Luna's POV
"This can't be happening, this can't be happening!" Lando mumbled to himself as he went to grab cleaning supplies.
"Well, where could he be? We didn't come to waste time looking for him, Lando! We were supposed to pick him up here and take him back to the Rebel Alliance!" Han put his hands in his pocket.
"Whose footprints are those?" Eden pointed at the footprints.
"I really don't know. I hope he didn't get very far," Ben stroked his beard.
"Guys, follow me," I pointed ahead of me and bolted away from the crime scene.
---
"Alert, alert! Anakin Skywalker has left his quarters. Somebody, find him before he gets captured by Yvonne and her goons!" Lando's voice roared over the intercom. There were people hustling to and fro as a deafening alarm echoed through the hall.
"He's acting like this is a jailbreak," Han murmured as we ran down the hallway.
"Well, to be fair, it's urgent that he does not get kidnapped by Yvonne and her goons because who knows what the hell they're up to," Eden retorted.
"Let's check out the dining hall," I gestured for the others to follow me. We arrived at the dining hall, which was, like the rest of Cloud City, was pristine white. There were marble plates for every chair, along with glossy glasses and silverware. The fanciness didn't attract my attention. What did, however, was right in front of me.
"It's you," Eden gasped in horror. A woman in black was seated at the far end of the table.
"Why, welcome, Princess Eden of Alderaan. Why don't you hand over that data card you stole and call it a day?" she stood up.
"Gragagaga!" Chewbacca cried.
"Never," Luke growled under his breath. Han stepped forward and shot at the woman. She activated her lightsaber and deflected each and every blaster fire. She then outstretched her hand and Force pulled the blaster into her hand.

"Join us for dinner, please," the woman spread out her arms as if she was addressing a crowd. Harkos stepped out from behind a stone pillar.
"Why are you here, Harkos?!" I demanded to know. What's a scum like him doing here? I thought he was looking for Anakin.
I turned around, only to see Stormtroopers blocking out path. Great. We were trapped.
"How were they able to get a landing permit?! Tell me!" Eden slapped Lando's arm.
"Whoa, chill out, princess," Lando held up his hands in defense. "I honestly don't know,"
"Is that your answer?!"
"This is not the time for arguing, Eden," Ben restrained Eden.
"Gagagagagagaga!" Chewbacca growled in annoyance.
"Where is my father?" Luke shouted.
"Join us for dinner and I will reveal his location to you,"
"Never, Hecate!" Eden stamped her foot. My attention diverted to the door, but right before I was able to exit, it snapped shut. Now we were REALLY trapped.
"Come, sit down," Hecate sat down in her chair. Luke ignited his lightsaber and pointed it at her.
"You will tell me where my father is," he said.
"Idiot, she's a Force user. That shit ain't gonna work on her," I hissed in Luke's ear.
"Oh, how I would wish you youngsters would cooperate," Hecate sighed.
"Not by the hair of my chinny chin chin!" Luke carved a hole in the door and climbed through it. "C'mon!"
"Hey, you get back here!"

Author's Note: Gasp! Where is Anakin? How will our heroes escape Cloud City?

A King in the Clouds
Tanlar. A cruel, repulsive, and foul word. It meant untitled, officially, but it also meant ungifted, unable, unworthy, unnecessary, unhuman. It was more a curse than a term, a badge only the damned and condemned wore. To be a tanlar was to know your life, your entire being, was insignificant. Once Kaizer had resigned himself to such a fate, but those times had passed. He may have been untitled, but he was anything but untalented. He refused to scrape by at the bottom of society. Those who stood above him could sneer all they liked, but he wouldn’t suffer being stepped on for long. He’d be better, much better. But of course he would be. ‘Fate’ demanded it so. [Participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] What To Expect: The story of a boy becoming a man becoming a king + everything that entails. Largely gamelit, but later arcs could be called litrpg. Also schemes. A lot of schemes. I do love some good ol' fantasy politics and intrigue. Minimum Word Count a Week: TBA after Writathon Release Time(s): Daily for as long as I can/until the end of the Writathon. I also write The Deathseeker [Returning Dec 5th]
8 82(On Hold) Regarding my time being a God, it was fun
After winning the lowest prize from Divine Lottery, a young man was thrown, by Goddess of Fortune, into a fantasy world and became a God. With only a small land as his sanctuary, he strives to protect his shrine from being destroyed…This is hardly an original idea, but the concept caught my interest so I decided to write it just for fun. There are a bunch of holes and gaps in the story line since I’m just making it up to fit my interests as I go. I warned you~ Read at your own risk of getting irritated over some details.Status: Starting Volume Two

When the mist rolls in, most would either head inside, or brave it's perils via familiar terrain. But what if that mist holds secrets beyond which most could comprehend, let alone traverse? Mia, unequipped as she was, found herself in that very situation, but as danger approached, another came in time to save the girl from the unknown. Luke was a victim of the mist just as she was, and the pair had now begun a journey in a world home to only one of them from which a destiny was soon to be forged. ~~~~~ Star Gazer is high fantasy adventure set in a massive world within which our maturing duo of protagonists will be challenged to uncover truths few are aware are hidden at all. Elements of LitRPG are scattered within and function more as elements of certain character's abilities to read others, rather than a progression system by which our heroes will rely on. Updates will begin daily during premier week, but will slow down to 3 times weekly until further notice. Thank you for any and all support!
