"Wake up beautiful," Justice whispered in Naala's ear. "Today's a big day," He kissed her face and rubbed her back to get her to wake her up.

"Justice please leave me alone," Naala mumbled pushing her face further into the pillow.

"But today's Monday," He said with his hand on her back.

"Monday?" Naala sat up quickly, "Are you going to come with me?" She searched his face for answers.

"If you want me to," Justice shrugged,

"I do," Naala nodded getting up. "My kids will be there?" She asked hopefully.

"I'm pretty sure they will be," Justice smiled when her eyes filled with happiness. "Get up, there's breakfast," He said patting her leg.

"You made it?" Naala squinted throwing the comforter off her.

"No, the chef did," Justice replied sheepishly, "If it's not good, I'll get him to make something else," He rushed out.

"I'm sure it'll be fine," Naala huffed tying her hair up.

"Here," Justice rushed to her side and helped her put on her Versace robe.

"I'm not a baby, I can get dressed on my own," Naala complained when he started helping her put her slippers on.

"My queen doesn't do anything on her own," Justice mumbled with his hands on her waist.

"Alright that's enough," Naala said softly making him move his hands. She told him about her boundaries and making her feel useless.

"Ready?" He asked holding his hand out for her.

"Mmm," Naala hummed taking his hand and letting him lead her out to the dining room. The table was set and there was different types of breakfast food scattered across it.

"Ma'am," The chef nodded at Naala when he came into contact with her.

"Call me Naala, I tell you every morning" She mumbled taking a seat at the table. Justice tucked her chair in before going to the other end of the table.

"Your smoothie," The chef said placing it in front of her. "This morning it's mango, strawberry and pineapple,"

"My favorite fruits," Naala raised a brow at Justice.

"I don't forget things," He said sipping his coffee. "Eat up, it starts at 11," He reminded her.

"Right," Naala nodded slowly. "And my meds?" She spoke looking at him.

"In the smoothie ma'am," The chef cleared his throat.

"You have this all figured out huh?" Naala said to Justice,

"Is that not okay?" He asked quickly. "Arthur change it," He snapped at the chef.

"No it's fine," Naala said putting her hand up. "Perfect actually," She said tasting the smoothie.

"What can I get you ma'am?" One of the servers said holding up a plate for Naala.

"Justice," Naala said before yawning. She took another sip of her smoothie while Justice listed off everything she could eat.

"Thank you," Naala smiled when they placed the plate in front of her.

They are in silence while Justice read a newspaper. Naala had her itinerary in front of her but she could barely concentrate on it.

"Where's Maniya?" Naala asked looking up from her iPad.

"With that sorry ass boyfriend, excuse my language," Justice mumbled placing his newspaper down.

"She's allowed to see him but I can't see my children?" Naala asked angrily. Justice raised a brow at her tone of voice.

"Sorry," Naala corrected herself quickly. "Why is she allowed to see him?"

Justice nodded and took a sip of his coffee before he addressed her again. "I can trust her, can I trust you Princess?"

"I'm not hungry anymore," Naala pushed her plate away from her.

"Naala don't get up from this table," Justice spoke simply. He was gentle with her but didn't take kindly to disrespect.

"I said I'll take you to see them today didn't I?" Justice spoke, his voice soft.

"Mmhm," Naala nodded her eyes filling with tears. Justice sighed and stood up walking over to her.

"I miss them," Naala cried softly. He used his fingers to wipe her tears and lifted her out of the seat.

"I'll sort it," Justice spoke in her ear. "Have I let you down before?"

"No," Naala shook her head putting her face in his neck. He held her tightly and rubbed her back.

"Are you done with your breakfast?" He asked when she wrapped her legs around his waist.

"Mmhm," Naala hummed not lifting her head up.

His phone rang in his pocket making him clench his jaw. He was with his Princess, business was off limits.

"Answer it," Naala sniffed looking at him. "I know you want to,"

"Not when I'm with you," Justice shook his head. Naala tutted and reached into his pocket and handed him the phone.

"My angel," He said pecking her lips before she could protest.

"Put me down," Naala said with her hand on the back of his head.

Justice did just that and answered the phone, using his other to wrap around her waist.

