Yeah yeah. You said that months ago. Yet. You're still busy with your idol life.

I miss you Chaeryeong-ah. I do.

I jumped out of bed and dragged my feet to the washroom. I took a quick shower and dressed up.

I went downstairs and left my dorm, heading towards Hanlim.

My girlfriend,Charyeong, got accepted into JYP to take part in SIXTEEN. She visited me often then. But now, when shes with ITZY. Shes barely home, and when she is, she acts like I am not there. I hate it.

"Y/n, what's troubling you?" Yuna asked. I was startled. Yes, yes Yuna is in ITZY. Shes still studying, I mean shes 16. Adding a year to her age in korean standards BUT STILL.

"Yuna-ah. Hows chaeryeong unnie? I miss her. She hasn't been texting me often" I mutter.

Yuna bit her lip and looked down.

"A-about that, unnie. S-she. She likes Ryujin now. S-shes planning on b..breaking up with you." Yuna said, she faced you with a worried face.

You were shocked. So, she was crushing on someone. While you were dating. And you found it out from Yuna. Not her, but Yuna.

"Thanks..Yuna" you said. You held back your tears and dashes towards the garden.

Yuna called out for you and chased you.

"I'm sorry..."

"Yuna. It's not your fault." You say. You were angry but sad. You hugged Yuna like there was no tomorrow.

Your sense of sorrow drifting as you were in Yuna's arms. But still. Your heart ached. You cried your he out.

"Unnie, I'm sorry" Yuna said. She has worry written all over her face. She started shedding tears too.

"Yuna, dont cry for me. Dont. I'm not worth your tears." You comforted her.

She shook her head.

"You're not worth my tears. You're worth everything."

You smiled softly at the girls attempts to cheer you up.

Your heart ached knowing Chaeryeong was better off with someone else.

That night, you decided to call her.

"Chaeryeong."

"What's wrong?"

"Let's break up. I know, you love Ryujin. I know, there is no point in having a relationship where it's a one-sided love. I'm disappointed in you. I didn't hear it from you, but from Shin Yuna. I'm disappointed, Lee Chaeryeong"

"Wait! No, no! Y/N."

"Bye, be happy without me."

"I-- I will. Thank you"

Your heart broke. The hope that it was fake, it vanished.

You knew it was the right thing to do, but your heart still ached.

You called Yuna that night and cried all your sorrows to the barbie.

She listened to you the whole night. Giving you responses so you know shes there for you.

"Y/n. Chaeryeong is coming to school tomorrow, with Ryujin. We can make them jealous"

"But they love each other"

"Unnie, let's try. I want Ryujin anyways. She hasn't came out to say she likes chaeryeong yet."

"Woah. You want Ryujin. Okay girl, you sound possessive"

"Uh huh."

"Okay shut up. Bye. And thank you"

"No problemo. But you're gonna make them jealous with me."

"Arraeso."

"Okay, goodnight unnie."

You sighed. You placed your phone on the bedside table and fell asleep. Hoping your sorrows would fade away.

The next morning, you got out of bed.

With less energy in your morning routine. You headed to school. Dragging your feet with heavy eyebags.

Yuna saw you and ran to you. She hugged you.

"I thought in front of them"

"Idc. I'm gonna be possessive of you for the whole day. In case Ryujin sees us."

"Really? You didnt even mention chaeryeong. Ryujin unnie better be worth it Yuna."

"Nei."

She clings onto your arm as you walk into school.

"Yuna? Y/n?" Ryujin says. She looked at your arm and glares at it but quickly shakes her head.

She plasters on a smile and begins talking to you. Chaeryeong awkwardly standing at the side.

Yuna quickly kissed you cheek and head towards the toilet.

"Ugh." You hear Ryujin say.

She quickly covers her mouth.

"So~ you like Yuna?" You say, smirking.

"H-Huh? Uh well...."

"Dont lie Ryujin unnie" you say.

"Well...yes!" She admits

"Oooooo"you say.

She looks at you sheepishly.

You glance at Chaeryeong. She looked hurt.

"I-im gonna go."

"Go where chaeryeong sunbaenim? There is no class today. It is a free study day Sunbae. Are you you going to the toilet?"

"Sunbae?- I mean. Yea, I'm heading to the restroom"

Ryujin looked shocked. She gasped.

"Aren't you 2 a thing?"

"We broke up yesterday.

She likes you. She never told me. So, I gave her my love as she took it. She gave that love to you." I say. The heartbreaking call almost stuck in my brain.

Ryujin looked at you worried. She sighs.

"I knew she had a thing for me. But Yuna has a place in my heart, that place is irreplaceable."

You smile at her.

"Y-you like me back?"

Ryujin gasped. She jumped up in surprised.

"Yuna...uhh..yes.." ryujin sheepishly said.

Yunas eyes lit up. She instantly hugged Ryujin.

"2shin for the win!!!"

"Yah! Unnie!" Yuna playfully slapped. You. You smiled at her.

" I saw Chaeyoung unnie crying. She told me that Ryujin liked someone else and that she regrets leaving you." Yuna said wriggling her eyebrow.

You sighed, you knew what she meant.

"She wont want me back"

"Yes...yes I would want you back Y/N"

You froze. After regaining your composure, youturned around to face her.

"Take me back... I'm sorry, I was blinded. I love you Y/N, more than anyone. My crush for Ryujin was nothing more than a crush. It was never a deeply felt love. Like my love towards you. My love for you will never dissipate. Please give me a second chance. I'm willing to change!" Chaeryeong cried out.

Tears welled up in your eyes.

The loneliness was replaced with sweet love. But you were bitter from the fact that she had a crush on ryujin while you were dating.

"Okay. Let's start over. Babe"

She jumped up and hugged you. She brought you closer and linked your lips together.

She began crying. She hugged you again and began flailing her arms in the air.

"Thank you! I promise. I'll love you better"

You began crying too. Your girlfriends words touch you.

The loneliness and bitterness you felt was made up by the sweet love at the end.

At the end of the day, you were truly happy.

You never left Chaeyoung's side.

You loved her till the end.
