Barry is at Star Labs with Cisco and is losing his mind. He feels distant from both Nora and Dawn since the mission. Barry feels like he has to choose which is the last thing he wants to do. He is in the speed lab running around the track. Caitlin saw this on the security camera and knows that when he wants to think or he runs. She goes down to the speed lab which is lit up by his yellow lightning. "Barry!" She calls out and he comes down from the track

"Hey" He says a little out of breath "What do you need me for?"

"I wanted to see what was wrong" Caitlin said

"What makes you think something's wrong?" Barry asked

"When you run a lot you are either chasing a villain or thinking about something, there's no villain and you've been running for 2 hours hour and 30 minutes." Caitlin said

"I've been running for that long?" Barry asked and she nodded

"So what's on your mind?" She says wiggling her eyebrows

"It's Nora and Dawn, I feel like I am losing touch with both of them, they make it like I have to choose between them and I am not going to do that. I want to spend time with both of them but they just can't get along" Barry said

"Take them shopping" Caitlin said

"So I get my daughter's closer by going on a shopping spree" Barry says confused

"Yeah, they've only gone shopping once and barely have any clothes to wear. You could bring Iris as well, that way all of you can connect" Caitlin said

"I guess that could work, also your coming too" Barry said

"Why am I coming?" Caitlin asked

"Don't you think it would be kind of awkward for Dawn if it was Iris, Nora her and I" Barry said "You wouldn't to put her in a position like that right?"

"Of course not I just don't want to intrude, I'm not family" Caitlin said

"Of course your family" Barry said "You wouldn't be intruding especially when I'm asking you"

"Ok I'll go" Caitlin said

"Yes, ok come to my loft at 9:00 tomorrow" Barry said "Bring Dawn"

"Ok" Caitlin said and Barry sped away with a wink and filled Iris and Nora in on the plan. At first they were angry about Dawn and Caitlin coming but they let it go.

It was Saturday and Barry, Iris and Caitlin didn't have to go in for work. It was exactly 9:00 when Caitlin and Dawn showed up at the door. "Right on time" Barry chirped cheerfully

"Well you know Caitlin, it's either early on right on time" Dawn said and Barry laughed. Iris and Nora then came down the steps and were not that excited to see the two but put a smile on for Barry. Iris doesn't really mind Caitlin but doesn't understand why she came today.

"Ok well we ready to go?" Barry asks after everyone said hello. Dawn, Barry and Nora sped Iris and Caitlin there. "Ok where do you guys want to go first?"

"Can we go over there?" Nora said pointing to a shop with lots of t-shirts and jackets her style. Barry nods and the 5 of them head over there. Nora and Dawn try one some clothes and get a verdict from Barry, Iris and Caitlin. After they did casual clothes they wanted some nice dresses as well.

Nora was eyeing a black dress that would fit her perfectly. Barry comes up behind her and says "You know that would look very nice on you"

"Thanks but I don't..." Nora said and was cut off by Barry who knew where this was going

"You would look really nice in it try it on" Barry said and Nora nodded taking the dress. Barry then saw Iris smiling at him and he smiled back. He went to go join Iris, Dawn and Caitlin as they were all waiting for the big reveal. A few seconds later Nora came out in a black dress and she looked perfect on her.

"So what do you think" Nora said in her black thinly strapped dress with black high heels.

"You look lovely sweetie" Iris says

"Yeah you look beautiful" Barry says

"Do you think I should get it?" Nora says

"If you don't I will" Iris says and Nora smiles and walks back to the change room.

"I can't believe that's our daughter" Barry says

"I can" Iris said and smiled at Barry who smiled back. This smile wasn't a smile to his wife. It was a smile to his friend. They looked around the store some more looking for a dress for Dawn, Iris and Nora were looking for other things they may like. Dawn came across a maroon dress with thin straps and a slit at the bottom. She admired the dress but felt shy about getting it.

Dawn was going to walk away when she heard Caitlin's voice "you would look really nice in that"

"No" Dawn said

"She's right" Barry said joining their conversation "You would look amazing in that"

"I costs to much" Dawn said

"I'm technically a billionaire" Barry said and got a look from Caitlin and Dawn

"Since when?" Caitlin asked

"Since Reverse Flash handed everything to me" Barry said

"Oh yeah his living will thing" Caitlin said and Barry nodded "Anyway not the point, the point was you were meant to get this dress"

"Are you sure it's ok?" Dawn asked

"It's fine got try it on" Barry said and Dawn walked over to the change rooms with the dress. "Iris, Nora Dawn's trying on a dress" He went to go tell them and they all sat down. Dawn came out feeling awkward but Barry and Caitlin thought she looked absolutely beautiful. Iris and Nora didn't want to admit that it was the perfect dress for her.

"You look..." Caitlin started

"Absolutely stunning" Barry finished

"Really?" Dawn asks hugging herself feeling insecure.

"You look beautiful, act it" Barry said walking to Dawn whispering the last part, moving the hands from her waist. Dawn smiled at her dad and hugged him.

"Thank you" She said

"Anytime" Barry said and planted a kiss on her forehead.