"What is it? I'm busy," Justice grumbled, his entire tone changing.

Naala left him to talk on the phone while she walked into the kitchen with her smoothie in hand.

"I'll deal with that," A server said putting their hand out for the glass.

"You don't have to," Naala smiled putting it on the side.

"Please, I don't want to get in trouble," The girl fretted, with fear in her eyes.

"With Justice?" Naala chuckled. "I'll deal with that," She joked.

"Mr Parker likes you," The girl responded, "You're not like the others,"

Naala didn't know what that meant but maybe it was a good thing. Justice's voice started to get closer until he was right behind her.

"So then send the shipment out, why are you bothering me about it?" His voice boomed through the kitchen. Naala jumped from the sound his voice.

"I'm sorry," He said kissing the top of her head. "Can you just sort it out?" He whisper yelled into the phone and hung up.

"I'm sorry," Justice repeated tucking her hair behind her ear.

"Should I make a lunch to go today Sir?" The chef said interrupting them.

"What do you wanna do?" Justice asked Naala, "You'll come to the church with me?"

"Yeah then we see my babies?" Naala questioned blinking at him.

"Yes, I promise," Justice spoke stroking her face. The chef and the servers looked at them in confusion, Naala looked very young and Justice was a 49 year old man.

"I'm gonna go and get ready," Naala said excitedly. Justice smiled at her excitement and let her go, a waft of her perfume drifting off with her.

"Why are you still standing around?" Justice snapped at the workers. "Y'all forget yourselves when she's around," He shook his head walking out.

"Mr Parker said he had to leave," Naala's new assistant told her.

"Really?" She answered slipping her heels on. "What car did he take?"

"The Escalade ma'am," Her assistant responded. "Should I tell the driver to come back?" She asked bringing out her phone.

"No, we'll take the Maybach," Naala mumbled putting her jewellery on. "How many meetings do I have before I see him?"

"Two, one with the mayor and another with Eva Carmichael, I'm not sure who that is," Leila replied looking up from Naala's diary.

"What does she want to see me about?" Naala complained picking up her purse.

"She didn't say, I can cancel?" Lelia offered taking Naala's purse from her.

"No it's fine, does my hair look okay?" She asked fluffing out her curls. She went curly because Justice liked when her hair was curled.

"Perfect," Leila smiled, "It suits you this way,"

"Thank you," Naala smiled. She took one last look in the mirror before she left the room, Lelia following behind her.

Joy was in the foyer, waiting for Naala to come down the stairs.

"Naala," Joy said lowly, she didn't know how to approach this.

"Funny seeing you here," Naala spoke with a smile. "Leila do you know Joy?" She asked teaching the bottom of the stairs.

"She used to spend time with Mr Parker," Leila answered awkwardly.

"So in other words they were fucking," Naala raised a brow.

"I wouldn't say—"

"Leila no need to lie, were they having sex?" Naala repeated looking to her.

"I believe so ma'am," Leila mumbled, her cheeks going red.

"Naala I can explain," Joy said shaking her head. Naala looked at her and chuckled,

"Explain what? I'm glad you were keeping him company," She said sarcastically. "Now I've got to go but make yourself at home," She added with a smile.

What disgusted Naala the most was that Joy was the same age as their daughter.

As soon as she left the house, her new security standing to attention straight away. Justice wasn't taking any chances, Naala didn't leave the house without a truck full of security.

"Good morning," Her driver said pulling the door open for her.

"What's so good about it?" Naala mumbled getting into the car. Leila waited until Naala was situated before she sped walked to the other side and got in.

"You also have your daughters recital at 11," Leila said to Naala.

"I know, that's what I'm looking forward to," Naala nodded. She hadn't seen her older children since she left London. She got to see the twins twice a week after a lot of begging.

Dave would bring them to the house and they would have no direct contact.

The drive down to Naala's office was short and uneventful. Her security did a sweep of the building while she waited in the car.

"All of this is so unnecessary," Naala complained watching them check every crevice of outside the building.

"For your safety ma'am," Her personal security officer answered her.

