“Lets get the hell out of here. The longer we are here the higher the risk of someone seeing us.”

As we left the scene of Dwayne’s death. What pissed me off was the fact that we were not able to salvage any magic formations from his corpse.

After we left the scene I made a phone call to Sonia’s Lings cousin.

“Shelley it’s me Adrian how is it coming getting close to Sonia?”

“It’s tuff hubby she is always suspicious of everyone that gets close to her. I have been trying to spend time with her by taking her out shopping but she does not seem to enjoy it.”

“I have to have her parents force her to go with me it’s good that you have offered them some benefits in order for them to soften there stance twords a possible marriage with you.”

“However even if you have not met Sonia yet. She is still a very keen woman. So she is somewhat aware of your actions and intentions towards her. She claims that she would never marry a weak person.”

“Bah what does that woman know Shelly. Sonia is always running off to fight in wars. That’s not something a woman should be doing.”

“I agree as well why don’t you just forget about Sonia then Adrian. You already have me am I not enough.”

“Shelly you know that I need Sonia I have plans that involve her. If I have set my sights on a woman they had better not even think about running from me.”

“Much like that Trinity bitch. Sonia will end up the same way if she refuses me.”

At the time Trinity was quite creeped out by Adrian’s proposal she was seven and he was already 16. Of course she would say no wouldn’t you.

“Shelly get to work on making me look good in front of her. I’ve spent a lot of time and money on you. So don’t disappoint me. You are more easily replaceable then Sonia is.”

“Ok I will make it work so that you can be alone at the party. And I will spike her drink like you want me to as well. So you can have your way with her. In her weakened state."

"Then she will be publicly shamed into a marriage with you."

“Fine don’t fuck it up I’m going now.”

Hanging up on Shelly I thought about my plan after she helps my with getting Sonia. I will place the blame for the spiked drink on Shelly.

To destroy Shelly that bitch has spent way too much of my money.

Does she think I’m a charity. I’m a business man so naturally I have to cut my losses with her.

Even if she did give me her first time.

With my plans in motion for Sonia. I turned my attention to other matters namely it seems as though Sapphire the number one shopping place in Everose has been closed to the public for massive renovations.

The word on the streets is that the place will no longer employ men or allow them near or inside the building.

What kind of crap it that. I’m thinking I can use this as leverage to get my hands on Sapphire. It may be owned by the Shield group but nothing is invincible.

If Trinity where here right now she would laugh and say just try it. It will be a bloodbath for you.

After my return to the headquarters of the Fury group which for some reason looks so much more shabby than the Shield group’s headquarters.

It make’s me so mad I’ve tried to get approval from the imperial family to allow me to expand it. But they keep giving me the cold shoulder.

How come that dam imperial family always says ok to anything the Shield group asks for.

I’ve tried to use my connection’s to find out why but my contact says that they have no idea. He says it has something to do with the first imperial princess.

But nothing more beyond that. The whole thing stinks. That princess is one of my targets to get ahold of as a trophy wife but at the moment it’s impossible.

"Damnit" Adrian said out loud at all of the things that have gone wrong today.

"Hey clear the way I have an ulcer I need to use the restroom." Adrian yelled to everyone at the Fury group. Unaware of his plummeting popularity as a result.
