The car stopped at the gate of the Dixit house. Dev being a gentleman opened the door for Elena and helped her step out of the car. She was about to enter the house but then she turned around towards the car and said 'aap dono ghar Nahi aa rahe? Thodi der ke lea bhi nahi?' Dev said to her 'Nahi Elena, aaj Nahi. Mujhe ghar jakar office ka kuch kam karna hai. Ghar aa gaya toh woh kaam Nahi hoga. Aur haa, galti se bhi kisi ko batana mat ki maine aur Sonakshi thuje yaha drop kia hai. Kyuki agar Maa ko pata chala ki hum darvaze tak aaye lakin andhar Nahi, toh usse bura lagega. Okay? Bas Bol de ki tu cab se aa gai'. With that they left.

Sonakshi went to change into some comfort clothes while Dev sat on the bed working on his laptop. There was a lot of work he had to complete. Sonakshi came out of the bathroom and saw Dev working. She went and sat next to him on the bed. She kept her head on devs should and tried to read what Dev was typing. Everything went over her head. She couldn't understand all the business related work that her husband was doing. Within no time Sonakshi had fallen asleep on Dev's shoulder.

It was dinner time and Sonakshi had woken up. She saw Dev still working. 'Arey Dev? Aap abhi tak kaam kar rahe ho?' 'Haa Sonakshi, thoda jada kaam tha lakin abhi almost ho gaya hai'. Sonakshi got up from the bed and while making a hair bun she asked 'Dev,dinner ka kya plan hai?' Due to the work load Dev and completely forgotten about dinner. 'Oh shit. I am so sorry Sonakshi. Kaam ke chakkar mein maine dinner prepare hi Nahi kia'. He kept his laptop aside to prepare dinner. 'Dev rukho, hum kahi bahar chalte hai na dinner ke lea. Kafi time ho gaya hai ki hum bahar Nahi Gaye hai'. Dev was too tired but how could he refuse Sonakshi's wish? 'Accha chalo. Tum ready ho jao hum kahi chalte hai'. They got ready. Dev saw the ring that they had brought in the afternoon kept on the dining table. He kept the ring box in his pocket and decided to put it on her finger after dinner. They went for a romantic candlelight dinner. Post dinner, Dev drove to marine drive. They sat at marine drive enjoying the peaceful moment. They didn't speak but just enjoyed the silence. Dev put his hand in his pocket and took out the ring. Sonakshi was resting her head on devs shoulder. 'Sonakshi...' Dev said. 'Hmmm?' Sonakshi looked at him. Dev quietly showed her the ring reminding her about the ring. Dev held her hand and slid the ring in her finger. Dev kissed her forehead while Sonakshi said 'thank you dev' I am very soft tone. Audible enough for dev to hear it. They sat they for some more time loving to sit there quietly in each other's arms. ' Dev, ab mera 7th month chalu ho gaya hai. Aur ab mujhe exercise karna shuru karna hai. Kal se mein exercise shuru karne wali hu'. 'Okay Mrs.dixit, kal se main bhi the hare saath ab exercise karunga. Kal se roz raat ko hum walks pe jayenge. Humara romantic walk pe'. Dev winked at Sonakshi. They were driving back home while Sonakshi was admiring her new ring. All this while Dev was pampering Sonakshi but now Sonakshi wanted to do something for him. She took out her mobile and began to google something. Very quickly she ordered for a gift for Dev. Dev was too busy driving and he had failed to notice that Sonakshi was busy doing something on her mobile.Sonakshi was sure that Dev would love the gift.
