"Babe, you know we were to do date night tonight", I frowned.

"I know but come on, let's go to my job's event okay"

"Whatever", I mumbled, looking down.

"I love you", he kissed my forehead.

"I love you too"

"Okay go get ready"

He walked away to the living room and I rolled my eyes. I walked upstairs and sighed.

I'm Leah Carter. I'm 21 and I'm living with my boyfriend Terrance of 4 years. He works for a business that helps with houses and money for other businesses. I'm a part-time model, in the meantime I have a youtube channel.

Back to my relationship, we were doing good but after our junior year in college. Everything started going left. We argue a lot more and he tries to keep things up but he flirts with other women sometimes.

I feel like we should be together forever. He is my first love and this was the only relationship I really had. Lately, we been kind of distant and I'm always playing like his girlfriend that just does whatever he wants.

I love him, I do. But I wanted someone who would make me feel young all the time and I feel like I'm in my late 20s.

-At the event-

I walked in the building, holding Terrance's hand and he looked at me.

"Yes?", I said, looking at him.

"Nothing, you just look very beautiful"

I smiled and pecked his lips. We walked into the room and saw people talking. Some others were eating or dancing to the music.

How can you dance to classical music?

"Hey Terrance, is this your lady?", this white man said who came infront of us.

"Yes, Leah this is my boss Mr. Howard and Mr. Howard, this is my girlfriend Leah"

I shook his hand and he smiled.

"She's beautiful, how long yall been together?"

"4 years and 3 months", Terrance said, smiling at me.

I blushed and looked down.

"That's great, hope you two enjoy the event"

He walked away and went to talk to some group. Me and Terrance went to go sit down.

"Terrance?", I heard someone say.

I looked up and saw a white girl with dirty blonde hair.

"Hey Sarah", he said, getting up and hugging her.

I raised my eyebrow as they pulled away.

"Who is this?", she asked.

I should be asking you the same thing. Bitch.

"This is my girlfriend Leah, Leah this is my co-worker Sarah"

"Nice to meet you", she said with a fake smile.

"And it's not nice to meet you", I returned the same fake smile.

She rolled her eyes and walked away. She was trying to switch so hard with her nonexistent ass.

"What was that?", Terrance said looking at me, frowning.

"Your co-worker got smart with me so I got smart back"

"Unnecessary"

He walked away and went to go talk to Sarah. I scrunched up my face and got up.

He got me all the way fucked up. He forgot he gave me his keys when we came inside.

I grabbed my purse and walked out the event room.
