It was around 10 pm and all the people that were at Ariana's party were tipsy to say the least. Harry wasnt sober either and he was talking to Aaron, Brian and Scott about him and Ariana.
"But Harry, tell me, do you have feelings for Ariana or not?"
Harry shrugged. He didn't know anymore. He thought he was in love with her but then he didn't and now he slept with her somehow.
"Awwww he does!!" Scott said excitedly.
"Guys I don't know! It's a mess, instead of discovering what could have been between us we had sex and now there's no chance for us at all!"
"Why wouldn't you be able to discover the feelings anymore?" Aaron asked confused. "This connects you two rather than drive you apart."
"Yeah you really should....." Brian started but he immediately stopped talking when the girls walked into the kitchen.
"Heyy guys, what is happening here?" Ariana shouted and laughed when Victoria ran up to the freezer.
"Why aren't y'all dancing?" Njomza asked and took Harry's hands and started jumping around. Harry laughed before joking in and so did the rest. They were all dancing and having a good time.
"Y'ALL! ONLY 20 MINUTES LEFT!" Alexa screamed and everyone excitedly ran to the living room to watch the clock on the big television.
The last 20 seconds they were counting down and laughing hysterically.
Only ten seconds were left of 2016 and Harry looked at Ariana before grabbing her hand and counting down the last seconds.
"TWO... ONE... HAPPY NEW YEAR!!" Everyone clapped and hugged and laughed.
Harry pulled Ariana into a hug and whispered in her ear: "Happy new year Grande."
"Happy new year Styles." Ariana laughed and they both looked at each other and then at each other's lips.

Harry smiled sadly and softly shook his head
"What?" Ariana asked.
"Ariana, let's be friends alright? I love you, you're my best friend so let's keep it like that."
Ariana nodded and Harry knew she understood and agreed.
They hugged again and then started to hug the rest of the group.
They stayed up till 5 am and had the most fun. At some point they were all so tired they literally couldn't dance anymore and that's when they all fell asleep on Ariana's gigantic couch.
