《A Night Under A Thousand Stars》First Kiss

"So, ya come over at 8. I'll have dinner prepared for us too," Ashley said over the phone. Her house in Beverly Hills was finally finished and decorated and she wanted me to come over.
"I'll come as long as I'm greeted by you in some lingerie," I said, waiting for her smart reply. "Please. My man only gets to see that," she said back, scoffing.
"Who's your man?" I asked back seriously. She laughed, 'I'm joking Michael. Calm down, I'm not ready to date anyone yet."
I got a little quiet, because I was a little hurt. Ashley had mentioned before that she didn't want to date at the moment. She specifically told me, "in a few years, I'll be ready," and I guess I could understand that with her growing career and what happened to her with Aiden, but everyday she consumed my thoughts more and more. She was always in my head and I don't think she's ever going to get out. I was falling for her and I knew she liked me, but did she love me? Was she falling for me like I was?
I asked myself those questions everyday. I get that we were taking it slow, but I was ready to start settling down with the love of my life and I really believe that's her. I have never felt like this in my life. Not even with Noelle. I realize now that I'm grateful she said no, because Ashley and I couldn't be how we are if I was married. Ashley's the one. I can just feel it.
"Oh, right," I said after a few moments of silence, "Well, I'll see you at 8 then. I can't wait to see your place." I heard her smile through the phone. "I can't wait for you to see it either! I gotta go so I'll be ready for tonight. Bye, Joker!!" she said softly. "Bye Smiles."
I sighed, hanging up the phone. I gotta make her mine somehow.
The black SUV pulled up to Ashley's gate and Wayne buzzed the button. After a few seconds, we heard a chime and the black gate opened. As we drove up Ashley's roundabout driveway, I looked out the window towards the house and it was beautiful; very modern.
"Woah, this is just...just amazing," Wayne said as he put the car in park for me to get out. I nodded at him in agreement. "Thanks Wayne," I said as I got out of the car and Ashley opened her front door. "Michael! You made it!" she said as she approached me. "Hi Wayne!!" she said to him excitedly.
"Hi Smiles! Lovely home! I'm sure it's even more beautiful on the inside!" She smiled at him, "Thank you! You and Bill will have to come in one day!" He nodded and waved before he drove off. She turned to me and smiled happily.
She jumped on me, hugging me tightly. "Hi!!!" she squealed in my ear. I chuckled, hugging her back. "Hi, Ash."
She got down and pulled me to the house. "Come on, I'm so excited for you to see it! No one has seen it, but Alisha." I placed my hand on my heart, "Wow. I feel special."
"You should," she said laughing. As we entered her house, I was stunned. It was beautiful with a huge chandelier and double staircase. She watched me as I looked around. "Wow. This is beautiful, Ashley. You have amazing taste."

"Thank you," she said as she blushed. She gave me a tour and her house was gorgeous. She had decorated every room and designed it exactly how she wanted. It was definitely her. It fit her perfectly. And her backyard, oh my gosh. Amazing. She said she designed it for parties.
As we walked back in the house, she looked at me and asked, "Hungry?" I nodded and we walked to the kitchen. On the table, she had food sat out with bottles of white wine and candles lit. For dinner, we had Salmon with a honey garlic glaze and asparagus on the side. It smelled delicious.
We sat down and she opened the bottle of wine, pouring us some. "This looks delicious," I said, licking my lips. She smiled at me, "wait till you try it."
I forked some salmon and it melted in my mouth. "Mmm, this is amazing," I said as I ate some asparagus. "Thank you, I made it," she said, smiling. I playfully stopped chewing and looked at her. "Am i gonna be sick after this?" I teased. "You ass! No!" she said, slapping my arm. I laughed at her. "Did you really make this?"
"No," she laughed, "my chef, James, made it." I nodded slowly. "I knew it." She scoffed, "are you saying I can't cook?" I laughed. "That's exactly what I'm saying." She laughed with me, "Yeah, you right," she said back.
"So, how was your day?" she asked me, eating some salmon. "Good. I finally figured out a bridge for a new song, but knowing me, I'll probably end up changing it. How was yours?" I asked back. "Yeah, you perfectionist," I laughed at her, "but I understand and my day was okay. Better now though that you're here," she said, biting her lip at me.
We finished our dinner, but now I was sitting at her barstools watching her wash the dishes. "I told you, I'd do them since it's your house!" I said to her, sipping on my wine. "No! You're the guest. And plus, Michael Jackson doing the dishes? How would that even look?" she joked as we both laughed.
