used to this treatment from anybody who isn't family.
"...So did you call him 'Daddy' yet?" And you rather not answer her nosy questionnaire.

You made sure to wax that evening so then you can feel bald and smooth like a baby's butt ready to get spanked once popped out of the womb. The dress you bought with Naomi earlier cascaded down your hips, feeling the chiffon material brushing pass your legs once you walked across your room to put on the last ounce of make up on your powdered face.
The red pigment of the MAC lipstick felt so light and moisturizing on your lips like a chapstick, compare to a regular formula you get at a drug store. Looking at yourself one last time, the door bell chimed throughout your apartment and you hurried yourself to strap your heels around your ankles to greet your date at the door.
With a swing, the brunette man stood on your porch with similar exciting features like you are. You wanted to drink in all of his appearance in but the single, long-stemmed sunflower joined by feverfew fillers, wrapped in brown paper and white twine took the spotlight.
"For you," Tooru entered by handing you the neatly arranged flowers in your hand.
With a light sniff of it, you grinned to yourself. "You brought me flowers?"
"Now, what kind of man doesn't bring flowers to his first date?" His smirk widened with a raised brow above his eye. Complete sultry swam in his voice when he escalated his sight up and down at the looks of your dolled up image. A satisfied hum oozed from his lips. "Can I have a look at you?"
His hand was opened to you and you simply took it to spin yourself around for him to get a three-sixty view - front, back, all the way around. The skirt of your black midi dress twirled slightly and then you were pulled into his chest with both eyes locked to each other. His familiar crystal water scent greeted you so openly as he peered down at your hopeful gaze with a smile.
Tooru looked absolutely handsome the way he groomed himself for tonight. The light of the entryway from the front door brightened his appearance like a halo floating on top of his head. The sharp black blazer made his shoulders broad underneath a grey cashmere sweater and a pastel blue button up shirt. His black dress pants are fitted and pressed to shape the outline of his toned legs along with leathered, black loafers to make himself taller than he already is.
His hair is also fixated in a clean cut, naturally waved like he just went to a barber's shop a few hours before. The one thing you noticed the most are his large hands - long and bony but strong fingers, thoroughly washed and nails clipped evenly. If you were to guess, he probably went to get his hands polished.
"I was planning to save this at the end of the night but I figured it would look great on you in your already gorgeous self." Despite your long stare, Tooru grabbed an item from his back pocket to present you a small baby blue box wrapped in a silk white ribbon.
You didn't know what to scream about - the fact that he called you gorgeous or he gave you a branded box of jewelry. With the black etching, you can speculate the name as Tiffany&Co was printed on top of the cardboard lid and your eyes widened.
"Tooru-... This is just-... You didn't have to-"
"Open it," he curtly offered the box to you, waiting for your reaction to see what's inside. Then you did.
By unraveling the white ribbon, your awe expression remained the whole minute when you uncovered the jewelry box. Inside, it was a dainty, seven millimeter Elsa Peretti Open Heart necklace mounted in sterling silver that shone brightly and effortlessly. Even with a dim candle, it will still reflect light from it.
Oikawa assisted you in freeing the small necklace from its clutch and letting it dangle in front of your face for you to view the full length of it. His finger gestured you to turn around so he can unclasp the hooks and let the tiny silver chain hang loosely over your neck. It was short as the heart fell right on top of your sternum, just right underneath the collar bones.
"Is this really okay?" you asked in worry, knowing fully that it is not something you buy at any jewelry store since the name held so much heritage and money. It could be saved for something far more important things like Tetsu's future. Your finger rubbed and traced at the small pendant warily under your neck. "I know this isn't cheap."
"Hey, it's alright," he said so in a soft, gentle whisper and kissed at your head in assurance. "I don't get to do this, so I want to show you my appreciation a little more. Tonight, everything is all for you."
Deeply touched by his overwhelming generosity, you couldn't believe he would spend half a grand for a mere gift, or perhaps a thoughtful gift.
Like Naomi said, Terushima can never match the standards that Tooru is raising right now.
"You're all mine," he added. Once he brought your hand to his lips, Tooru kissed at the top of the knuckle, letting himself to brush the pads of his lips brush against your smooth skin. A simple glance is all it took for him to notice the gloss and sheer pink on your bed-nails and he smiled. "Such pretty hands. What's the color on this?"
You were about to choke. How ironic of him to ask since he's already spoiling you like a child. Your trip to the nail salon flourished your mind, and the name of the polish you chosen made you want to laugh.
"It's called, 'sugar daddy'."
You knew that he was grinning from ear to ear, showing his amazement at the corny yet clever name for a pink nail polish. "I like it."
Before he guided you outside of your home, he gripped your hand tighter with his thumb rubbing at your fingers.
"Shall we go?"
You nodded and soon followed him with your cute bouquet of flowers and leathered white leathered clutch bag. Locking your door, you turned around and jolted when you didn't see his black Jeep Wrangler in your driveway but it was a white Scion FRS with tinted windows. A hue of blue light flashed when Tooru clicked a single button on his car key, signaling that the foreign vehicle belong to him.
It looked beautiful. Not too flashy or a hunk of junk, the car suited him.
"Oh, this?" he found your dumbstruck expression gaping at the bright headlights shining at your building. "I never used this car since it's not ideal for Tetsu to get strapped in. Thought it would be nice to take it out for a spin such as tonight."
"Is this how you pick up women before?" you walked while staring at the shiny hood that reflected your image and waltzed to the passenger side of the car. Humor spilled in your lungs to cover your suspicions. "Pretty cars and expensive jewelry?"
Tooru only chuckled and opened the car door for you and rested his elbow on top of the rubber seal. A playful smirk stretched on his face. "No, but this is how I pick you up. Consider yourself the first."
A faint smell of fresh mint and air freshener surrounded in Tooru's car. The interior is clean and vacuumed. After you swung yourself on the white covered seat and tuck the ends of your dress inside, he said lastly before shutting the door close.
"And you will be the last."