"It's bullshit," Naala mumbled fiddling with her watch. "I'm already late for my first meeting,"

"I've pushed it back slightly. You've not had your morning coffee," Leila said softly before the car door opened.

A whiff of Justice came into the car and Naala could only sigh.

"What are you doing here?" Naala asked Justice when he took her hand.

"I thought I'd come with you today," Justice said pulling her dress down. In other words; he didn't feel comfortable leaving her on her own.

"Justice you don't have to follow me everywhere," Naala huffed intertwining their fingers. "You think I'm not capable?"

"You're more than capable baby, I just wanted to be around you," He said lowly, his hand on the small of her back.

"I'm at work," Naala replied with a small smile. "I don't come to your office unannounced,"

"Now we both at work," He responded walking beside her closely.

"The mayor cancelled, so you have Eva upstairs," Lelia told Naala walking on the other side of her.

"Great," Naala mumbled flipping her hair over her shoulder.

They entered the elevator and Justice towered over Naala, "I love the curls," He said pulling a strand of her hair lightly.

"Mmm just for you," Naala responded looking up at him. Leila couldn't help but ease drop on their conversation.

"I love it. My pretty Princess," He said pulling her closer.

"You do?" Naala grinned when he leaned down to kiss her. "You want me to have it like this more often?"

"All the time," He said squeezing her ass,

"You were sleeping with Joy?" Naala muttered, she suddenly remembered that piece of information.

"Not really," Justice lied, he could see that Naala was not happy about it.

"Not really?" Naala repeated turning to him. "Justice you were fucking her, that's disgusting," She frowned at him.

Leila looked over at them discreetly, wondering how Justice was going to react.

"What's going on Princess? Why does that matter?" He said lowering his voice and stepping closer to her.

"Because she's 19 years old," Naala snapped. "Younger than our baby," She said quietly.

That alerted Leila because there was no way they had a child together, Naala was far too young and the only person she knew of was way too old.

"Can we not argue?" Justice mumbled holding her hand. "I'm not having sex with her any more,"

"Yeah you better not be," Naala replied with an eye roll.

"Calm down Princess, I'm sorry," Justice said rubbing on her. "You forgive me?" He said lifting her chin up.

"Maybe," Naala said trying not to smile.

Justice sucked his teeth and kissed her lightly before deepening it. Naala pushed him back and wiped her lips,

"We're not alone," She said referring to Leila who was also in the elevator with them.

They stayed cuddled up in the elevator till it stopped at Naala's floor.

"Governor," Eva gushed as soon as she set her eyes on Naala.

"It has a nice ring to it," Justice said with a bright smile.

"Eva, nice to see you," Naala lied handing Leila her purse.

"Even better now that you're governor," Eva spoke before looking towards Justice attached to Naala's hip.

"This is my —"

"Justice Parker," He pulled his suit jacket down and introduced himself. Eva looked him up down and couldn't help but gaze at him.

"Bishop Parker, you're extremely handsome in person," Eva giggled blushing hard.

"Ah you come to Heartland?" Justice said mentioning the church he owns.

"Every Sunday Bishop," Eva gushed at him.

Naala fluttered her eyes between the both of them before she started to walk towards her actual office.

"Are you a friend?" Eva asked twirling her hair around her finger. Her eyes drifted to their hands together and she raised a brow.

"Not a friend," Justice chuckled deep from his belly letting the ladies step into the room first. "This is my First Lady," He said to her.

"Oh, First Lady too," Eva nodded with a surprised look. "You run everything don't you. First the city, now a church,"

"That's my First Lady," Justice spoke before Naala who remained silent.

Leila sat in the corner and brought out her laptop, finishing work for Naala.

"This was a surprise," Naala spoke letting Justice take her jacket off for her.

"I wanted to congratulate you in person, I couldn't reach you," Eva said crossing her legs and watching Justice tend to her.

"Thank you but you didn't need to make this trip," Naala answered putting her hands on the desk.

"When will move into the governor's office?" Eva asked with a hint of jealousy.

"I've arranged the move," Justice spoke for her sitting in one of the chairs beside Naala's desk. "Everything should be done by next week,"

"Why?" Naala asked looking over at him.

"We'll talk at home," Justice said not looking in her direction.

