Gu Weicheng was sitting on a couch and xiaochen sat right opposite to him. There was silence.

Two of them didn't know what to say. Xiaochen's eyes were red from crying.

They were sitting in the visitors room next to Elder Gu's VIP ward. Elder Gu was talking to Butler Bai. And gave them space.

Gu Weicheng looked at his brother. He is totally in confusion now. He always had full control over this body. In other words he had complete control in these one and half years of his transmigration. He never felt any uncomfortable feelings. Sometimes he even doubted that this body was so compatible with his original body as if this body is his real body. Though he didn't give much thought about it.

But today he was getting emotional, which he doesn't like. He is a person who will rather die than being controlled by emotions.

In reality, he never wanted to act like the real Gu Weicheng. Though their characters were too similar. Real Gu Weicheng is a mature and cold boy only in front of strangers and enemies. When it comes to family and friends he is so emotional. But our Weicheng is different. Because he hates being emotional.

And his knowledge about family relationships is, only about the relationship between his bas*rd father and his so called step mother and step brother and of course those geezer uncles of his. They all were waiting for his death.

Though his memory of his mother was vague but from what he remembered, not in a single moment of his memory where she gave him love. Except from giving him in inheritance she never took care of him, It was as she did it not for her son's protection but for rebelling against her cheater husband.

He can say he was a totally unloved child. So the meaning of family, for him it is a play, where every actor will do their role and do anything in the name of blood, even if it is killing their own blood. Humans love greed over family.

After coming into this world, he remembers that the memory of the original owner is not complete. Some places are not clear. And also he doesn't have any memory of that accident, and what happened just before and after the accident, as if this body is deliberately trying to hide that part.

Gu Weicheng felt a head ache.

"Brother." Seeing his brother rubbing his forehead.

"Hmm" He came back from his thoughts.

Gu Weicheng looked at the person sitting infront of him.

Just seeing the person in front of him,who is not as sunny as his memory but looked so tired and exhausted, made Weicheng's heart ache.

He felt anger, guilt and helplessness.

He has his doubts, maybe this feeling is because of his memory which is mostly filled with Xiaochen, or is it because the real soul didn't totally separate from his body or is it because of something which he is unknown to?

Xiaochen was looking at his brother. He is still not sure if this is real or just a dream like every time, and will disappear after he wakes up.

Even if this is a dream, he doesn't want to wake up.

But his heart says that this is real.

"Xiaochen......You don't want to ask something?" Weicheng asked after a pause. He averted his eyes.

Xiaochen saw his brother was trying hard to say something, but hesitating. He knows his brother very well. Whenever he(GW) wants to hide something from him(GX). His brother will always hesitate before speaking.

He smiled. This familiar feeling made him happy. And made him clarify that this isn't a dream.

"Brother." He(GX) called.

Gu Weicheng looked at Xiaochen.

Though Weicheng's face showed no emotion. He was clearly nervous. He felt nervous in front of a boy who was far younger than him.

But for Xiaochen his brother was an open book for him, he knew his brother was nervous even though it didn't show up in his face. As if he can feel his brother's emotions. It is very rare for his brother to be nervous

"I...I have many questions I want to ask." Xiaochen said. "And I also want to know why you didn't come back in these 5 years, And what happened to you in these 5 years." He paused. "I felt anger and sadness thinking that you made me wait for 5 years."

Gu Weicheng cletched his fist. He wanted to say something but...

"But. I won't ask " Gu Weicheng was surprised.

Xiaochen continued.

"Because I know. You don't want me to know about it now. Right ? "

Gu Weicheng stiffened and nodded his head in daze.

"Then that settled." He stood from his seat and sat next to Gu Weicheng. He hugged Gu Wei Cheng's hand and leaned on it.

"When you think it is time for me to know. You have to tell me everything. Okay.?" He said it like a baby. He closed his eyes and rubbed his head on Gu Weicheng's hand. His grip was tight. As he doesn't want Gu Weicheng to go anywhere.

