It could be phone,laptop or anything which distracts you from focusing on your studies. I usually get distracted by my phone, so I try to keep it away from me. I prefer studying in books. If your study materials are only available in your laptop or phone, Don't forget to turn on the airplane mode to avoid any calls or messages.
