I was chirping like a bird and all Jungkook did was hum in response or nod while eating, more like while playing with his food using his chopsticks.

What's up with his mood tonight? Did I do something? Or my excessive talking is annoying him?

He kept his focus on his plate, still full with food while I finished mine already.

Was I starving? Probably.

"Are you okay, Kook?" I asked.

He hummed.

"Something happened at work?" I pushed.

He hummed. Again.

This is starting to irritate me now.

"Kook?"

I sighed as I didn't hear any answer from him.

"Will you look at me?" I asked with my voice slightly raised. "Kook?"

He looked up at me with pursed lips.

"What is it?" He asked in turn.

"Exactly. What is it?"

"Nothing." Jungkook replied.

"There must be something, I've been doing all the talking here and all I get from you is a 'hmm', that's it. What's bothering you, Kook?"

"Nothing!" He sighed and looked back down at his plate.

Here it goes again.

I got up from my seat and dropped my plate in the sink before coming back and filling my glass with Sprite.

"I saw you today."Jungkook started making me curious.

Are we heading somewhere now?

" Where? "

" Having lunch with your friend."

"Noah?" He nods. "Yeah, I was out for lunch with him, I told you, right?"

"Hmm, you did! I just.. I- you just seemed to be having a great time with him."

"Is it wrong to have a great time with my friend?"

"No no it's not! That's not what I meant , I just.. I mean you should be careful with him."

"And why is that?"

"Cause it seems like he has feelings for you and I don't know what type of person he is and what he can attempt so I'm just asking you to be.. to be careful."He said.

" I have no reasons to be scared of him, Kook. He has been a good friend to me. Noah did have a crush on me and even if he still has feelings for me, I can't do anything about it. I'm married now, for your information."

"I know that but uh so he had a crush on you? He told you?" Jungkook questioned.

"He did, yes, and I rejected him."

"So you don't like him?"

"I like him as a friend, if I didn't I wouldn't have hanged out with him but nothing more. You don't have anything to worry about, trust me."

"I trust you, Y/N, that's not even the problem. Did you tell him that he has no chance with you?"

"Are you jealous, Kook?"

"Why would I be?"

"I don't know you're asking a lot about Noah and me so??"

"I'm not. People get jealous over things that they can't have. I have nothing to be jealous about cause I have you. You are mine and I belong to you,with you. So why would I be jealous? Noah is the jealous one here, which is why we're having this conversation right now."

Isn't it hot when someone claims you as his? Specially when that someone is your husband?

"Why do you have this weird, creepy smiley expression? Are you planning my murder?"

"I would if you keep ignoring like you did a few minutes earlier."

He sighed.

"So, this Noah, you told him that he doesn't stand a chance now?"

"I already told him before when he confessed to me. Why would I repeat that?"

"Because he is trying again, Y/N. He thinks he can win you over and he is living in a misunderstanding which might lead to a really ugly ending."

"You think I should?" I asked back.

"If you see that he is hinting towards something then. I mean I'm saying from my point of view and you know him, he's been your friend, if you hanging out with him and spending time with him as friends seem harmless right now, then you don't have to make your friendship awkward but if you see that he is taking your friendship to some other direction, then maybe you should clear his misunderstanding."

Noah seems harmless for real, but it's true that this might lead him on if he still has feelings for me, and Jungkook is right, this can get really ugly.

Noah would always joke about how I said I wouldn't get married or I'd be single cause I didn't want a relationship and then now I'm married to a man who didn't know me and all.

He is wrong. Jungkook knew me. We knew each other. I liked Jungkook. I was in love with him. Noah doesn't know that,but if his constant jokes about my married life is his way of trying his luck, I'll have to put a stop on it.

Afterall, I'm a happily married woman. I'm happy with my husband. Jungkook takes care of me. We developed so much in this relationship, and I wouldn't want anyone to mess up my life and my relationship with my husband.

"I'm watching a movie, you want to join?" Jungkook asked as he was now sitting on the couch in the living room.

"Yepp! Coming!"

I stride to the living room and plop myself on the couch next to Jungkook.

"Come here." Jungkook said as he opened his arms.

"What? You want to cuddle with me?" I asked.

"Is that a problem?"

"Nope!" I got closer to him as he wrapped his arms around me pulling me way more close. "I like this position."

Jungkook chuckled.

"How did the Malaysia deal go?"

"It was good. I did great, I believe. However, they need a few more days to decide. I did my best though."

"They'll sign it, I know. How about going-"

"Stop talking about work. We're home now, and I'd prefer enjoying my time like this with you, talking about other stuffs preferably."

"And what 'other stuffs' would you like to talk about?"

"How about you?"

"What about me?" I asked.

"Did you really have a crush on me during high school?"

"Oh God! This is what you want to talk about?" I groaned as I buried my face in his chest.

"I wanted to know."

"Well yeahhh.. I did." I said in a small voice.

"And now?"

"Now what?" I said as I looked up from his chest to his eyes.

"Do you still have a crush on me?"

"More like I'm in love with you."

I watched as Jungkook's cheeks turn slight red.

"Are you blushing?" I teased.

"No."He said before pushing my head back to his chest.

" You're cute when you blush, Kook. " I chuckled." And I was joking, but I'm happy I got this reaction out of you."

"Shut up." Jungkook said.

The movie was on the TV but none of us was interested at this point. The conversation and Jungkook's reaction was way more interesting than the movie.

"Y/N?!" Jungkook called.

I hummed.

"I like you..."He said in a soft voice making my heart skip a beat.

"You do?"

He hummed before placing a peck on my head.

"Are you sniffing my hair?"

"I'm trying to be romantic, way to ruin the moment."

"Oops.."

"Shut up." He scolded me before hugging tightly.
