I was recently chosen to be an mc on Music Core with Lee Know of Stray Kids and Jungwoo of NCT. Today we were all going to do a photo shoot for promotional purposes. I walked into the studio and saw Jungwoo finishing up his photo shoot. He looked at me and waved.

I did the same and bowed, "Hello, sunbaenim."

Jungwoo walked towards me and bowed to, "Hello, Soojin. It's nice to meet you." He held out his hand for a hand shake.

I shook his hand, "It's nice to meet you as well."

"So you're from Enhypen?" He asked.

I nodded, "I am."

He nodded, "How old are you?"

I smiled, "I'm the youngest of our 02z Line. Me, Jay, Jake, and Sunghoon are all born in 2002."

"Ah." Jungwoo nodded.

A makeup artist came up to me, "Soojin, let's go get your make up done and then your photos." I nodded and followed her.

After my shoot I go to the upper floor and see Lee Know. I immediately bowed, "Hello."

He turned around, "Ah, it's our maknae."

I smiled, "It's nice to meet you, I'm Soojin."

Lee Know nodded, "I've seen you dance before. You're a really good dancer."

I shyly covered my smile, "You're too kind."

"You're the figure skater right?" He asked.

I nodded, "One of two."

Lee Know nodded, "What's your favorite genre of dance?"

I didn't even hesitate, "I really like contemporary. One of the main reasons I did figure skating. But I also like hip pop."

He laughed, "Those two are like opposites!"

I shrugged, "I just really like dancing. I honestly like all types of dance."

"So you're a Jack of all trades?" He joked.

I laughed, "Ah no. That's Heeseung. Not me. I can't rap."

Lee Know looked at the camera, "So she's the modest one."

I was doing a solo Vlive in the car after the recording, "Engene! Everyone, I just came back from Music Core! And thank you for all the sweet comments."

I did a Vlive and saw a question asking how the other emcees were like, "Did I have fun with the other MCs? Yes! I really did. They're both really nice. They even gave me advice about being an idol." I explained, "Lee Know sunbaenim is very funny and Jungwoo sunbaenim was really patient with me, they both were. During rehearsal I kept messing up." I laughed, "It's my first time being without my members for a long time for something like this."

For this episode of Music Core it was Halloween themed so we all were costumes. Jungwoo was Olaf from Frozen, Lee Know was Sully from Monsters Inc.

And I was a Corpse Bride. The "wedding" dress was fitted and short like a standard one piece mini dress female idols usually wear. But I wasn't comfortable with it at all. During I-Land and our comebacks, I haven't worn anything tight or short like this.

While we monitored our recording, Jungwoo placed his regular jacket on my lap. I smiled, "Thank you." I whispered.

Jungwoo shook his head, "It's no problem. I know it must be weird wearing something short. Especially on camera." He whispered.

I smiled one last time and we both went back to monitoring.

Me, Jay, and Jake were in Idol Dictation Contest with other idols too.

"Lee Know-ah, you work with Soojin correct?" Boom asked.

Me and Lee Know both nodded, "Yes, we both are MC's for Music Core." Lee Know answered.

"What was your first impression of her?" He asked

I laughed when I saw Lee Know's flustered face, "Uh, it was really nice working with her. Very hard working. I always see her practicing her lines."

I nodded along, "Yeah he's lying." I deadpanned making everyone laugh.

Couple minutes later we were talking about where Jay and Jake are from, "Soojin are you foreign?" The host asked.

I shook my head, "I was born in Korea. I know different languages that's all."

"How many languages do you know? Two?"

I laughed, "English, Japanese," Everyone nodded along, but when I kept going their faces became shocked, "French and German. I'm planning on learning Spanish and Thai soon as well." I explained.

"You speak five languages?!" Lee Know asked.

I looked at him, "Yeah I told you that! I even taught you some English."

"Well clearly I don't remember that!" Lee Know argued.

"Well clearly someone needs to work on your memory!" I said in the same tone.

Everyone laughed at our small bicker, "Ah looks like they're close." The host concluded.

I was on Vlive and I got a commented dare from Engene, "Call the latest person in your contacts."

I chuckled, "Okay, maybe. Let me check my phone."

