I sat in the tub thinking to myself why can't niggas just treat me right ,it's always sum.

My first real relationship was in 10th grade we were both madly in love until he committed suicide .

I've never fell in love after that til I met Nahmere he made me feel good about myself like I'm worthy of something,til that backfired and he cheated twice .

That's when I knew I needed time to myself and focus on me n my kids .

Now I thought Rashaud was the one til he nearly killed me !

Lord what do I be doing wrong I heard a knock at my bathroom door and scrunched my face grabbing the closet thing near me .

"Who is it " I said "It's Nahmere Nigga you forgot I was coming over " he said and I put the plunger down .

"Um no " I said coming out the tub putting my robe on opening the door "You ok " he asked and I nodded.

"Your lying what's up " he said sitting on the bench at the end of my bed ,I sighed sitting beside him "Well um -why did you do it " I said getting straight to the point .

"Wym " he asked "Why did you cheat on me twice " I said and he shrugged "Tbh iono that was the biggest mistake I've ever did and loosing you ,I promise you it ain't mean nun "he said looking me in the eyes .

"If I could take back what I did kiara I would " he said grabbing hands "I love you so freaking much ,you mean the world to me " he said wiping the tears coming down my face .

"I loved you Nahmere with all my soul,before I fell in love with you I promised myself to never fall in love again after my last relationship " I said as tears rushed down my face .

"And you proved me right on multiple occasions ,cheating on me felt me feel less of myself like people left me for a reason " I said and he pulled me in a for a hug .

"I'm sorry ,I'm like dead ass I didn't mean to cause any of that on you " he said and it actually sounded sincerely .

"I forgive you " I said and I small smile went on his face "So what does that mean " he said looking down "We could take things step by step " I said and he nodded looking me in my eyes making me fall in for a kiss .

I woke up to laying on Nahmeres chest ,I checked the time "Nahmere get up " I said and his eyes slightly opened.

"Man go back to sleep " he said pulling me back down "Where's the kids " I said .

"They at Solai's she took em yesterday" he said closing his eyes .

I got up to get my day started since I had to run some errands .

"Where you going " Nahmere asked "I gotta go run errands ,you staying or coming ?" I asked "Coming duh " he said grabbing his keys and gun from the counter .

"Aye how I look " he asked and I smacked my lips together "You look good now come on " I said locking the door .

I pressed the elevator button waiting for it to come and got inside pressing the lobby button .

Once our stop came we walked out and I waved to George our door man "Hey George " I said smiling .

"Good day mr and mrs wick " he smirked and i eyed him "that's my man " Nahmere said chuckling.

"Boy get in " I said entering the drivers side of my Tesla .
