Team Flash is at the west house celebrating their newest member, Jenna Marie West when they hear a knock on the door. Everyone is confused as they notice everyone is already here. Barry goes to open the door and a girl in her early 20s comes inside. "Hi" she says

"Hi" Barry says confused

"We need to talk" she says

"Who are you?" Barry asks

"I'm Nora your daughter from the future" Nora says and looks around the room for everyone's reaction. All their faces are frozen and she is just staring there smiling at the group.

"Your our daughter?" Barry says

"From the future?" Iris finishes

"Named Nora?" Barry asks

She nods and says "After your mother"

"Hey weren't you a waitress at their wedding?" Wally pointed out

"Yeah" Barry said and then there was another knock on the door. Barry then opens the door and another girl who is a few year younger than Nora comes in.

"Nora, what are you doing here?" She says

"You always have to ruin everything" Nora says angrily at the girl

"You shouldn't be here, you know what could happen" The mystery girl says

"I don't care, you know what happened" Nora said to the mystery girl referring to something in the future. The rest of the team was just watching this unfold.

"Nora, you have to come home." the mystery girl repeated

"No I can't, I won't" Nora said

Barry had enough of all the secrecy and arguments, he wanted answers "Who are you and what is going on?"

"I'm Dawn. I am also your daughter and Nora needs to come home" She said looking at Barry than at Nora

"I'm not going back" Nora said "I can't go back any way"

"What do you mean you can't get back?" Iris asks

"Well I can't go back because I can't run fast enough to access the speed force ever since..."

"Ever since what?" Barry asks

"Ever since I helped you destroy the Star Labs satellite" Nora said "I'm sorry I just couldn't help myself" Dawn knew she was lying but couldn't confront her in front of the group. "Any Ideas how to help?" Nora said sweetly and Dawn rolled her eyes.

They went to Star Labs and Nora was running around the the speed track and Cisco and Caitlin were looking for any reason why she couldn't go home. Iris had an emergency at CCPN so she had to leave. Barry looked at Dawn who was sitting on the treadmill and at Nora who was running around. Caitlin went to Barry and asked "What's wrong?" he looked at her and tried to come up with an excuse "Barry I know when you thinking about something, there is in point in you trying to hide it" she said and he smiled a bit

"I'm worried that they are going to say the wrong thing and it can change the timeline, they should be here. Them being her is already a danger to the time." He admits

"Barry they aren't going to erase themselves from existence or do anything else to effect the timeline because they have probably been taught on how to keep the timeline intact." Caitlin tries to reassure him

"Thank you" he says putting his hand on her shoulder

"No problem" she says smiling

"I have to go to CCPD, can you try to keep them here" Barry said and Caitlin nodded

Nora got back down from the speed lab and asked "Where's Dad?"

"Barry is at CCPD but wanted you guys to stay here" Caitlin said and Dawn and Nora nodded.

Nora left the room and Dawn followed and caught up to her. "What are you doing here Nora?"

"I want to see my family since yours is the reason mine fell apart" Nora said

"That's not fair, it was their choices and Dad did everything to make sure that you and Iris were ok" Dawn said

"You've always been so small minded Dawn" Nora said

"Than explain to me, talk to me I can't help you unless I know what the problem is" Dawn said

"Look in order to save the future I know we have to pretend to be sisters, we have to pretend that you are Iris's daughter, but otherwise we are nothing got it" Nora said

"Yeah" Dawn said a little hurt and watched Nora speed away.

Nora goes to visit Barry at CCPD. "Hi dad" Nora says excitedly

"Hey, where's your sister?" Barry said awkwardly

"She's at Star Labs" Nora said

"Weren't you going to stay there with Caitlin and the others?" Barry asked

"You know I'm a forensic scientist too, CCU grad just like you, 5.6 GPA just like you, I could help you get through all this stuff. " Nora says. Barry was about to say something but Nora sped over to one of the files and examined it "crazing in the melted glass suggest a liquid accelerant."

"Any household petroleum based household product could cause crazing" Barry says walking closer to Nora and grabbing the file from her.

"Well like floor wax, shag rugs or even balloons" Nora says

"Yeah like glass melts under the surface, like ice-cream in the cracks of a waffle cone" Barry says

"Like when you get two scoops of cookie dough ice-cream with extra sparkles from the Mason family Ice-cream shop in" Nora said

"Happy Harbour Rhode Island." they both said. Barry smiled at his daughter in awe and then he said "My parents used to take me there when I was little, it's my favorite dessert."

"Mine too" Nora said and Dawn came speeding in. Nora rolled her eyes in disgust and and got up from her chair.

