my eyes slowly fluttered open as i slightly shifted only to find myself laying closely next to yoongi on the couch. we were wrapped together under a small blanket.
by the time i looked up at him, my eyes were wide open. and then i remembered the events the night before. blushing lightly, i looked at the sleeping yoongi. his lips were closed together and his eyes were still closed shut.
but i heard a noise in the kitchen causing me to look up only to see my mother cooking breakfast. shyly, i lower my head and look at yoongi.
"yoongi-ah, wake up," i softly say as i shake his shoulder lightly. but he didn't move. so i tried shaking him again. "yoongi," i whined cutely.
his eyes didn't open but his lips moved. "yah, i'll kiss you again if you try to wake me again," he said in a groggy voice. i freezed right then-and-there when he said that.
then, grinning slightly, i leaned in pressing my lips against his for a brief second and then pulled away to see a surprised yoongi.
"good. you're awake," i smiled, trying not to blush so hard. he gave a long yawn as he looked at me like a lost puppy.
"good morning," he softly said.
"morning yoongi."
"morning you two!" my mother's voice suddenly appeared out of nowhere. yoongi and i slightly jump as we stared at her.
"e-eomma," i managed to weakly say. yoongi gulped slightly as i started to sit up away from him.
"come on now. breakfast is ready, so eat while it's still warm," she said.
"alright," i softly said.
i removed the blanket and got up on my feet as yoongi followed behind and we both went to the table a sat down with delicious food waiting for us to be eaten.

"thank you for the food ms. jung," yoongi said bowing politely.
"you're welcome dear. help yourself."
i smiled happily. my mom seemed to love yoongi a lot. that's good. it makes me happy. and with that, we all ate breakfast that morning.
later on, the hot sun came up in the afternoon. yoongi and i spent that afternoon hanging around at my house, doing absolutely nothing when suddenly yoongi spoke of an idea.
"hey, lets go bike riding."
"bike riding? right now?"
"yeah."
"but it's like hot," i pouted.
"party pooper. just an idea," he said but then shrugged it off. feeling bad, i looked at him and then got up to my feet.
"come on then, lets go," i said.
"really?" he asked happily.
i nodded my head. "lets go!"
"yah, yoongi be careful!" i called out to him as he pedaled faster than me.
"you got to keep up if you want to catch me!" he yelled back. i pedaled faster and faster until i was just on his tail. i grinned and soon pedaled beside him as we biked together.
as we came to the next upcoming street, we slowed down to a stop.
"yah, lets go back now," i said, "my mother might be coming back soon."
"alright, we'll go back now. race you!"
and just like that, he dashed off and pedaled about first while i lingered behind and tried to catch up to him once more.
"yahhh, yoongi!!" i cried out. but he was still too fast for me. so i pushed myself to pedal faster. i pushed and pushed but only the sound of a horrid screech filled my ears and like a strike of lightning, i blacked out.

Continuity
I’m writing this all down because I don’t know what else to do with it. This whole experience has been so completely insane that I must record it so people in the future can understand what is going on. Maybe someday someone else can make sense of it. Maybe that person is you, I have no idea. JR awakens from a dream to find that he is late for work! When he tries to call in, he realizes that something is not right. That’s when his friend and co-worker, Frank, calls him and informs him of what just happened to their workplace. JR finds himself in a world that grows increasingly surreal with every passing day. There are basic facts about himself are missing from his memory. When was his birthday again? Taking place in Chicago in the near future, strange buildings, strange events and stranger people populate this world on the other side of the looking glass. JR is left to struggle with his new job and new surroundings, but luckily his old friend Frank is still there to help guide him. He makes many friends who have interesting takes on life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. First alerted by Frank, JR slowly becomes aware of a danger lurking in the background that is gradually spreading despite the fact that no one else seems to notice it or acknowledge that he might be on to something. All of this combines to make the novel Continuity about fear, anxiety and paranoia in a perplexing world that seems to be both real and not real at the same time. Rumored to be about 15 chapters and less than 200 pages the novel is written in a first person perspective that breaks the forth wall and will either leave you laughing with delight or scratching your head in confusion, or maybe both!? The one thing it won’t be is boring!
