Grocery store

" you sure we need all them eggs? " I asked Jayda watching as she grabbed 3 cartons of eggs. " yes I want my groceries to last me awhile don't wanna grocery shop every week" Jayda explained pilling more stuff into the cart.

" okay you get all these groceries and I'm finna go buy so more paper towels and tissue " I said walking away after Jayda waved me off. That girl will by all the food if she can! And never even cook it.

Be wanting to try Tiktok recipes just for her not to like it. That's my baby tho.

I grabbed the tissue and paper towels before wondering to the home stuff in the store. I love buying stuff for the house. It was this cute white sequin pillow but it was all the way at the top.

See I wasn't short but I still wasn't the tallest person either. I stood on the bottom shelf and tried to reach the pillow. " Do you need help? " I sighed in relief that somebody had finally came to help. I stepped down and turned around wishing I didn't.

I stood still shocked that I was facing none other than my ex girlfriend. She smirked after seeing it was me. " We'll if it isn't D, I thought I would never see you again" she said smiling walking up to me.

Once she seen I wasn't saying anything she grabbed my arm. I stepped back giving myself space. " I thought I would never see you again either, Wow I'm just shocked " I said as we looked each other over.

She still looked the same but you can tell she grew into her shape more and filled her self out.

" I know I finished school earlier so I came back to the city and got a job out here " Mariah said smiling. I nodded still in shock, " so what's been going on with you D? " she said getting on top of the shelfs and grabbing the pillow. I thanked her before filling her in.

" Just living making money.." I stopped thinking about if I should add Jayda or not. Best to say it now before she thinks this can be something it can't. " with my girl- I was Cut off my no other than Jayda calling my name before appearing in the aisle.

She stopped looking between me and Mariah, it was then that I realized we were closer than we should've been. I stepped away before looking between the two of them.

" You didn't see me calling your phone? I been looking for you like 10 minutes " Jayda said still eyeing me and Mariah. I widen my eyes before grabbing my phone out my pocket and checking it, indeed she had called me 7 times.

" My bad I had got caught up catching up with and old friend " I said looking at Mariah hoping she would get the hint. She smirked before shaking her head and looking at Jayda.

" lemme introduce myself cause obviously D's not gonna do it, I'm Mariah D's old friend " Mariah said causing Jayda to look at me with raised eyes. Probably cause she keeps referring to me as " D " and not Dess, or Destiny like most people do.

I hurried up and introduced Jayda cause the way she was looking at me was like she was trynna put two and two together and we didn't need that right now. " Mariah this is Jayda.. " I said grabbing Jayda hand. She yanked away from me grilling me before sticking her hand out to Mariah.

" I guess I'll introduce myself the proper way since she's obviously not gonna do it, Hey I'm Jayda, Destiny's Girlfriend " Jayda said clearing her throat with her hand out before Mariah grabbed her hand forcing a smile.

Jayda bagged away before looking at me. " ready to go? " I nodded grabbing my cart with the little stuff I got. Jayda started walking away with her cart and I looked at Mariah. She smiled at me walking up to me.

" Y'all complement each other well, if you wanna catch up more" she gave me a piece of paper with her ig on it. " No, weird shi cause your in a relationship but nothings wrong with having friends " she said before walking off.

I shook my head, stunned at what just happened. Not how I was expecting to see her again, most definitely wasn't expecting it to be with Jayda. I looked up her ig and added her. Before we did get together we were besties so I don't think Jayda would mind.

I walked over to the line Jayda was in and she was checking the stuff out. She looked at me before rolling her eyes. I tried to help her pack the stuff up in the bags but she kept moving the cart.

We got in the car and she handed me the keys, I got in the drivers seat and turned the music on low. " Who was that girl Dess? " Jayda asked making me sigh. " A old friend of mine " I said causing her to chuckle. " what are you lying for? Obviously y'all was closer than just old friends so just be honest and tell me. " she said leaning up crossing her arms at me.

Mane what the fuck I'm supposed to say? Owe thats just my first ever girlfriend and only girl I ever loved except for you. No worries tho I don't like her anymore we just gonna be friends now. Like wtf.

" okay, we were best friends in middle school and later on in high school we ended up liking each other so we were together. She was my first girl experience and how I knew I liked girls. After high school she went to LA for college so we broke up."

"She wanted me to come with but I had my own dreams to chase so we ended up falling out and we haven't spoke since today. " I said looking at Jayda quickly watching her nod her head.

