DEREK'S LOFT

I stand by the kitchen counter in Derek's old loft and wait for the pack to join me. Daniel walks out of the room walking towards me and I look at him but ignore him not wanting to speak with him. He's always putting his life in danger, and Chris' as well. It's hard to trust him.

I thought maybe he understood what was happening to Chris but I don't think he does. I think he might be on the same page as Scott, dead or alive. Chris is important to this, he's one of the horsemen of Lykos', the only one left.

They needed four horsemen from what Siren said, one who can freeze the oceans, one who manipulates nature, one who can destroy with their voice, and one that will burn the surface world. Siren is dead and so is Ethan. They never had someone who manipulated nature, not that I know of.

We have the surviving of the horsemen that Lykos needs. Lydia, the banshee, Parrish, the hellhound and if I could predict what would happen next, I would want to know who would the controller of nature would be.

"Stiles." I hear Lydia's voice and see her walk in through the door with Mason, Liam, and Parrish behind her. This is what remains of the pack now. They all walk fast towards the counter wanting to know what happened, with Scott.

"Is it true? Scott's gone?" Mason asks starring at me and Daniel strangely and I look over seeing Parrish clench his jaw looking away as he couldn't stop them from taking Scott.

"Lykos took him but, we'll find him." I respond having a plan in mind but I'm not sure if they'll like it.

"How?" Liam asks worried being the next one in line for the alpha role if anything ever happens to Scott.

"You're all not gonna like the plan." I say as I get ready to say the plan and they look at me wanting to hear as they cross the arms and lower their eyebrows ready to listen.

"What does it involve..." Lydia says and I look at her as she has a gut feeling that she might know already. "... or should I say who?"

"It involves Killer Frost." I say and everyone looks down or clenches their jaw.

"You're crazy." Liam says not wanting anything to do with Frost but as far as I know, I'm the next best thing as an alpha in this pack. It's up to me now to lead this team to save Scott and Chris.

"Hear me-"

"Stiles, he killed Deaton!" Liam shouts and everyone begins to question whether this could be a good idea or not.

"That was Killer Frost, not Chris! Chris is still in there, I know he is! He's trapped inside the ice that Killer Frost has made." I respond to Liam and he quickly shuts up. "Lykos killed Ethan in the warehouse... I saw Chris in Killer Frost trying to help Ethan back up and stare back at me. He was scared, alone, and in pain." I say remembering the memory of his eyes back to his natural brown color and his voice breaking back to his normal undistorted tone.

"He's vulnerable." Lydia says knowing this might be a shot to keep herself away from the woods when the night comes. I nod at her and she looks at me with a light smile but still worried.

"Chris knows where Lykos' hideout is. He's part of the horsemen crew still, and actually the only one left surviving and Lykos will still trust him." I say spilling the facts out that only make sense in my head. "If Scott is being kept in the hideout, we'll have to move fast before Lykos drains him of his power."

"So where do we find Killer Frost?" Liam asks now being involved in the plan realizing that this isn't such a bad idea. This is the way.

"I already have that figured out. All we have to do is go to Chris and try to convince him to help us." I respond to Liam and he walks in closer with Mason on his side.

"I'll bring weapons just incase things don't turn out the way they do. Actually nothing turns out the way we always want it to." Parrish says joining in on the fun but Lydia still holds back.

"This will... Trust me." I say starring towards Lydia and she walks closer in joining the team.

"and what you're wrong." Daniel says questioning me as he's found his boldness. "What if Chris likes being this way."

"I know Chris better than anyone. He doesn't." I say and Daniel hesitates joining.

"I'll come just to say I told you so." Daniel says getting close and we are all in a small circle.

"We leave later today. Get ready and meet me in the woods." I say assembling the pack like the leader I've always wanted to be.