I opened my recent calls and saw Jungwoo's name pop up, "Well- I have Jungwoo sunbaenim's number at the top. shall I call him?" I asked.

All the Engenes started screaming yes, some asking me what his contact name was, "Oh- his contact name?" I laughed, "It's just his name plus Music Core. So M.C. Jungwoo. I'll call him now. Hopefully he's not working."

I pressed call and after three rings he picked up so I put him on speaker, "Soojin?"

I held back a laugh, "Jungwoo-ssi- uh what are you doing right now?"

I heard him laugh, "Just hanging out in the studio. What's up? You never call me with so formally." (on music core the mcs call each other with ssi at the end. If this was irl what Jungwoo means is that Soojin usually calls him oppa)

I smiled, "Yeah because you're on Vlive right now."

I heard things drop, "EH?!"

I laughed, "My fans wanted me to call my most recent contact. And that was you." I explained.

"Ohhh! Hello I'm NCT's Jungwoo." He said formally making me laugh.

"Yah! You're making it awkward now!" I yelled.

"I'm not making it awkward! You just decided to drop a bomb on me! I didn't know I was on Vlive!" He argued.

"You're just talking! They can't see your face!" I argued back, "Aish! I'm just going to hang up- BYE!"

"WAIT WHAT-" and I hung up.

I smiled at the camera, "Oh- that will be the last time you guys see me call Jungwoo."

For my second birthday as an Enhypen member I was doing a solo vlive, "Unnie did your friends and family wish you happy birthday?" I read.

I nodded, "They all did! Before we went to sleep last night the boys said happy birthday and all my friends texted me happy birthday this morning. I also got an early happy birthday on Music Core." I explained, "They got me a cake! Lee Know sunbaenim and Jungwoo sunbaenim both gave me perfume as a joint present. But to be honest the best present was the Christmas performance. We all laughed when we saw Lee Know's- uh Lee Know sunbaenim's english bit. It was very cute."

"Will you post selfies?" I read another comment, "Of music core? Of course! Honestly the staff there are so nice. The producers even messaged me happy birthday. And of course my fellow Mcs. It was wonderful celebrating my birthday in the studio." I muttered as I took a bite of cake.

To celebrate children's day we were reacting to baby photos of us on the screen.

We already reacted to Lee Know and Jungwoo's so mine was up next.

I stared in shock at the photo they chose. Behind me I could hear Lee Know laughing his ass off.

"Soojin-ssi! What are you doing?!" Jungwoo asked while chuckling.

I held my up, "I really don't know. I think I went shopping with my mom probably."

Lee Know snickered, "What? And you fell into the bag?"

I shrugged, "I guess. I mean I am too cute not to take home." I said jokingly at the camera with a wink.

"I don't think that was the case this time around." Lee Know mumbled.

I snapped my head around, "YAH!"

I watched from behind as Jungwoo and Lee Know held onto each other's arm as they did the intro. On cue I separated them both, "Yah! Both of you! Are you couple or something?" I asked as I managed to separate them.

I couldn't find the eng subs so I'm improvising

"Ah Soojin where did you get that idea from?" Lee Know sighed.

I raised an eyebrow and pointed between the two of them, "no? You do see it? Alright."

Jungwoo laughed, "Soojin, you're confusing me!"

I was sitting with Lee Know and Jungwoo as we did a small q&a as our first full year together as WooSooHo.

One fan asked Jungwoo to do aegyo that I would copy. I lived with Sunoo. So I thought I'd be mentally prepared.

But no I was wrong. The second Jungwoo started his act. I immediately cringed and turned around. Putting my hand up so I wouldn't have to see, "Do we know this man?" I asked Lee Know.

Lee know put his fingers on his temples, "My head hurts."

After performing Balloon in front of the fans we waited in our ending positions to talk to them and also waiting for the cue to start the prerecording.

"Soojin! You're so pretty!" A fan shouted.

I found her in the front row and gave her a finger heart along with a flying kiss. My eyes widened when the whole studio started yelling.

Jungwoo nudged me, "They want you to do it again."

"Oh! Everyone I love you~" I whispered softly into my mic while putting my arms over my head to make a big heart.

"Has everyone eaten yet?" Lee Know asked.

"Not yet!!"

