Study in ways in which it's easier for you: flash cards, practicing exercises from textbooks, doing experiments, mind-maps/spider diagrams, etc. Chose the one that best suits you. We are all different, so we all learn in different ways. Some people prefer reading, other doing flash cards or even doing a practical about it.

Remember that when you study, you have to focus; so I recommend everyone to leave your phone alone or turn it off so you could focus better. When you focus you work better.
