Mirios pov

I had just gotten to Tamakis dorm when I noticed the sky had started to darken, I didn't think much of it and gently knocked on the door before opening it and walking it. Tamaki was sitting on his bed with a textbook open and a pencil in his mouth, I smiled and sat in front of him, he looked up at me smiling softly "hey!" I said a big smile on my face, tamaki closed the book and put it on the floor. That's when the first flash of lighting could be seen and the loud bang of thunder was heard after it, tamaki tensed up a bit at the sound, I gently pushed him down so that his head was on my lap and began to pet his head. "It's okay butterfly, it can't hurt you"

another bang of thunder was heard making tamaki latch his arms around my waist, I kissed his head "don't worry baby I'll protect you" I got out his red paci and gently put it in his mouth, then I carefully put him on my lap and bounce him "there there little one" tamaki laid his head on my chest and tears start to fall down his cheeks "the thunder is scary isn't it baby?" He nods whining softly, I put a blanket over him "don't worry daddy will protect you" I said kissing his forehead, I take out his tablet and turn on Disney plus, turning on monsters inc......before second guessing and turning on Cinderella instead.

Tamaki watched as the shooting star went over the castle and the movie began, the thunder wasn't as loud anymore, but I still was talking to him and making sure he doesn't get scared again. The movie ends so I put his tablet up, the storm has passed on so I get out a coloring book for him to color in, he smiles and begins coloring a picture of a kitty, after he's done he hands it to me "lookie" I take it smiling "awww baby it looks amazing! I'm definitely gonna hang it up on my wall" he giggles before snuggling under his comforter "are you tired munchkin?" He nods as he softly sucks on his paci. I lay next to him and wrap my arms around his body holding him close "I'll be right here when you wake up bubba" his body relaxes as he slowly drifts off to sleep, soft snores eventually coming from him, I smiled wider "such a cutie"
