•Y/N's POV:• I woke up on the sofa, and yawned sitting up. Hearing something in the kitchen I got up and saw my mother. "Heh mom." I said running my eyes. She turned around and smiled.
"Hello hunny, had a good nap? Oh and your friend is upstairs." My mother said.
"It was fine, and thanks." I said. I woke up even more and walked up the stairs. My body still a bit tired so I didn't run.
I saw Ayano leave my room, "huh? Ayano? What were you doing in my room?" I asked.
"O-Oh Y/N, I-I. I made your bed! I was going to carry you up and put you to bed since you were asleep, but you awake." She said nervously, her cheeks full of blush. Bowing
'Oh.' I thought and patted her head. "It's fine." I smiled and we both went downstairs.

Well you could read this story if you want but what's the fun in that really? I'm pretty much writing this (my first) story on a whim so it is certainly not perfect nor is it likely to be good (but what do I know maybe I'm secretly talented). It also might have tons of tons of errors beacuse I'm dumb and sometimes it's just so boring to proof read and you just wanna send a chapter out y'know. Regardless, whether this story brings you the most euphoric delight or illicits the most intense abhorrence I wanna know what you think and how I can improve, reader person, especially if you read this far! ( please reveiw or something)

This is my first work of fiction, so expect things like grammar errors and inconsistent chapter lengths Set in a 1700s version of a 'Fallen London'-esque America with magic, expect steampunk, and wild west elements with a focus on world building and dark ambiance