I shook my head like a disapproving mother, "You guys gotta eat." I reminded them.

"I already ate." Lee Know said.

I playfully hit him, "I didn't ask you."

"I haven't eaten yet." Jungwoo added.

I nudged him, "you should eat later."

Jungwoo raised an eyebrow at me, "Did you eat?"

I nodded proudly, "I did actually."

"I haven't eaten yet because I thought I'd get a stomachache because of nerves." Jungwoo explained.

Lee Know put his hand on Jungwoo's shoulder, "Jungwoo you won't have strength if it's this way. You have to eat even if you know you'll get a stomachache."

"let's just start already." I whispered.

At the end of our broadcast. The first one where all of the performing idols were on stage. After giving the award to the winning Jungwoo tried leading us away so we wouldn't get in their shot.

"Wait where are we going?" Lee Know whispered. To be honest I didn't know either. This was my first time hosting with so many idols on stage.

I shrugged and continued to wave to the fans. Suddenly Jungwoo stopped in his steps and I walked straight into his back. I quickly backed up and felt someone grab my shoulder.

"Yah just keep walking." Lee Know whispered as he pushed me forward lightly.

#14 Soojin's Weverse live after Kcon

"Soojin how did you get to LA so fast? Did you teleport.. like Lee Know?" I read out loud.

I blinked, "Eh? Lee Know? As in Lee Minho? He teleported?" I placed my hands on my temples, "Guys im sorry- I haven't gotten much sleep yet.. uhm I didn't teleport but I did sprint after Music Core. We rushed through the airport and then I just slept on the plane and by the time I got to LA I was fully rested and then we prepared for Kcon."

I kept watching the comments and was shocked by the amount of Lee Know teleporting comments, "Engene- why are you all saying Lee Know teleported? He did not teleport! I was there- the man did not teleport."

#15 Woosooho karaoke time

"Soojin what song do you want to sing?" Lee Know asked.

"Can we do Drunk-Dazed?" Jungwoo asked, "that one's really good."

I immediately shook my head, "No- that song traumatized me." I deadpanned making Lee Know and Jungwoo laugh.

Lee Know started typing in the title, "We're doing that one then."

"YES!"

"NO! PLEASE!" I slumped in my seat and watched the two boys get excited.

"You know we'll do it and then you can judge us." Lee Know suggested as he stood up.

Watching them sing and dance to Drunk-Dazed was hilarious. They did a good job and their singing was flawless but it was so funny watching Jungwoo imitating my dance during my lines.

"What's our score?" Jungwoo asked when the song finished.

"How?! We did such a good job!" Jungwoo whined.

I bursted out laughing, "Okay that's really funny!"

Lee Know shoved me playfully, "YAH! You know we should have you sing Thunderous."

I threw my arms down like they do in the dance, "solikkun!"

Taeyeon sunbaenim's INVU ended up winning tonight and since it was just us, we were doing the encore stage.

When it got to the INVU part, Jungwoo and Lee Know did it flawlessly. But I was so shocked when the camera panned on me. I struggled to do to hand gestures. I covered my face in embarrassment when Lee Know doubled over to laugh.

I hit his back lightly, "Yah! No laughing." I grumbled.

"You did a very good job." Jungwoo whispered making me just shake my head.

"I'm so done with you two."

Me and Lee Know were interviewing Twice. Which was very nerve racking for me since I never met them before except Dahyun and Nayeon.

As in the script, after Twice's point dance I would say I love you, Ah sunbaenim I really loved that dance. And I love you!" I did happily doing a big heart. Well half.

I grinned widely when Dahyun hugged me as well as the other members saying I love you back.

"Sunbaenim! I love you!" Lee Know said in serious voice, off script.

I bursted out laughing along with Twice. It was so uncalled for me. I felt slightly bad for laughing. But this is Lee Know. It's fine

During the karaoke, we had Jungwoo do a love ballad. Suddenly he turned around and sang to Lee Know, "The first moment I saw you~"

I giggled and looked at Lee Know who was shocked, "Me?"

I shrugged and started laughing, "I'm assuming so- I'm taken."

Lee know put his hand on his forehead, "This is stressing me out."

