《Real Life Paranormal Experiences Part 1》Girl Inside the Mirror

Have you ever heard those stories about Bloody Mary?
The ones where if you place three candles around your mirror around midnight and chant Bloody Mary three times?
Well, I'm pretty sure you have heard the stories, but the real question is if you have ever done it.
I know I have.
When I was in elementary school I used to be deathly afraid of the Bloody Mary stories. I was never really scared of much but people's stories about this unrealistic woman scared me. Many nights I couldn't go to the bathroom because all I could think about was her.
She was in my dreams and in my thoughts during the day. Even though I heard the tale can't work during the day, which I still think is a lie, I was still scared.
One night my Father got tired of me being scared and not sleeping all night, so he decided that we were going to do it together. He wanted to show me it wasn't real, that it was just an old scary tale.
I was in about Fourth or Fifth grade when my Father decided to do it. I woke up a little before midnight one night, scared to death, and met with my Father by the bathroom. My mum was still asleep and had no idea what was going on, for she was a heavy sleeper.
It was a cool October night that we did this. Just a week before Halloween. Cliché, I know.
We set up the night before so that way all we have to do is go to the bathroom, light the candles, and chant her name.
That's what we did.
Guess what.
Nothing happened.
So still being a child at a time, I got over the old tale and moved on with my life.
That was my mistake.
Many years later I started to remember the old tale, for I forgot about it as I got older.
I learned there was more to the tale than just the woman being trapped in the mirror for all of eternity, who can only be summoned by a chant of her name.

I learned the so called true story. I heard many stories stating that it was true, but one really stood out to me. One that I thought was true.
It was the one about the house fire. Rich young woman who lived with her rich Father, but didn't know their great life was going to end so soon.
Nobody knows her real name, but this young woman was so full of herself that it made people sick. Always looking in the mirror to see if she looked okay. That was one mistake she made the night of the fire.
It was not told what caused the fire, but many think it was indeed the Father. The fire spread all over the house in minutes, killing her father along the way.
She got stuck in her room, surrounded by fires that soon would consume her room as well. She was worried for her life, like any of us would be. She wasn't ready to die; she didn't want to die.
She looked everywhere to find a way out but couldn't find one. So she gave up and sat down in a chair in front of her vanity. Brushing her hair slowly, she didn't know what was going to happen to her.
But you know the rest of the story. They never had her name so they named her Mary.
I always believed this story. The one about her being pushed off the cliff by her father was too unreal for me.
My first time thinking about this again was in about Seventh grade. Then again when I was in eigth grade, and what happened in eigth grade will never let me forget this Bloody Mary.
In eigth grade I was about 13 or 14. I wasn't scared of the tale at that time, but after this experience I was.
It was after school and I decided to take a hot shower. Running around at school left me craving a hot shower. Before getting in the shower I brushed my hair out, as do most people.

After brushing my hair, I stripped and got in the hot shower. My muscles relaxed once feeling the hot water, but soon tightened.
About Five minutes into my shower I started to hear weird things. I thought they were coming from behind the closed door but I soon figured out I was wrong.
I heard a soft banging on something. I stopped washing off my body and just stood in the water. I was confused, for my mum was asleep before I got in the shower. Like I said before, she's a heavy sleeper. It would take her over Fifteen minutes to wake up.
Ignoring the sounds, I just continued the shower.
The next day I heard it again, but this time it was louder.
The days after that, I got louder and louder.
By this time I was definitely not ignoring it.
I asked my mum if she was banging on the door everyday when I take a shower, but she just looked at me weirdly and said no.
The next week, I was taking a warm shower when I heard it again. This time a soft help me followed the soft banging. I dropped what I was doing and stood there in a trance.
I couldn't decide if I was scared or amazed.
It was definitely not my mothers voice, and I don't have any sisters.
I just continued my shower carefully, trying to ignore the thought of it possibly being Bloody Mary.
The next day, I heard the same thing, but the help me came out louder and more frustrated.
The day after that, what happened scared the living daylights out of me.
The pounding of the mirror was rushed and very loud. Along came her voice loud and clear, but rushed. Like she couldn't wait any longer.
Finally done with the noise, I jumped out of the shower quickly and ran out of the bathroom. Clutching my towel tightly, I remember running over to my Father who just got home from seeing his mum.
I remember telling him what happened, and all he did was tell me that it wasn't real.
I tried to believe it, but I couldn't.
I heard it everyday when I took a shower.
Then one day, I got dressed after a shower and went to walk out of the bathroom. As I opened the door, I mistakenly looked back. I saw a shadow in the mirror, which looked like it walked right past me.
The shadow was of a young girl with a white gown.
That day, I got rid of the mirror in my room.
I kept seeing the young girl in the white gown pass me in the mirror every day, but I never knew where she went. Or for that matter what she was.
The voices stopped, but the soft pounding didn't.
For a couple years after that it happened once in a while. Then one day I saw the shadow again but I saw the face. I saw a face of a girl in the mirror, and it wasn't me.
From that day on I thought of the girl in the mirror. I always wondered who she was, but I couldn't help but to think it was Bloody Mary.
We moved not too long after I saw that face, but that wasn't why.
After we moved into our new house, I never heard the noises or the voices ever again. I never saw the young girl again either. The weirdest thing that happened though was I heard after we moved, our old house caught on fire.
That is what creeped me out the most.

The War Wolves
If you’re good at something, never do it for free. That’s what Ludgar’s uncle taught him. Sellswording isn’t the most glamorous life, but it pays well if you’re good at it. Interesting as well, if you ignore the very probable possibility of a swift, sticky end at the hands of pointy things. When the mercenary lifestyle grows incompatible with the Kingdom of Evandis, he and his merry band of misfits set off west to seek those with a better proclivity for warfare and with much deeper pockets. At his side: a wandering barbarian who teeters on the edge of savagery, a girl who would have a heart of gold if she didn’t pawn it off to the nearest fence, a wannabe knight who is absolutely overcompensating for something, and the last person in the universe who should be anywhere close to magic. But, as most mercenaries find, the right decisions are quite an expensive luxury, and the wrong ones happen to pay very well. Then again, what are the value of morals to a hungry wolf?

The Gore tag is there more as a precaution, rather than a promise to keep producing gory words. Mortal Mewling is a bit of a slow burn in terms of start, scale and capacity of the protagonist. Gon And Killua Fanfic
Ok similar to my last story this is a fanfic about Gon and Killua. I don't feel comfortable writing about them at the age they are now so I'm aging them up so they will be 16. I have cute pictures to go with the story and some of them they don't look 16 or whatever so we're just going to pretend :)
