*2 months later*

Hey yall! It's been so long since we talked so imma catch yall up on what's been happening these past 4 months.

To start us off Jayden graduated early from school and is now in college at Tuskeegee University and honestly, I'm so proud of him, but I miss him all the time. He got him a lil country boo thang and he is obsessed with that girl, when I say obsessed I mean head over heels in love w her. I get it though I love her too, she has such a sweetheart and she has a 1-year-old, Dailah from a previous relationship, she is so cute and Jay is so good with her and they bonded really fast. Anyways they're supposed to be coming over on Friday for Christmas break for two weeks.

Xela is pretty much the same crazy ass child, but she started modeling, so now she models kid's clothes for big brands and on Instagram. I got a lot of hate for putting her in the industry so young, but she wanted it. She saw me going to photoshoots constantly and she loves taking pictures so I booked her some headshots and it wasn't that hard for her to get bookings because of my connections. She still lives her kid lifestyle, but she also does modeling.

Now probably what yall have been waiting for, me. I am honestly so happy... now. I was messed up for the first month after the breakup, but I kept my distance from him and sucked the shit up. It was kinda hard with Xela asking about him every day but I think she realized that he wasn't coming around before I realized it. Honestly, I still miss him. He filled the crack in my heart, but he hurt me, bad and I had to get over it.

As of right now, I can't complain about life.

Jayda's POV 💜•

"And cut! That was perfect Jayda." The director yelled. I was finishing up another music video with the rapper Lil' Baby. This is the 5th one I've been in because he keeps requesting me to be the "main girl." And after every single shoot he asks me out but I constantly say no. I've been trying to focus more on myself and my child since the whole thing with you know who.

Since then Jayden moved to Alabama and he now goes to Tuskeegee University, sadly. I wish he would've stayed at UCLA or something but he wanted to branch out. After me and you know who broke up, I bought a 4 bed 4 bath house and it's just me and Xela living in it. Sometimes Milan and Amaya come over and stay the night for like a week. Before yall ask yes I'm still friends with her, she was my bestie before him and is still my bestie after him.

Anywayssss, that was the last thing I had to do today and I went straight to my trailer to change. I had on a red lingerie set because our last scene was an "intimate" one so I changed into my leggings, sweatshirt, and my Uggs. Xela is going on a 3-week winter break and I'm ready to lay down and relax for 3 weeks with my baby. Christmas is coming and I'm ready to embrace the holiday spirit. But, Jayden decided to stay out in Alabama with his girlfriend's family so I'm not even tripping.

I left out my trailer making sure I didn't leave anything behind and started walking towards my car. I thought I saw Dave but Milan told me he moved back to New York so that's impossible. I got in the car and my phone immediately started ringing. It was Xela's school calling me and I answered it trying not to panic.

"Hello?" I said. "Good afternoon Ms. London. My name is Nikki and I'm calling from Early Bird Academy. I have Little Miss. Xela here complaining about a tummy ache, I gave her a granola bar that I brought for my lunch. But, would you be able to pick her up or should we send her back to her classroom?" I let out a big sigh, "Oh yes, I was actually on my way to pick her up early anyway. Thank you for giving her some of your personal snacks. I will be there in about 15-20 minutes. Can you just have her laying down until I get there?" I thought my baby fought somebody or something. "Of course, Ms. London. I'll see you when I get there." I wanted to take Xela to eat tonight but I think I'm going to just make her favorite loaded baked potato soup.

I decided to stop at the donut shop by Xela's school to get some hot chocolate for her and the school nurse. I got 2 medium-size hot chocolates, 1 mini hot chocolate, a bag of donut holes for the nurse, and a banana nut muffin for Xela. I made it to her school and went to the Nurse's office. "Hi Ms. Nikki, I brought you some hot chocolate and donut holes to thank you for taking care of Xela and giving her your own personal food." I handed her the food and signed Xela out. "aww thank you, Ms. London I really appreciate it. Give me one second to go get Xela." She left from the front desk and went through a door. She came back out holding Xela's hand and once Xela saw me I noticed her energy kinda shift positively.

"Come on Xela Bear." I picked her up and she laid her head on my shoulder. "Bye Ms. Nikki have a good rest of your day!" She smiled and waved back and we walked out to get into the car. "Bye Ms. London and Little Miss Xela hope you feel better!"

I wish the nurses in high school was this damn nice they used to be rude as fuck.

