I woke up to an annoying ringing coming through my phone. I groaned and picked it up, "hello?" I asked, my tired voice seeping in.
"Y/N Sorry if I woke you up!" I heard Ayano's voice.
"Oh nah nah, it's good, what's the matter?" I asked.
"The police are searching my house." She said, at that moment and time I sat up faster than sonic could ever. "What!" I said.
"The police are inspecting my house, and guess what, they found nothing wrong in the basement." She smiled. I smiled too.
"We are soooo good and covering up evidence." I said, leaning back.
But then my mum came in.
"What evidence?" She asked.
"Ayano I'll be right back." I then muted the phone. "Yesterday when me and Ayano were out we accidentally... broke someone's fence- but we put it back together with some tape!" I made up a lie.... is that all I can really come up with.
Either way my mum believed me since she's kinda stupid, not gonna lie and just closed my door, this time I waited for her to walk away. Once I heard her footsteps drift away and unmuted myself, "Ayano I'm back, but is there anything suspicious they found... at all?" I asked.She stayed silent, "Ayano?" I asked.
"They found the shine I had of you." She blurted as I blushed and went "oh- right." I giggled the last part.
"But they did ask if we were together and I said yes." She said, I nodded.