Gu Weicheng was shocked. It is not that he doesn't want to say, but it is because he doesn't know what to say. Should he have told the truth? But he doesn't want to disappoint this person. Or he should hide the part where he is not his real brother and say that he was in a coma for 3 years. And after waking up he was trying hard to obtain his power. But for some reason he doesn't want to lie.

He is not a saint who never lies. He doesn't have that type of virtue. He is a cold blood businessman. Lying is also a power in the business world. So he has lied many times. But he doesn't want to lie now. Especially to this person who had a deep connection with his brother. He felt guilty. He was nervous to say. For the first time he was hesitating to speak.

He never thought this child would understand his hesitation. But he did. And didn't even ask him why he was hesitating. Instead he(GX) understood his(GW) thought.

Weicheng doesn't know if he should be happy or sad about someone understanding his feelings.

But....

A small curve formed in his lips. He felt warmth.

And he rubbed the head of this Little boy.

Whoever know him always said that Weicheng is a heartless, cold blooded monster without feelings, in his previous life and current 2 years of new life. And he himself believed that.

But the truth is that whatever they say, he is still a human. Who has a heart, who can get hurt, who can feel sad.

Unknowingly he was craving for someone's warmth. Maybe that's why when his cousin showed him kindness he wanted him, even after being rejected he didn't want that kindness to leave his side. But in the end it was fake and he died.

But Xiaochen, the concern in his eyes, the care and love he showed, it felt so real. No it is real. But it was not for him, this is the care and concern for his real brother. He was slightly jealous thinking about the original owner's memory and the warmth he is feeling now.

(A/N : Don't get confused. They are blood related. It is only brotherly love. Even if the soul changed, it's still the same.)

Gu Weicheng and Gu Xiaochen were having their own time. Xiaochen was happy spending time with his brother. Though Gu Weicheng was gloomy in his heart.

Elder Gu saw this scene and the relationship between his brothers. Those brothers didn't even realise when the door opened. They were in their own world.

Elder Gu looked at his grandsons. His nose became hot and eyes began to get wet. This is the scene he wanted to see before his death. He felt like a big weight in his heart had reduced.

"Ahem." Butler Bai made a sound. He also didn't want to disturb their moments. But they need to talk about something important. So he doesn't have a choice.

Gu Weicheng stopped patting Xiaochen's head. He was shocked thinking about his jealousy. And he was enjoying the time together with Xiaochen. He clearly felt like an older brother spoiling his younger brother. He retreated his hands. And looked at the 2 old people. They walked towards them. Elder Gu sat opposite to them and Butler Gu stood behind him.

Gu Xiaochen also sat straight after opening his eyes.

"So you two reconciled?" Elder Gu asked.

".........." Gu Weicheng was silent.

"We didn't fight" Xiaochen said. He pouted. It's been a while since he behaved like this.

"Hmm" Elder Gu smiled. Though he is also a cold natured person, after ageing he doesn't try to suppress his emotions as before. At least in front of his people.

"Now we need to talk about the important matters." Elder Gu said seriously.

Gu Weicheng also came back to his old self. The atmosphere in the room becomes heavy

"Weicheng, what are you planning to do?" Elder Gu asked, looking at Weicheng.

"I know what they are planning from my intelligence." Weicheng said. "But we need to wait until the banquet for that insects to crawl outside" He showed a murderous aura.

Though Xiaochen didn't know what his brother and grandpa were saying after hearing the word banquet, he had an idea about what they were talking about. His face darkened.

Gu Weicheng saw Xiaochen gloomy face. He remembers clearly. This banquet is the beginning of the novel and also the beginning of the Fall of the Gu family. In the novel those snakes succeeded in it. But now he is here. He won't allow that to happen.

But before that he wanted to know. What his brothers feel toward that 'He Dong' guy, who is the core reason of Gu Family's downfall. Gu Weicheng gritted his tooth.

"Xiaochen, I need to talk to you about something." He said looking at Xiaochen. Xiaochen also looked at the serious face of his brother. He knew his brother was going to talk about something important.

He took a deep breath and nodded his head.
