As Jungkook said, I was nervous for nothing!

Taehyung and Amy are two of the warmest people I've ever met. The way both of them made me feel as if they know me for years made me feel comfortable even if there were other people around.

I was holding their baby, Elle, in my arms, admiring her beautiful features. Afterall, she had beautiful parents, so it was obvious as to why she is this gorgeous. It's in her genes!

I peck her little nose as she was holding my finger with her small hand, making me grinned. I can't tell you how much I love babies and I never knew it before!

I smiled watching her smile in her sleep.

"Have you and Jungkook thought about it?" I get startled as Amy walks in the room.

"About what?" I gave her a puzzled expression.

"Having a baby Y/N!" She chuckled.

"Oh uhm No! We uhm haven't yeah.." I said awkwardly.

Well! How am I supposed to have this conversation with Jungkook, when we aren't even that intimate.

The only relationship I share with him is friendship.

"Maybe you should give it a thought then, both of you!" She said smiling warmly at me.

"You think so? I mean I don't know anything about that? Am I going to be able to hold that responsibility?"

"Well! I've known Jungkook for years, through Taehyung as well, he is a responsible man, and I'm sure he'll be a responsible and loving father and about you, you'll be an amazing mother, very caring and loving and responsible!" Amy replied.

"How did you know that you were ready for this big change in your life, Amy?"

"Tae and I, have a strong relationship I should say and Tae has this soft spot for kids, for as long as I can remember," She chuckled as she continued. "I just knew he was the best man, the perfect one to get married to and the one who'd be a perfect husband and father. After two years, Tae talked to me about having a child, and I thought about it and I realised that I wanted to have a baby, I wanted to be a mother. Honestly, it just came naturally!"

I beamed at her. The way she smiles as she talks about Taehyung and her little family, makes me smile too.

" So, how's Jungkook with you? Are you guys having some crazy time?" Amy said as she gave me that teasing smile that made my cheeks heat up.

I know that Jungkook and I do not share the kind of crazy relationship that Amy is mentioning but thinking about it or talking about itself, makes me feel-

" Uhh we are doing good yeah!" I said.

"Amy, would you bring Elle downstairs?" Tae called out and I mentally thanked him for interrupting this conversation.

"Let's go!" Amy said.

"Umm can I carry her?" I asked.

"Of course you can!"

We went downstairs and Elle was taken from my arms by Tae.

God! I can see how much in love he was with his little baby.

I was watching as Tae was having a conversation with Jungkook and a few other friends until my eyes landed on a guy who was sitting and talking to one of Tae's friend on the couch.

"Noah??" I called out.

"Y/N??" He looked up at me with widened eyes.

"Heyy! What are you doing here??" I asked.

"The same question goes to youuu, little princess!"

"Ewww! Don't call me that!"

He laughed.

"Taehyung is a friend of mine, and I came to pay a visit since my dear friend is a father now! Dang! I can't believe this!"

I laughed with him.

"Didn't know him for long but he is a family man for sure!" I stated.

"Oh he is!" He said before adding. "Ahh how have you been by the way? I haven't heard of you ever since you came back!"

"Oh I've been very well! And you? You are living here now?"

"Oh no! I just came here for business purposes but I thought I'd take a few days off and have a break. So I did what I had to do for work and now just relaxing!"

"That's great!"

Noah is one of the first friend that I made when I went abroad for further studies. We've known each other and he has been a very good friend to me. We helped each other a lot with studies, assignments, presentations...

"We should hang out some day, Y/N! It's been so long since we met!"

"Yeah right -"

"I think we should go!" Jungkook interrupted the conversation.

"Oh uh yes I guess!" I replied as I looked up to Jungkook's face.

He was holding an unreadable expression and I don't know what to conclude.

Was he upset? Angry?

"Oh! Hi! I'm Noah, Y/N's friend!" Noah introduced himself.

"I'm Jungkook, Y/N's husband, nice to meet you!" Jungkook said as he shake hands with Noah.

"Oh I- I missed my chance huh?" Noah laughed awkwardly rubbing the back of his neck.

Shit. I might have forgot to mention that Noah had a crush on me for the longest time I could remember. I always told him how I wasn't interested in getting into a relationship.

Look at me now, married.

I sensed that the atmosphere was getting a little tensed.

"I thought you'd say you'll never get in a relationship, now that's weird!" Noah chuckled. "Well! I shall call you and let's get lunch some day hmm?"

"Yeah! Uhh Sure!" I smiled. "Let's go Kook?"

Jungkook nodded before grabbing my hand and we informed Taehyung and Amy about us leaving.

"Jungkook?" I asked as I saw him clenching his jaw as he focus on the road."Are you okay?"

He hummed in response.

That doesn't mean that he is okay but let's not drag the matter.

"What do you think about kids?" He asked surprising me.

"I mean they are cute! What about them?"

"I meant having our own, Y/N!" He said.

My heart is about to burst.

Where is this coming from?

"You want to have kids with me?" I asked.

"With whom would I have kids then?" He asked in return.

"No I mean uhm.."

"Tae was telling me about him being the happiest now, even if it's a bit hard at the start but the way he is responsibly handling this with his wife, he just can't help but be proud of him and his wife."He said.

What does he actually mean..

"I love kids as well, maybe I want to have kids! I just umm don't know if you're ready for that though? Do you want to have kids with me?"

What is he even talking about? We don't even share an intimate relationship. We aren't even what couples are, then why are we having this conversation.

Does he know that he needs to have sex with me to have kids? So are we going to just have sex without any other strong feelings involved, just because we want to have our own kids? Is that how it's supposed to be?

"What are you thinking?" He asked pulling me back from my thoughts.

"Taehyung and Amy love each other, and having kids was a mutual decision. They didn't have kids just for the sake that they both love kids, but because they love each other enough that they were ready for this change in their life. I don't think we should be talking about this when we don't have anything else between us except a good friendly relationship."I stated.

" So you think I want to have meaningless sex with you?" He said as he parked the car in front our door.

"Then what is it? Cause I'm really unsure of what you want from me actually?"

"I didn't say that I wanted a kid right away, and not this way obviously." He said in a hurt tone.

"Well! You did say that I shouldn't expect anything from you which means whatever it is about having kids that you're bringing right now, means that you are somehow using me, we are somehow going to use each other and I do not want this kind of relationship, Jungkook. We had complicated stuffs at the beginning and we are fine as friends, as we are right now, the last thing I want is having a child who will be loved by both of us, but between us, there'll be nothing more than just a responsibility towards the child."

I got out of the car before opening the door.

" I'm sorry! "I hear Jungkook say which made me stop on my way to the stairs." I didn't mean it to come out like that! I'm- I just am really sorry, but don't ever think that I'll use you for my own benefits, Y/N! I'll never! I'm sorry.. "

"Maybe I just got mad for no reason as well but I should have talked about it calmly instead so I'm sorry too, Kook. I shouldn't have blamed you for something that you didn't even say and hurt you with my words. I'm sorry, I really am."

"It's alright!"

We smiled at each other.

I love the fact that when we argue or I just go overboard with something, we always find our way to say sorry to each other, and agree that we both played our part in the misunderstanding.

I wish we could really advance in this relationship but right now I'm genuinely happy with what we have.

I might have seen a different side of Jungkook when he saw me talking with Noah today but that doesn't confirm anything.

Well, I can't conclude anything unless he tell me about it himself, right?
