"Doctor, I don't see the use of this..." I hear a man speak in a deep voice. "Meta."

"He killed one of your hunters by touching him with his hands! could the world!" I hear someone speak in a German accent as his voice shakes. I open my eyes slowly to see a white floor, a white light shining down on me. "I didn't come all the way from Berlin to just be denied to study a new species of Metas."

I rise up from the floor to see myself in a grey jumpsuit. I stare at the two people talking through a thick glass. It's cold here, very cold.

I look up at the ceiling to see a vent dropping down cold air as I see the smoke.

"-he's awake." The guy with the deep voice says as I stare at him to notice him to be bald. "You have a week to show me what he is capable of." The bald man says as he walks away from the scientist.

"Where am I?" I ask in a low voice starring at the scientist. I notice that my voice echoes and I feel hungry again, so hungry.

The scientist suddenly snaps his fingers and the glass slides up opening it to a bunch of guys in hazard suits. The guys in hazard suits quickly walk to me pointing electric sticks at me.

"Get up!" One of the guys yell and poke at me, shocking me. I groan loudly and get angry feeling the ice run in my veins. "Come on!" The guy yells again as I try to get up and attacks me with the stick. Before he pokes me I grab the stick and quickly freeze the stick and freeze the guy. As I do freeze him, I feel his warmth being absorbed and I feel less hungry. I feed off warmth?

I growl and the hazard mask guy quickly runs off and the glass door shuts close. "He just killed Rick!" The guy in the hazard suit yells at the scientist and the scientist looks at me as I rise up from the ground. The scientist looks at me so fiercely ready to do something to me. He can help me control this thing that I'm doing. He can help me. "What are you doing? Rick has a family!" The scientist yells as if he knew what the guy was doing.

The scientist grabs his speaker and turns it on. "Gas Cell 13." The scientist says and as he does say so the vents start dropping down a green fog. I stand in the middle of the room next to the frozen hazard man as I stare at the gas. "We're going to do what we do with everyone in this lab. him." I start breathing the gas in anyways and I start to get dizzy. I quickly fall to the ground loosing my balance and pass out.

I start waking up again and realize I'm chained down to a wall. I rise up to see myself inside of another white room except this is bigger, with what seems like mannequins around. What is this? I turn my head observing the environment to spot a reflective window. They're watching me.

"Wake up Mr.Snow." I hear a voice, like a comm through the ceiling. I get up from the floor as the chain holds me down from walking to anywhere else in the room. "We want you to use your abilities to destroy the mannequins."

"How?" I say in a husky voice as I hear my voice echo back at me. Who am I?

"Figure it out." The voice says and I raise an eyebrow as my hand wraps around the chain. I freeze the chain off as it breaks into tiny pieces of ice. I stand up straight and stare at the mannequins.

I raise my hands using my imagination as it's the source of this curse. I aim my hand at the mannequin and shoot an icicle at the mannequin's neck as it slices the head off. I'm powerful, but how powerful?

I start shooting icicles and start letting my abilities control me. I let this person who is not me control me. I black out for seconds, maybe minutes to only realize the damage I've done. I admire the iced walls and the cold temperature that keeps me sane.

"." The scientist whispers through the comm expecting me not to hear it. I smirk a little having a plan up my sleeve. Suddenly I'm shocked and put into a freezer locking me in it. I'm being rolled through halls of other people, people with deformities.

Suddenly I pass by Claire. I see her in a giant sphere tank with a breathing mask on her. Her ability must be pyrokinetic and with no air in her tank, she can't produce the fire she makes. But as I pass her, my body craves for heat. She is my source of energy.

I starve for her energy. She could keep me sane.
