Ben watched as the hangar doors opened. He could feel his mother's presence and he knew that she was the one who had ordered the doors to be opened.
He flew his ship towards the open doors. Once he landed in the hangar, he found that his mother was standing there waiting for him.
He noticed that FN-2187 was standing next to her, holding a blaster protectively.
Seeing the traitor made him angry. But then he remembered that he was a traitor too now. But Rey was worth it.
But he was still made at FN-2187, not for leaving the First Order, but for leaving Rey alone on Jakku. He couldn't understand why it seemed that she was always left behind by those who cared about her. He silently promised that he would never leave her, no matter the costs.
Ben landed his tie silencer near where his mother stood waiting.
Finn raised his blaster and pointed it at the ship the moment it landed. The door opened and Ben stepped out.
Finn instinctively readied his blaster. His finger twitched over the trigger and he had to stop himself from opening fire on the darkly dressed man.
Ben smiled briefly at his mother. Then he turned to look at Finn, who was ready to blast him into oblivion. He had to hold back the urge to yell at him for leaving Rey alone on Jakku in the middle of a desert with no food, no water and no means of escape from the dreaded planet that had been her prison for most of her young life.
There were so many things he wanted to say, but he refrained from saying them.
Finn looked into the cockpit of his ship and saw Rey sitting there. She looked weak and tired. "What did you do to her?" he demanded.

Ben turned back towards his tie silencer. He reached his arms up. Rey jumped down and he caught her easily in his arms.
"I left the First Order to save her." Ben said.
Finn wasn't sure if he believed Kylo Ren or not. But Rey wrapped her arms around him and hugged him.
"Why did you leave her alone on Jakku?" Ben asked, angrily.
"Maybe because you attacked us!" Finn replied.
"I attacked you?" Ben asked. "The First Order attacked you. I was on the other side of the galaxy."
"But you're with the First Order." Finn answered.
Ben crossed his arms. "So were you," he replied.
Finn had no reply to that.
Ben nodded glad that the matter was settled. Now that Finn had lowered his blaster, he went over to his mother and pulled her into a tight hug.
"Ben," she whispered.
"I'm home, mom," he said.
Leia squeezed her son tighter she never wanted to let him go again.
Rey smiled at Finn and went over to give him a hug. She couldn't stay angry with him, even though he and Poe had left her behind. He was like a brother to her, and he was her best friend.
"I'm sorry we left you, Rey." Finn apologized.
"It's okay, Finn. If you and Poe didn't leave, the Resistance would be lost. And I never would have been able to bring Ben home."

Their peace coming under fire makes the populace recall memories of a time before cultivators existed and of a time where the blood of all genders and ages littered the streets. As a result, the entire Empire draws the same conclusion; they need strong cultivators immediately. However, strong cultivators come at a cost: their existence creates a heavy load on the limited essence density on Cella. Thus, the Empire faces a dilemma: who will pick up the mantle when it falls?