I got out of my seat and walked behind her. She chuckled, "What are you doing?" looking back at me over her shoulder. "Nothing. Just observing," I said checking her out from behind, up to something. She laughed and went back to washing the dishes. I walked up directly behind her, my chest against her back. I leaned down and kissed her cheek with a lingering kiss. "What was that for?" she asked, blushing.
I shook my head, "No reason." She finished and as she dried her hands off, she leaned back against me, her head on my shoulder. We stood there for a while, just content being in each other's personal space.
She turned around, "More wine?" I nodded and she went to her cellar as I sat back down on the barstool. She poured us some more wine and then went to light candles all around the living room and turned on the radio playing, Tony!Toni!Tone!.
She dimmed the lights and walked back over to me, sitting on the counter right beside me. "You know, you've turned me into a wine person. I only used to drink it with certain meals for the aesthetic, but now I actually enjoy the taste," she said looking down at me. "Well, because of you, I like rum and coke now," I said back smirking. She cheered, "Woooo! Michael's crossing over to the wildside. I see you boy," she said as we both laughed.

We continued talking and we ended up drinking 2 bottles of white wine and now she was making us rum and cokes. We were tipsy already, so that was gonna take us to the next level. "Look at you, bartender," I said, teasing her. She smirked at me, "Yeah, tip up. You rich. This shit ain't free," she said, holding out her hand. I laughed at her.
She handed me my drink and we clinked our glasses and each took a sip. We talked some more and somehow we ended up on Ashley's drunken tales.
I cackled at her. "No, no! I have an even better one than that! So my girlfriends and I went out to a club and we got these really rich guys to pay for our table and drinks right? We're all really drunk at this point, especially me. Keep in mind, I don't remember any of this, my friends told me what happened. So, we end up leaving with these guys. They're cute, young, and we go with them on their yacht in Newport. So we're on the dock and me, drunk as a skunk, I go to step onto the boat, but there was a gap," I interrupted saying, "Uh oh." She laughed and continued, "Yep, so as I'm stepping in, I totally miss the boat, and fall straight into the ocean. I just remember sobering up real fast at that cold ass water," she laughed.
I laughed at her. "You were wild, oh my gosh," I said, still laughing at her. "You wanna know what's really funny about that?" she asked. I nodded. "That was only back in July," she said laughing. I cracked up laughing. "One night," she said as she sipped her drink, "You're gonna come out with me and party like I do."
I widened my eyes and said, "Oh, I don't know. I don't think I can hang with you. You wild as hell!" She laughed and rolled her eyes.
Tonight was going great. I loved being around Michael. I wanted him to be around me all the time and I wanted to be around him all the time. As I sipped on my drink, a familiar song came on the radio.
"Ohhhhh, oh. This is my song!!" I squealed, jumping off the counter, downing some of my drink, and going over by the couch to dance.
Michael laughed as he watched me dance to 'I Wanna Sex You Up' by Color Me Badd.
"Come inside take off your coat I'll make you feel at home
Now let's pour a glass of wine .Cause now we're all alone
I've been waiting all night so just let me hold you close to me
'Cause I've been dying for you girl to make love to me"
I sang loudly as I walked over to Michael, rubbing all over his chest making him laugh. He sang the next verse back to me.
"Let me take off all your clothes
Disconnect the phone so nobody knows, yeah
Let me light a candle so we can make it better
Makin' love until we drown, dig 2"
I continued to dance in front of him as he laughed at me singing along. As the song went off, we laughed and high fived. "Good job!" I exclaimed as he laughed, smiling. 'Groove With You' by the Isley Brothers came on next and I groaned, "God, I love this song too!!" Michael smiled and said, "Me too," as he drank some more. I smiled back at him.
"And I think its time we cleared the air
You've been watching you, I've been watching you
You know I've been wantin to groove with you"
I downed my drink and bent down, putting my face in front of Michael's, our noses touching, as I put my hands on the counter blocking him in. I stared at him and his beautiful face and he stared back with the same intensity. He then switched his eyes from my eyes, to my lips, and back to my eyes again. I bit my lip and he looked back down at my lips licking his. "Dance with me," I whispered to him and he nodded as he downed his drink, standing up. I led him over in front of the couches and instantly he pulled me in closer to him by my waist.
We slow danced to the Isley Brothers and I was so content. I was happy and I was feeling good and I could tell Michael felt the same way. And it wasn't the alcohol making us feel like this. It's what we've wanted since that first night we met. To be in each other's arms and feel like we're the only two people in this world.
"Oh, love is all in your eyes
Love fire is burning for me
You stay all in my mind
Oh woman, its easy to see
Oh, let's be fair
You know its time we cleared the air"
Michael sung lowly in my ear and as he did, his hands pulled me closer to him. I smiled and pulled my head back from his. We locked eyes and it felt as if time had stopped. All that mattered to me in this moment was him. The look he was giving me said it all.