"Uh sorry to interrupt" she said feeling guilty "but there is a robbery on 10th and Neely"

"Ok, but I don't have my suit" Barry said

"One second" Dawn said and sped out of the room. She came back holding Barry's first supersuit. It was the first Barry noticed her lighting was yellow and blue."Direct from Cisco's back closet, one OG supersuit, well not the original because that was blown up but here you go"

"Thank you" Barry said "I'm gonna handle this" and Nora started to follow. "No I got it you stay here"

Barry goes to handle the robbery which he does. Cisco and Caitlin found a way to send Nora and Dawn back home. They were getting ready in the pipeline."I can't believe that I am wearing the same tachyon enhancer my father used to meet supergirl for the first time" Nora said ecstatically

"There you all set" Caitlin said to Dawn

"Thank you" Dawn said

"Did all these suits shrink?" Barry said walking in the pipeline with his white emblem suit he wore to take down zoom. "And why does it smell so bad"

"That was the suit you used to take down King shark" Nora said "wait until..."

Nora was cut off by Dawn saying "there is nothing to wait until"

"Right" Nora said

"We should get going" Barry said

"I'm sorry we didn't spend more time together" Iris said

"It's ok, we spend our whole lives together" Nora says and Dawn nods. Nora then hugs Barry like she is clinging on for her life. Dawn starts to tear up and hugs him as well.

Dawn is the first one to gather her feelings and seperate from the hug. Barry says "ok" and Nora separates from the hug.

They run into the pipeline and then Wally speeds into the pipeline. "Have they already left?" Wally asks

"Yeah, why?" Iris asks

"We have to get them back now" Wally demands. They were running around the pipeline when a wormhole opened up. They tried to go through but instead they fell back on the floor. Caitlin checked on all of them who seemed to be doing fine.

"I figured out why Nora couldn't get back home" Wally said "She has negative tachyons in her system"

"What so instead of speeding you up the slow you down" Cisco asks and Wally nods "Damn, I was kidding."

"Can we take them home one the Waverider?" Barry asked

"It'll burn the time drive" Wally said

Barry, Caitlin and Cisco tried to use the tachyon absorption enhancer to offset the negative tachyons. They decided to take a break and he sees Dawn in Cisco's workshop and remembers back in the pipeline what Nora said. Dawn was stroking Barry and Caitlin in the photo. "What happens to me?" Barry asks and Dawn puts the photo down.

"What do you mean?" Dawn asks and Nora comes in

"You said" Barry said pointing to Nora "That you spend your whole life with your mother but you never said the same about me"

"Guess my poker face is that bad" Nora said and looked at Dawn

"I need to know" Barry said and they both looked at each other and went to the time vault. Nora they show the news paper of Barry disappearing "How long was I gone?" Barry asked and Nora changed the screen to a new paper from their time in the future.

"You never come back" Dawn says. Barry then starts rubbing his head.

"I was so worried that I was going to screw up your childhood but I wasn't even there" Barry said and Cisco's voice came from the speakers

"So, the wedding was" Barry said and Nora finished

"Pretty much the first time I met you" Nora said

"And when you walked into the house" Barry said to Dawn

"Yeah, that was the first time I met you" Dawn said looking down scratching her head which she obviously got from Barry.

"How old were you when it happened?" Barry asked

"I was 4" Nora said

"I was 2" Dawn said. Barry couldn't believe what he was hearing he didn't want to leave his daughter to grow up without him.

"You're not really stuck here are you" Barry said

"Busted" Nora said with a small smile.

The trio was silent, it was disrupted by Cisco who said, "Hey it's finished, come one up." All 3 of them went upstairs like nothing happened. "Ok here you go, now you can go home"

"Thanks uncle Cisco, well I guess this is it" Nora says sadly

"Or maybe you could stay here for a while, make sure your powers are working and stuff" Barry say taking the tachyon enhancer off Cisco.

"Are you sure?" Dawn asks

"Yeah" Barry said

"Barry, what is this really about?" Caitlin asks and Barry sighs. He should've know that he couldn't lie to her, he was a open book to her.

"Ok, uh guys show them" Barry says, Nora uses her gauntlet to the show the newspaper from Barry vanishing and Dawn showed the one where he is still missing 25 years in the future.

"Oh my god" Caitlin said

"He's still missing" Joe says and they nod. "That's why came to see your father"

There was a moment of silence among the group that was broken by Cisco "Wait that means you're not actually stuck here" and they shake their head "Do you know how many points I blew off making the enhancer, I could have gone on a trip somewhere"

Some people laugh softly and then go back to the thought of Barry never coming back. Another moment of silence fell among the group and this time it was broken by Iris "So what. We have changed what that said before and we can do it again." She said confidently rubbing her husband's back.

"If one thing team flash is good at its handing the future its own but" Cisco said and Caitlin and Barry let out a small laugh

"Yeah, what he said" Caitlin agreed and reassured Nora and Dawn. Then everyone went home feeling a little sad about Barry but all and all everything was ok.