"Do you even know what I want to take with me?" Naala questioned angrily.

"At home Naala, I'm not going to say it again," Justice said a bit more sternly. "Actually Eva, can I have a moment with her?" He asked nicely.

Leila watched his glare and also stood to her feet leaving the room with Eva. As soon as the door shut, Justice got up and stood in front of her.

"What have I told you before?" His voice boomed through the office. "First in the elevator now here. Don't undermine me," He shouted.

"Justice I'm sorry," Naala apologized looking up at him. "All of this is new to me," She added.

"Do I disrespect you Princess?" He asked tilting his head.

"No," Naala whispered as he got closer. He leaned down to her level and tilted her head upwards.

"Look at me when I'm talking to you," He said quietly. Naala looked him in the eye and the look of sadness broke down his barrier.

"I'm sorry for shouting," He said quickly. "Don't cry beautiful," He sighed when she started to tear up.

Her emotions were everywhere due to everything going on.

"I hate when you speak to me like that," Naala sniffed putting her head down.

"I know I know, I'm sorry," He apologized once more. "Remember today's a good day, you get to see your kids. I don't want you upset today,"

"Remember what I tell you?" Justice said rubbing her leg.

"You saved me," Naala nodded. "You took us out of a bad situation and you've made me whole again," She recited.

"That's right," Justice smiled showcasing his straight white teeth. "I made you whole again, without all that silly rubbish he fed you,"

He had convinced Naala that her mental illness was not real, he had been giving her placebos in place of her medication, meaning she thought she was taking something.

"You made me whole," Naala repeated with a small smile.

"So stop crying," He whispered in her ear before kissing it. "I don't like being angry with you in front of company," He referred to Eva and Leila.

"It was my fault, I'll apologize to them," Naala replied wiping her face.

"Good," He said with his hand on her thigh. "Now give daddy a kiss," He said with a smile.

Naala leaned forward and pecked his lips. "Thank you," She said holding his hand.

"Always," Justice replied playing with a strand of her hair. "Ah before I forget," He said sliding a stack of papers towards her.

"What's this?" Naala asked putting her reading glasses on.

"Our new start," Justice responded as Naala read 'Petition to Divorce'.

Dave's name was already signed at the bottom causing her to pause.

"He signed it this morning," Justice said from beside her.

"Oh," Naala breathed out. "I'm not sure about signing this Justice," She looked at him.

"I got you out of a bad situation. This is the bad situation," Justice spoke softly squeezing her hand. "I want us to move on, together,"

Naala listened to his words and everything was telling her that she needed to sign those papers.

"You don't feel safe around him remember?" Justice said in her ear.

"I don't feel safe around Amir?" Naala questioned confusedly.

"Because he hurts you," Justice nodded. "He constantly hurts you and lies to you,"

"He does hurt me," Naala muttered, "All the time,"

"So sign the papers baby," Justice replied watching her intently.

"You made me whole again," Naala mumbled picking up her pen and signing the dotted line.

"There you go," Justice smiled kissing her lightly. "Now we what?"

"We move on," Naala said softly leaning into him. "You saved me,"

"I saved you from him," He nodded holding her tightly. "I won't let him hurt you anymore," He added. Justice reached in his pocket and pulled out a red box.

He opened it up and exposed a 50 carat diamond ring, worth more than 2 million dollars.

"This is our new start," He said sliding the ring onto her finger.

"Justice," Naala pouted looking down at her hand. The ring almost blinding her.

"Only the best for my queen," He said kissing her cheek. He stood up and straightened his suit jacket.

"I'll tell Eva that you've got another meeting, I want to take you somewhere," Justice said taking her hand and helping her stand up.

"Then to the recital?" Naala said taking her glasses off.

"I promise," Justice reassured her, guiding her out of the office.

~~

Naala stared down at the ring on her finger as Justice conversed with someone on the phone. The recital was cancelled with of course upset Naala so she wanted to go home.

The only time she got to see them, was ruined and she didn't feel good about it.

"I can't leave the country right now," Justice spoke into the phone, his arm tightly wrapped around Naala's waist.

They were in bed together, while Naala watched Real Housewives.
