《Future untold》Unkept secrets

"Where'd you get that jacket?" Barry asked with confusion as he tried to figure out who these two girls were. At that time, Iris walked into the living room.
"From her," Nora pointed at Iris.
"Uh no, I wouldn't give my one of a kind jacket to a stranger." Everyone stared at Nora and Carry.
"Who are you, exactly?"
"I'm Nora West-Allen, your daughter from the future." Carry glanced, completely confused for a split second at Nora before introducing herself.
"I am Carry Amelia Snow, I'm your daughter from the future." Carry smiled wide at her mom she'd just met for the first time since she was three. Carry went along with Nora's charade, she'd talk to her about it later, she was too excited and nervous.
Papa Joe's house hadn't changed much in the future so the girls felt comfortable walking right in and chatted as if they were faraway cousins who'd just returned from an adventure. Nora interrupted Carry or quickly answered questions with what she knew were definitely lies. After a little bit Caitlin and Carry got to sit down and talk by themselves.
"You can't tell me who your father is, can you?" Caitlin had a sad look in her eyes. Carry wanted so much to tell her the truth but if she countered Nora's statement then they'd have to explain and potentially mess up the timeline. Plus Nora would kill her for interfering with her plan, whatever it is.
"I've never met him, but everyone has said nice things about him." It was true, Carry had been raised by Iris just like Nora had. But Nora at least had her mom with her, Carry's parents hadn't been seen for years. "I really can't tell you anything about my life without potential damage-"

"To the timeline, I know, I shouldn't have asked." Caitlin's eyes had flickered with hope for a second before returning to the darkness. "Can you tell me if Killer Frost comes back?"
"I'm not entirely sure if she does, I've never seen her before," Carry had no memory of Killer Frost, probably because she was three last time she saw her mother. Caitlin looked down at her hands that sat on the kitchen counter, her eyes glazed over. Carry put her hand on top of hers. "Don't give up hope yet."

A D&D Gamer in Garweeze Wurld
He doesn't know how he got here, and while the trappings are familiar, he doesn't actually know where he is, either. From the perspective of those around him, Duromar is a half-ogre barbarian, an uncivilized brute by any standard you care to use. But from his perspective, he's a character created in a gaming system. From either one, he must live within the rules of that system. This is the story of a gamer who ends up in a game that's just a bit off from what he knows. ---- I wanted to write something a little bit old-school. Most of the LitRPG I've found seems to be based on computer RPG styled stories. Progression through levels is fast, and depending on the game, skills and even attributes can be trained with or without class levels. This wasn't true with the older pen and paper games, and that's the style of leveling I wanted to write.