"Where's my phone? I need to film this." I said quickly pulling my phone out of my pocket.

After singing BOSS, we decided to sing Thunderous, "Wait give Soojin the mic." Lee Know said pointing at me.

I happily took the mic from Jungwoo, "Oh yeah let's gooo!"

Eventually we got to the bridge where Lee Know does his part before the drop. I laughed quietly knowing what Im planning, "Lee Know is!"

Lee Know glared at me and he didn't even sing his lines as the music kept playing, "Do you not want to live? Soojin?" He asked teasingly as I sang.

"Teasing you brings me joy~"

#20 Soojin's last day as MC // 22.09.03

"So- we have some very sad news.." Jungwoo sighed.

I blinked my eyes rapidly trying not to get emotional.

Lee Know frowned, "Ah that's right! It's Soojin's last day as mc."

I nodded, "Yes, with a heavy heart, I will be leaving Music Core." I said. The writers told me I could actually just improvise since it was my last moment on Music Core. I was leaving Music Core mostly because I would be gone for three maybe even more months for the tour, and we decided it was best for there to be a new MC.

"Yep apparently Soojin decided she didn't want to suffer in our chaos anymore." Lee Know joked making all of us laugh.

I sucked in a breath, "First of all, I would like to thank all our music core supporters. I will never forget the first time I saw all of you in person on stage!" I said as happily as I could while waving to the crowd.

I covered my face with my hands as I felt my eyes watered. I turned around to hide them. I felt Lee Know give me a small hug, "Soojin, come on you got a speech to do!" Jungwoo added cheerfully making me laugh.

I turned back around knowing that I couldn't hide it or else this will take hours, "I-I also want to thank the writers, the producers, the directors, managers, of Music Core. Of course as well as our stylist and the rest of the staff who help make this show go smoothly."

I quickly put my head back as I tried stopped the tears that were already flowing.

I covered my eyes as I started crying more. I could hear everyone 'awh'-ing around me. I didn't know why I was crying so much. I guess I just got attached to Music Core.

"Also... uhm of course a big thanks to my two co hosts.." I smiled knowing what I will say next will make everyone scream, "Lee Know oppa and Jungwoo oppa for always making every interview and stage very fun! Thank you Music Core for giving me such an- Ah please come on!" I yelled as I started choking up, "an amazing opportunity being an host. I got to meet so many amazing artists and as well as make many new memories. I hope you all continue to show love and support to these two chaotic boys, and whoever the new MC is. I will miss everyone! I love you!" I yelled loudly into the mic.

"Okay, shall we say goodbye? One last one as Woosoho?" Lee Know asked.

"The center of the music in Korea."

"Show Music Core!"

"We'll see you next week!"

"Show! Show! Show! Looking forward to see you! Goodbye!"

When we were off stage both guys pulled me into a group hug, "Ah- I'm going to miss you guys." I mumbled.

Jungwoo laughed, "We still have the group chat!"

"We talk in that group chat every three weeks, but okay." I shrugged.

"Woosooho is forever!" Lee Know added.

"Also we got a gift for you!" Jungwoo confessed before running off.

I blinked, "What in the-"

I immediately smiled though when Jungwoo walked back inside with a picture frame. A photo of us during our one year anniversary. One each side of the frame was our names with Music Core on the bottom side.

I sighed, "Oh my goodness... you guys are going to make me cry again." I muttered at Jungwoo handed me the frame.

"We knew that you'd be sad, so we decided to order this so you can always carry your favorite hosts in your heart." Lee Know said, "Oh and this!"

I gasped when Lee Know suddenly got a bouquet of yellow roses from one of the staff members before handing it to me, "Guys- this is so much!"

Jungwoo shook his head, "Nah, we just wanted to show our appreciation. You made music core really memorable, Soojin."

"You always do such a good job and never lack. You help us out too whenever we need it." Lee Know continued.

I smiled looking at the bouquet and picture frame, "Gosh- now I really understand why Sunghoon got so emotional after Music Bank."

"Ah our maknae's leaving home. How sad." Lee Know cooed with a small pout and putting his hands over his heart.

"Have fun in America and Japan." Jungwoo said ruffling my hair.

"Should we take our selfie now?" I asked.

"Yeah, let's do it."
