"Morning" Meredith said as she walked into the kitchen of the dream house. She's 6 and a half months pregnant with their little girl.

"Morning, babe" Derek said before kissing her lips and then kissing her stomach.

"Baby wants pancakes" Meredith giggled after she felt the baby kicking

"I'll make some for you" Derek said before he took off to the kitchen

"We need to stop at the baby store first before we go to the hospital" Meredith said giving him a huge smile. They are really happy with their baby girl that will be here in 4 months. After all they have been trough, this would be the best thing that has happened in their lives.

"I think dad's gonna come here when we're at the hospital to pain her nursery" Derek said

They ate breakfast and took a shower together

"Derek? What do you think of this shade of color?"

"Oh, Mer! That's beautiful!" He said as he moved his hand over her belly "Oh, she's kicking! I think she likes it too" He said with made Meredith giggle

"She has a perfect taste!" Meredith said before wincing in pain "Shht.. Don't kick mommy in the bladder please" Meredith begged

"Are you okay?" Derek asked concerned

"Just pregnant" She winked "But now I really need to use the bathroom"

"I'll pay, why don't you go to the restaurant on the other side of the road? I'll be there in 5 minutes" Derek suggested

"Thanks" She sighed making her way out of the store, crossing the road and entering the restaurant.

"It was so good" Meredith said, pointing to the pizza she just ate all by herself

"Seems like it, still hungry?"

"Dessert?" She winked

"If you want.." He smiled

"I really want a brownie with some ice cream"

"Well, I'll order it for my girls" He smiled before making a move to order

"Any suggestions on names?" Meredith asked

"I like Luna, Ella.." He started "Bella?"

"I love Bella!" Meredith smiled "What do you think of Bella Lynn Shepherd?"

"Lynn as in Carolyn?"

Meredith nodded

"Mom will love that" Derek smiled before kissing her

"Should we tell them?" Meredith asked

"Yeah, why not?"

"Hi, dad, mom! Come in" Meredith said as she opened the door

"Hi, Mer. How are you doing?" Christopher asked before moving his hand on her belly

"Oh, we're doing great!" She smiled before Carolyn pulled her into a hug

"Mom? Dad?" Derek said as he walked into the room

"Hi, Derek, dear!" Carolyn said before moving over to Derek, followed by Christopher.

"So, everything's ready for me to start in the nursery?" Christopher asked

"Are you sure dad? Me, Derek and Mark can help" Meredith checked

"Mer, I won't let you paint while you're 6 and a half months pregnant." Christopher said "And for my sons, they are both busy while I'm retired. I could as well help you a little"

"Thanks dad" Meredith and Derek said at the same time

"Okay, we really should be going but we have something to tell you" Derek started

"We picked a name for our little girl"

"Bella Lynn Shepherd" Derek told them proud

"Bella Lynn?" Carolyn gasped

"After you, mom" Derek smiled

"Derek.. Meredith.." She said as she stood up and hugged them "Thank you"

"We have to thank you and dad after all what you've done for us" Meredith smiled

"I'm sorry but we really should go now" Derek said, pointing to the clock

"Bailey will kill us if we're late" Meredith giggled

"Bye guys" Their parents said after they left.

"I can't believe I needed larger scrubs again" She sighed

"Well our girl is trying to take all the place she needs" Derek said as they walked over the catwalk of the hospital

"Oh, god. She's kicking again" Meredith moaned when she stopped walking

Derek's hand moved over to Meredith's belly

"Doctor Shepherd?" Derek heard a voice and he turned around

"Mister Clark? Can I help you?"

"You pulled the plug after doctor Webber told you to"

"Mister Clark, I'm sorry but I did what I have to do"