They broke from the hug and Dawn said "I'm gonna go get dressed" and Barry nodded

Nora, Iris, Barry and Caitlin were wondering around the store. "Hey dad, I'm gonna go get some water" Nora said and Barry nodded

"I'm gonna get some was well" Iris said and both of them went off. While Barry was waiting for Dawn he saw Caitlin looking at a Bright Blue dress.

"You should get it" Barry said leaning against a nearby clothes rack and falling as it started to roll away from him and she laughed a little.

"First of all a hello is fine, second of all that was funny, third of all I can't get this" Caitlin said

"And why not?" Barry asked

"because this isn't supposed to be about me it is supposed to be about your two daughters reconnecting with you" She said

"Ok fine" Barry said already knowing who it was going to pan out and had a plan. Nora, Dawn and Iris, who found a dress, all gave Barry their dresses to buy. The girls looked for another place to go while Barry finished up in the store.

They went went to the food court and found a table. "What do you want?" Iris says pointing to Nora.

"Can I have 2 double meat patties with a large chips and a large diet coke." Nora says

"Ok, want do you guys want?" Iris asks

"I'll have 3 cheeseburgers, 2 large chips and 2 large diet cokes" Barry said

"Alright, Dawn?" Iris says typing it into the phone

"3 cheeseburgers, 4 boxes of onion rings and a large sprite" Dawn said

"Caitlin?" Iris said

"It's okay, I'll get my own" Caitlin said getting up and walking towards big belly burger, Iris following behind. They were both waiting in line when Caitlin said "You know I didn't invite myself, and I don't want to barge in on your family day out it's just he invited on me and then tried throwing reasons why I couldn't go but he won. That was a really bad way to put it."

"It's ok Caitlin, I'm glad Dawn has someone to talk to" Iris said and smiled as Caitlin smiled back

"So you're ok with me being here?" Caitlin asked

"Yeah, plus you could leak more embarrassing stories of Barry to the girls" Iris said and Caitlin laughed

Meanwhile Nora, Dawn and Barry are sitting at the table. "So is everyone still close in the future?" Barry asks

"Even closer than you guys are now" Nora says

"Yeah, we have dinners or lunches every Sunday's at either Papa Joe's or our place." Dawn adds

"What about you two?" Barry asks and Dawn and Nora look at each other "I imagine you were close once that's why you're so mad at each other now. Look I know that there is stuff that you can't talk about with me but can you at least find a way to get along because I want to spend some time with both my daughter's"

"Yeah ok" Dawn said "I can try"

"Me too" Nora said and Barry went behind them and hugged them from behind and gave them both a kiss on the cheek.

"I love you both so much" Barry said

"We love you too dad" Nora said and Iris and Caitlin came back.

"We're back" Iris said

"And we brought food" Caitlin said and both of them gave out the food to the three speedsters. They all ate and went to shop for other clothes and accessories.

They went to a make up store and Nora and Dawn tried on some make up. Next they went to go get some jewelry, Nora ended up getting something whereas Dawn didn't get anything.

"Are you sure you don't want anything?" Barry asked

"Yeah cause I have this" Dawn says showing Barry a chain around her neck. It was a silver heart locket with the most beautiful design. " my mum gave me this, it is the best birthday gift I ever got. It says Always and Forever because that's something the two of you used to say whenever there was a situation where you might not come back"

"The locket what's inside?" Barry sayd

"It's a photo of you and mum, it's cheesy but you guys gave this to me before you vanished and my mum said that this way both of you could be close to my heart" Dawn said "And I know you want to see but you can't" she said remembering that he'll figure out who her mother is.

"Right, yeah" Barry said tearing up a little bit. "I'm gonna go see if Iris or Nora want anything else" he said with a sniffle and Dawn sighed.

"Hey what happened?" Caitlin said looking at Dawn's face a little broken.

"Oh, uh nothing happened it's fine I promise" Dawn said and the West-Allen Family came.

"We all set" Iris said

"I think so" Barry said

"Ok this has been fun" Nora says

"Yeah it has" Dawn says

"Look Dawn, I'm sorry for how I've treated you, it's not your fault I just needed to take my anger out on someone. Can you forgive me?" Nora said

"Yeah" Dawn said and gave her sister a hug. Then everyone said their goodbyes and went home.

Caitlin and Dawn entered the apartment and put their bags down. "Something's wrong" Dawn said and Caitlin looked at her "There is no way Nora would just apologise to me like that she is planning something"

"So you felt it too" Caitlin said

"You think she's planning something?" Dawn said

"I don't know it just felt" Caitlin said

"Off" Both of them said at the same time

"Well this mystery is for another day I am tired and just want to watch some Netflix" Dawn said and Caitlin laughed "But first I'm gonna put my clothes away" she said getting up and speeding over to her room and sped putting the clothes away. "Hey Caitlin, I don't remember getting this dress" Dawn said coming out of her room with the bright blue dress that Barry told her she should get. Caitlin smiled and took the dress out of Dawn's hands.

"I can't believe he did this" Caitlin said

"What?" Dawn said confused

"Your dad saw me looking at this dress and told me I should get it, I told him it was too expensive and he bought it for me anyway" Caitlin said

"Well it would look really nice on you" Dawn said

"Yeah" Caitlin said smiling at the dress thinking of Barry "I'm uh gonna go put this away" she said going towards her room.
