Taehyung walked into his apartment at 1:30 in the morning smiling like an idiot. His friends were all waiting for him. They were worried sick about him and Jimin practically punched Hobi in his face when he tried to stop him from going after Taehyung. They were all worried to be honest since it's past midnight now and he still wasn't back and neither was he attending their calls, do when finally Taehyung walked in with a creepy smile on his face his friends didn't know what to think.

"Taehyung where the hell were you. You know how worried we were and here you are smiling like nothing happened. Did you see Kookie? Was he home? What did he say?" Jimin asked one after the other.

"Jeez chim, relax will you. And to answer your question, yes I met Kookie, yes he's at home and yes he's alright atleast physically." Taehyung answered holding his friends shoulder.

"Wait, so he was home. Then why did he lie? And what do you mean 'atleast physically'. Did he tell you why he left from college and why he wasn't answering our calls and why are you smiling like a creep?" This time it was Suga who questioned.

"First give me some food, I am hungry you know. I didn't eat anything since morning and then I'll tell you everything." Taehyung said plopping himself down on the couch.

"Unbelievable, here we are worried sick and you want to eat food. How about I feed you my sandal?" Jin asked holding his sandal.

"It's fine Jin, just give him something to eat. And Taehyung you better answer all our questions after that if not I myself will beat you up." Namjoon said calming his boyfriend down. Jin went inside the kitchen and made some ramen quickly and gave it to Taehyung. He immediately gulped it down while others kept waiting patiently.

"Please let me punch his face, just once." Jimin said to Suga looking at his soulmate.

"You can punch him after he tells us everything. Infact I'll join you." Suga said whispering. Taehyung finally finished having his food and leaned back on the sofa looking like a king.

"Now will you tell us?" Hobi asked annoyed.

"I feel thirsty, you guys didn't give me...." Taehyung couldn't finish his sentence before a sandal landed on his face.

"Let me at him Suga, I want to punch his ugly face." Jimin said struggling in Suga's hold while Jin was ready with another sandal.

"Yah Yah, are you trying to kill me. Fine I'll tell you what happened you heartless people." Taehyung said pouting. They all sat down and Taehyung started telling everything that happened. By the time he finished everyone's jaw was on the floor.

It was dead silent. Jimin kept opening and closing his mouth like a fish while everyone else were just simply speechless even Namjoon who usually has a lot to say.

"So you proposed him, while he basically told you to fuck off." Jin said finally breaking the silence.

"Pretty much." Taehyung said smiling like a creep once again.

"I think he's in shock, that's why he's acting crazy." Hobi said whispering to others.

"You're all not getting the point. I know what you're thinking that I've gone crazy, but no I'm more sane and serious than any of you." Taehyung said turning serious suddenly.

"I wanted to see him with my own eyes and make sure he's safe and I did that. I know he's hiding something. I could hear it in his voice, no matter how rude or cold he was trying to sound I could hear the pain underneath it. And I'll find out the truth, either he'll tell me himself or I find out myself, either way I won't give up. But for now I'm just happy because I am in love and it feels wonderful and I know he loves me too and I'll make him admit that." Taehyung finished talking while everyone just listened to him with wide eyes.

"I am happy for you, infact we all are happy for you that you finally fell in love. Kookie is perfect for you. You both deserve each other." Namjoon said after a while. Namjoon's words seem to have brought everyone out of their trance. They immediately congratulated their friend, after all its not everyday their friend fall in love. They knew what a big deal it was for Taehyung to fall in love.

None of them expected this day to come ever, but now that it has they were all happy. They decided to forget everything else for now and to just be happy for their friend. All other problems can wait for now.

"I never thought in a million years that you'll fall in love my soulmate. But you better not forget me just because you're in love now. I am still and will always be your soulmate, you better let your Kookie know that." Jimin said hugging his friend.

"Who are you?" Taehyung joked earning a punch on his face from his soulmate.

"Ouch, now you're definitely not my soulmate. I am terminating your contract." Taehyung said holding his face.

"Do you want another punch?" Jimin asked ready to punch him again while everyone just laughed at their silliness. And that's how they spend the whole night laughing and teasing each other. None of them slept that night. They knew they were gonna look like zombies in college tomorrow but for now they didn't care.

It was 6 in the morning when they decided to go to bed. They all decided to just crash at Taehyung's apartment. Taehyung was in his room getting ready for bed. He got freshened up and changed into his pajama before getting into bed. He smiled thinking about his kookie.

"It won't be long before you'll be in my arms again my love." Taehyung promised himself before falling asleep with a smile on his face. It was 10 in the morning by the time they all woke up and got ready for college. Taehyung was eager to get to college. He was missing his kookie like crazy. As soon as they arrived, he ran inside.