I put Xela in her car seat and buckled her in and got in the car myself. I called Milan before I drove off, "Jaydaaa my love!" She answered the phone extra loud. "Hi babes, quick question-" She cut me off yelling at Amaya and I turned the volume down. "Amaya Faith go sit down and finish eating. Stop running around this damn house or Imma tell TT Jayda that you not listening." I heard a distant, "Mommy, no!" Milan sighed, "Anyways Jayda what was you saying?" I laughed at her and her daughter behavior. "First of all don't use me to threaten that lil girl, but I was asking if you wanted to come over tonight for dinner and to watch a movie." I heard her squeal a little bit. "Ooh what you cooking for me?" I rolled my eyes, "I'm cooking Xela loaded baked potato soup." She sucked her teeth, "Whatever, but Im still coming."

"I have to go to Walmart if yall wanna come with us." She got back happy. "I would but Amaya is gonna want toys and I dont have time to hear her crying when I tell her no." I laughed,

"Ok, meet me at my house at like 5 bc its already 3:30." "You already know Imma come earlier," She said with a fake attitude. "Girl stay the hell out my house." She laughed, "Ya shouldn't have gave me a key then."

I decided to go to the grocery store instead of Walmart because it was closer and I needed to get groceries for these 3 weeks that I'm most likely going to be housing Milan and Amaya. I parked the car and got Xela out of the car making sure I put her bag under the seat and getting my purse from next to her car seat. "Mommy, my tummy no hurt no more."

She said when I put her in the basket. "Yea I know because you ate that big muffin you're probably full." I wiped her mouth off and we walked into the store.

I pretty much did our regular grocery shopping with a few extra snacks and the ingredients for tonight's dinner. "Mommy.." Xela tapped my butt while I was getting her Eggo waffles off the top of the freezer section, "Yes baby?" I turned to look at her, "Is Mimi (Milan) coming over?" I nodded and made my way to the line because I'm lowkey going overboard with the food.

"Yep, her and Maya are spending the night." I had to grab one last thing from the pharmacy department, a pregnancy test. I really don't want to believe it, but I have been having some symptoms and I haven't taken a test yet because I'm scared of what the results would be. I grabbed a two pack just in case and made my way to the line.

I heard a familiar voice say my name behind me, "Jayda? Is that you?" I turned around to see Dave standing there with Bernice, the girl I caught him with a while ago, holding a pregnancy test. "Hi Davey!" Xela waved at him, "Hi Xela, hey jayda." I saw he looked me up and down multiple times kind of reminiscing.

"Dave... hi" I said awkwardly to get him to stop staring at me. "Uh.. Bernice this is Jayda, my- uh Milan's best friend. Jayda this is-." "his girlfriend." She cut him off and teeth at me.

I laughed because he moved on so quickly like did he ever honestly love me? "Im sorry but is something funny?" She tried to catch an attitude with me.

"I'm sorry I gotta go, I have stuff to do and a child to take care of." I turned around and made my way to a line, but was stopped when Dave grabbed my arm. "Is it mine?" I looked at him confused, "First of all get your hands off of me, and second of all what are you talking about?"

He pointed to the basket, "You have a pregnancy test, if you are pregnant is the baby mine?" I scoffed, "Does it matter, it seems like you have a nice family over there waiting for you. But as of right now what I am buying is none of your business because all I am is just your assistant or well ex-assistant, right?" I just got over this shit and here come the emotions again.

"Jayda she-." I scoffed and walked away from him. Thankfully no one was in line so I quickly paid for the groceries and walked out of the store, but I felt someone behind me.

I put a sleeping Xela in the car then started to unload the groceries and I felt Dave behind me.

Dave's POV 💙•

I just had the chance to talk to Jayda for the first time in 2 months and Bernice had to fuck the shit up. She loves to tell people that we are together, but no I fucked the bitch once after me and Jayda broke up and now she claims that she's pregnant with my son. But Im not letting my babygirl slip away again.

"Ayo honestly fuck you, fuck ya life and fuck ya baby because I know it aint mine. I saw the results that you tried to hide from me. I was keeping you around because you was a single mother who obviously dont know who ya fucking baby daddy is. I knew my dick wouldnt let me nut in no bum ass female." I walked away leaving her in the store feeling bad about herself.

I made it out and saw Jayda loading her groceries and I walked over to her.

"What do you want Dave?" She said without turning around. "To talk to you..." She turned around immediately.

"Why? Why would you possibly need to talk to me?" I dragged my hands down my face, "Because I fucking miss you!" I slightly raised my voice, "I miss you so fucking bad mama, and this breakup shit is really killing me slowly. And now knowing that you could possibly be carrying my child, Jayda I need you. I love you, I never stopped loving you." I felt a single tear fall down my face and she instinctively wiped it.

"You got a nigga out here crying in public mama." She softly laughed at what I said.

I cleared my throat, "Listen you aint gotta talk to me right now because I know Xela's in the car but you have my number and if you dont text me by tonight then I'll leave you alone for good. But its fully up to you mama."

This shit is gonna hurt if she dont text me its what needs to be done for both of us to fully heal from this.
