What do I see

Stuck in my head
My heart cracking as they were said
Finally home
I grabbed my only friend
But later my wrists I had to tend
The next day came quickly
And by the time it was done
I was ready to grab a gun
There I stood in front of the mirror
But now the only thing you could see
Was the ugly, fat, dead me