Classes had already begun since they were late, but who cares. Taehyung made his way to Jungkook's class and looked inside. But to his disappointment he wasn't in the class. He kind of expected Jungkook to not show up today, but it still didn't stop him from feeling disappointed. It means now he has to wait to see his baby. But it's alright, he'll wait. For now he just decided to go to his class. It was during lunch when they all met up.

"So what's the plan?" Suga asked as soon as everyone was settled.

"Well we know for a fact that Jungkook was fine when I left him in his class. He attended the first two periods, but skipped the 3rd period which means something happened during that time after which he left college. We need to find where he went during that time." Taehyung finished explaining.

"That should be easy, we can check the cctv footage inside the campus to see Jungkook's movement. I can easily access that using my press club credentials." Namjoon said making everyone relieved.

"Then what are we waiting for?" Taehyung asked getting up. They all looked at their untouched food and sighed before getting up and following Taehyung.

So now here they were in the computer room checking the footages of previous day after Namjoon used his excellent speaking skills on the guard who gave them 10 minutes to get what they want.

"We just have to watch where he went after second period." Taehyung said to Suga who was working the system.

"Shut up and let me do my job." Suga said annoyed at his friend who was giving him instructions. Suga expertly moved his fingers on the keypad skipping through all the unwanted footages and stopped at the footage of the corridor outside Jungkook's classroom. They watched as Jungkook stepped out of the classroom, Suga kept jumping from one camera to next following Jungkook. They saw him enter the washroom. They couldn't see inside the washroom because there are no cameras there obviously. Suga fast forwarded to the part where Jungkook exits the washroom and they noticed that he was in there for a good 20 minutes.

"What took him so long? Who else was in the washroom with him?" Taehyung questioned Suga. They saw couple of students entering and exiting the washroom at the same time Jungkook was in there. But none of them seem to be inside for more time than necessary except Jungkook.

"Can you zoom in on his face?" Namjoon asked suddenly. Suga did what was asked and now they could see Jungkook's face a bit more clearly even though the image was grainy.

"Is that tear stains? It looks like he was crying inside the bathroom." Namjoon voiced out his thoughts. Everyone's attention went to the image on the screen and they could clearly see what Namjoon saw. Taehyung clenched his fists in anger. Something made his baby cry and he's not gonna stop unless he finds out what and then God help the person who made him cry.

"Either something happened while he was inside the washroom or before that, that much is clear." Suga said.

"See where he goes after that Suga." Namjoon said. They followed his movements all through the corridor, they saw him walk past his classroom and turn left to another corridor. Suga kept jumping from one camera to the next. They saw Jungkook making a right from the locker rooms and passing through the basketball court and standing outside a big door without moving.

"That's the auditorium. Whats he doing at the auditorium and it looks like he he hesitating to go inside." Jimin said suddenly being afraid of whatever is on the other side of that door. They saw Jungkook go inside the door and they wanted to scream in frustration because there were no cameras inside the rooms only on corridors.

Suga fast forwarded the footage once again. This time they noticed that Jungkook was in there for a good 30 minutes before he walked out. Suga zoomed in on his face and Taehyung's breath hitched looking at the figure on the screen. He looked broken and vulnerable. But what shocked him and everyone else in the room even more was the person that came out of the same door just behind Jungkook.

"Jenny" Taehyung whispered unable to process anything.

"I'm going to fucking kill her if she did something to Kookie." Taehyung said trying to storm out of the room but Namjoon stopped him.

"Don't Tae, stop. We should find out the whole truth before we confront anyone." Namjoon said trying to reason with his friend.

"What's there to find out Joon, we all saw the same thing. Jungkook coming out looking so broken and Jenny coming out just minutes later. She has everything to do with whatever happened to Jungkook and I'm not going to leave her. Let me go Joon." Taehyung said growling in anger.

"Listen to me first Taehyung, I am not saying that Jenny is innocent, I'm saying that we need more information. If my gut feeling is right then I think this has something to do with his kidnapping. It can't be a coincidence that he was kidnapped few days ago and now he's acting different after whatever happened inside the auditorium and I think Jenny is behind everything." Namjoon said explaining his doubts.

"That's all the more reason for me to kill her then." Taehyung said gritting his teeth.

"Joon is right Tae, think about it. Whatever Jenny must've told Kookie it's got him scared and we need to find out what it is before we do anything. If we rush in with just half the info it could cause more damage than repair. The only person who can answer our questions is Jungkook but he's avoiding all of us and is unwilling to talk. But for now Jenny shouldn't find out that we suspect her." Suga said agreeing with Namjoon.

"You need to get Jungkook to talk Tae, that's the only way." Jimin said.

"If that's what it takes to get to the truth then that's what I'll do." Taehyung said smirking.