We continued to look at each other and Michael leaned in slowly and right before he placed his lips against mine, he looked up at me for approval. I nodded and finally he placed his soft lips against mine. It felt like heaven. His lips were soft and warm against mine.
He pulled back slowly and I smiled before opening my eyes. As soon as I did, Michael looked as if he was on cloud nine with his face still close to mine. I moved back in and so did he and we kissed again.
Our lips slowly started to move in sync as we kissed passionately. Our mouths becoming one as we both took each other's breath. I tasted the rum and coke on his breath and it made me want him more. After all of the temptation, we were finally kissing. All of that passion burning as we continued to kiss.
His hands pulled me even closer, as if he couldn't get me any closer. I moved one arm to drape around his back as my other hand grasped the back of his neck, going into his luscious curls, so I could kiss him even deeper. His arms stayed on my back and being in his arms made me want to melt.
I had never felt so alive in my life than this moment right now. We pulled back unwillingly only because we needed to catch our breaths. We looked at each other lovingly as we panted trying to catch our breath. We both smiled at each other and then chuckled still looking at each other.
Michael looked at me, rubbing his bottom lip smiling and I blushed looking down. I started really laughing out of shyness and he pulled me into him hugging me. I hugged him back. As we pulled back, Michael spoke. "I've been wanting to do that for so long," he said breathlessly. I looked back up at him and smiled. "I've been wanting you to for a long time."
"Yeah, everytime I tried, we got interrupted like we were in a movie or something," he said, chuckling. "I know!" I exclaimed laughing, "But I felt like it couldn't have gotten any better than this moment. It was perfect. You're a good kisser."
He blushed and looked down. He breathed out and looked at me, "Me? You! I could kiss you forever." Now, it was my turn to blush. I chuckled and grabbed his hand. "Want dessert?" I asked.
He eyed me up and down while licking his lips. I hit his chest, "NO! Not that kind of dessert. You wouldn't be able to handle this anyway," I said, running my hands down my waist. He bit his lip and smirked seductively, "We can go find out."
I laughed and went into the kitchen grabbing the chocolate mousse tiramisu and setting them on the counter. Michael came in and sat down at the barstool and I grabbed up two spoons. I sat next to him and handed him a spoon and he thanked me as we dove in.
I moaned, "This is fantastic," I dragged out and Michael nodded. We talked about our favorite desserts as we ate. "Actually," Michael started smirking, "Once I have you, you'll be my favorite dessert." I scoffed and pushed his shoulder. "You are so dirty!! I wonder what the world would think if they found out their sweet, little Michael isn't so innocent!" He laughed.
As he laughed, I noticed he had some chocolate on his top lip. "Wait," I said as I grabbed his face and turned it towards me. I licked my thumb and wiped it, sucking it off my thumb. I looked back at Michael and he leaned in and grabbed my face and kissed me again, brief and chastely. I smiled as he pulled back and he smiled at me. I picked up my spoon and spooned some tiramisu and turned towards him. "Open," I said and he opened his mouth.
I fed him some and he swallowed it smiling after. "My turn," he said and he fed me some. We fed each other and talked some more. Afterwards, we relaxed and listened to some more music. It was around 2 AM and Michael had to leave because he had some meetings in the morning with Sony over his album.
Wayne had arrived and I walked Michael out. "Thank you for such a great night. I had a great time," he said as he smirked and I knew he was hinting at our kisses. "Your house is lovely too. I'm happy for you," he said with a smile. I smiled back at him.
I didn't respond. I just walked up to him and kissed him. Michael placed his hands on my hip and kissed me back, pulling me into him. Our lips moved in rhythm until I felt his tongue sneak in my mouth, stroking against mine.
I melted in his arms as we kissed passionately, tongues wrestling. I moaned in his mouth and I felt his lips curl up in a smile. We pulled back and he pecked my lips once more. I bit my lip and said "Thanks for coming," sweetly.
He ran his hand over my head and grabbed my hand squeezing it before he got in the car and closed the door.
I watched as his car pulled out of my gate and I sighed in pure bliss. No one makes me feel like Michael does.
As Wayne pulled out of Ashley's driveway, I sighed in bliss and laid my head against the headrest. "Finally! I've been waiting for you two to kiss!" Wayne exclaimed, looking at me through the rearview mirror.
I smiled at him. "Tonight was perfect. She's perfect," I said, reminiscing on kissing her. This kiss was even better than I imagined. I'm definitely falling in love with this girl.