" so how come you never mentioned her? " Jayda said. I shrugged, " I guess after she moved away and we had a falling out I just thought it wasn't important to mention " I said.

I looked over to her and grabbed her hand, " nothing to worry about, you my one and only focus, I'm all yours now " I said stopping at a red light before leaning over and pecking her lips. She smiled blushing.

The rest of the day was cool. We realized we didn't really know much about each other pasts so we caught up on a lot of our old relationships and failed friendships.

Ari apartment

" So your scared that Dess still got feelings for her ex? " I said walking around the house on the phone with Jayda. She was telling me about everything that happened at the grocery store yesterday.

" Not really so much Dess but the ex, I mean girl the way she was looking at Dess when she said I was her girlfriend you could tell she was gonna be a fucking problem " Jayda said chuckling a little. I shook my head, I wish Dess would do some fucked up shit like that to my friend.

" hope ole girl act right cause I will beat her ass over you, period " I said yelling making Jayda laugh. " girl anyways how you and Asian been? " Jayda said sitting her phone up while she started curling her hair.

" Girl her ass sleep in my bed right now, she wanna come in at like 2 in the morning high as hell, I told her ass to get out my face trynna hug on me and shit " I said hearing Jayda laugh.

" That shit is not funny, she be all over somebody when she high or drunk. Y'all be thinking it's me but it's really Asian " I said

I grabbed the rag I was wiping the counter down with and put it in the sink before heading upstairs. " okay girl I'm finna finish getting ready, see you later hoe " I said to Jayda before hanging up.

Me and the gang was gonna go to brunch today since nobody felt like cooking and we just missed one another. I walked in and Asian was still sleeping snoring loud asf. If she wouldn't have waited till four something to go to bed she wouldn't be so sleepy.

I walked over to her and climbed on top of her. She groaned before I started kissing all over her face. I was bored so I was finna wake her up, " Get up daddy " I said whispering in her ear seductively causing her to open her eyes and look at me.

" why you being annoying bro, let me sleep " Asian said with her raspy voice, before pulling me down on her and putting her hands in my shirt and drifting back off to sleep. I rolled my eyes before moving my hips on top her.

" Ariana man stop, go over there or something " she whined trynna get me off of her. I shook my head holding on to her. She raised up making me fall back on the bed. I smiled knowing my mission was accomplished.

She looked down at me mugging me causing me to laugh. " You irritate my fucking soul bro I swear " she said getting ready to get up. It's something about her morning voice that just make me wanna swallow her whole. I pulled her back making her give me a kiss.

" what you trynna start? " Asian said raising her hand up to my neck squeezing softly. I looked up making eye contact with her causing me to blush and feel the little butterflies that only she could give me. I shook my head before mumbling " nothing " she chuckled before kissing my forehead and walking towards the bathroom before closing the door.

I turned over on my stomach and started scrolling on my phone. I heard the shower water start running signaling Asian was getting in the shower. I looked by the side table and her phone was on the charger. I eyed it going back and fourth with myself about looking through it.

I mean what could possibly go wrong? She shouldn't have nothing to hide. I tried guessing her password, it wasn't her birthday I knew it had to be something stupid and simple. I typed in all ones and surprisingly that worked.

I did a little happy dance before quickly looking through her messages, just people trynna weed and people seeing was she coming out tonight. It was a no to that fasure. I exited out of her messages before moving to ig. It was so many thirsty hoes in her DM's I had to get off there before I made myself upset.

Cause why tf hoes gotta want her? Asian ain't even all that cute really, I just be hyping her up.

I heard the shower turn off and I had to hurry up and do what I had to do before she came in the room. I pressed post then set her phone back on the dresser.

She walked in with her towel around her body. She looked so good and fresh, I walked over to her and wrapped my arms around her neck. She looked down and smiled " you gone do my hair later when I get back? " Asian said kissing my forehead before walking to the closet to find her something to wear.

" where you going? " I said trynna see what her plans consist of for today. She looked at me sideways before ignoring me and putting on her clothes. She really just pisses me off.

" I know you heard me ask you a question! Now you can do your own hair " I said sitting back down on the bed. She laughed, she think everything fucking funny until I punch her in her mouth.

" you always laughing, you know that shit get on my fucking nerves STUPID! " I said sticking my middle finger up.

" that's why you got a fucking baby finger now " Asian said laughing. Can't stand her.
