《first love | m.yoongi》26

is it really possible to be in a relationship for a year and not have your first kiss yet?
yes, yoongi and i have been together for a year but we've never actually had a real kiss. i was a bit worried about it, but then again, it's both our first time.
i sat there at home with my mother cooking up some noodles in the kitchen when suddenly, the doorbell rang.
"can you get that soojin?" my mother called from the kitchen.
i quickly got up onto my feet as i pulled the hoodie over my head and walked over to the door. opening it up, i was suddenly shock to see sulli and her boyfriend with his friends standing at the door.
sulli grinned.
"yah, what are you guys doing here?" i asked staring at them in confusion.
hoseok suddenly gasped dramatically. "don't tell us you really forgot your date of birth!"
i glared at him. "yah, i told sulli that i don't celebrate."
"well, that sucks! we brought cake," namjoon said holding up a box.
"can we come in?" sulli asked. letting out a sigh, i shake my head as i opened up the door wider for them to come in.
"eomma! my friends are here, apparently they're throwing a birthday party for me," i said after closing the door after then.
they all went to see my mother and gave polite bows to her.
"that's so sweet! i'm sure she really does appreciate it," my mother told them.
i realized i haven't seen yoongi today, and neither did he text me. my mother left us in the living room where we all sat down on the couches, enjoying ourselves to some chicken wings my mother also had cooked and come cola.

i looked down at my phone constantly checking any messages i have received, but there were none.
sulli seemed to have noticed because just then, she nudged my shoulder lightly. "you okay?" she asked.
sighing softly, i gave only a simple nod.
"yeah, i'm okay.... he's probably just busy," i told her as i locked my phone once more. she pouted cutely and patted my shoulder.
"don't worry. i'm sure he won't forget." she gave an assuring smile and i couldn't help but return one to her.
just then, the doorbell rang. a smile widened on my face as i jumped to my feet instantly and ran to the front door. i didn't hesitate once as i swung the door open to reveal yoongi waiting outside with his stuffed into his pockets.
he smiled innocently at me. "am i late?" he asked, slightly embarrassed. i just smiled widely and suddenly engulfed him into a hug. i heard a small chuckle escape his lips as he wrapped his arms around me and kissed the top of my head.
"you're finally 18 now. congrats," he softly said.
"yah, we were starting to think you seriously wouldn't come," hoseok exclaimed.
"and miss this precious moment? i don't think so," yoongi said. i blushed lightly as i sat next to him on the couch. slowly, i laid my head on top of his shoulder when yoongi suddenly grabbed for my hand and intertwined our fingers together.
"come to think of it, sulli? when did you and taehyung have your first kiss?" namjoon asked all so suddenly.
the thought of having a first kiss slightly made me feel sad a bit. i never really had my first kiss, even though yoongi is my first boyfriend and i'm his first girlfriend.

i bit my bottom lip as i lifted my head away from yoongi's shoulder and slightly looked over at sulli and taehyung.
"well, after 3 months, we finally shared our first kiss, at the school rooftop," sulli said smiling.
"how cute. when will we ever get girlfriends?" hoseok pouted slightly.
"yah, yah, yah. if all else ends badly we'll just date each other," namjoon told him as she nudged his shoulder.
"call!"
sulli gave a small laugh and soon her attention was diverted to yoongi and i.
"so, what about you two? you both must have had your first kiss together, right?" she smirked.
i gulped slightly and then looked at yoongi who also seemed to be getting shy of the topic being discussed amongst them.
"er, well... uh, we haven't exactly... had our first kiss yet," i softly said.
"what?!" they all announced in union.
i felt yoongi's hand tighten slightly around me.
"seriously?" namjoon asked.
yoongi and i both nodded ours head in reply for that was all we could do. it never occured to me that we would be talking about it. it was weird to me, and slightly embarrassing since everyone seemed so very surprised about the news of yoongi and i haven't kissed yet.
"aigoo, no very good fun," hoseok suddenly spoke in broken english. but namjoon just bursted laughing out loud. i sensed yoongi slightly glared at him.
but... was it really bad we haven't had our first kiss yet?

My Quiet Life
In a world where rank, blood-ties and religion are intertwined; Silika Everest lived an idyllic life as the third child of the Marquess of Oblon, spending her time causing trouble for the estate servants and playing with her siblings to her heart's content. Until a fateful day when a game of hide and seek turned into tragedy. When she woke up, her life had turned on its head, everything she had now slipping away from her. That day her quiet life began— an unforgiving life where all odds are stacked against her. **************** Hi there! This is my first webnovel story! I hope you will enjoy it and help me make it better! I try to keep my chapter lenghts between 1,500-2,500 words The story will follow Silika, the young daughter of an aristocratic count who becomes handicapped and must adapt to a world not designed for people in her situation. She will have to struggle through her disability, religion, family, abuse, trauma and politics. The world will not be kind to her, but she will find her place. The tone is a bit darker at times in this story, but not in 'edgy' or 'grimdark' way. They reflect the main character's struggles. There will be happy times, funny times, but also sad times and painful time. The main character will grow and learn in what I hope will be a very interesting experience for you all to read!
