《Remember | Tokyo revengers》「Aftermath」- part 2

"You..."
A white haired girl started with a whisper and shaking shoulders.
"You said that you'll start learning how to fight again." Senju Akashi stands before [Y/n]'s dead body inside the hospital with a white blanket covering her body that only showed her pale skin; shoulder, neck, and face.
"So you could beat the shit out of the person who hurt you..." she bit her quivering lips.
One moment she was just chilling or relaxing on top of a couch while watching tv inside her home then the next thing she knew, she was at a hospital after one phone call from a crying Emma.
"And you said I'll be your training buddy..." she lowered her head as heavy tears streamed down her face. "You promised..!"
Senju's lips fell downwards and only more tears came out. "Aaah....[Y/n].....please wake up."

"My son, Akio..." Hiroshi started as a gentle smile shows on his tired face. "He always admired you boys on how cool you were and it made me jealous, you know?"
The man laughed softly at his own words. "He likes to draw you all just like how his big sister does." He handed several papers with bright coloring and drawings to Draken.
"His favorite however was you, Ryuguji-kun." Said person pursed his lips and nodded his head. "Yeah, I'm sure you were aware of it." Hiroshi smiled kindly.
The boys each all looked at said drawings. The sight made their heart warm but at the same time broke it.
"And as for my daughter...[Y/n] really cherished you all as her friends and thought of you as her family, too." Hiroshi hummed and gave them a bag with sketchbooks inside it.
"With so many sketchbooks, drawings of you all in it, you could tell how much she adored and loved you all, right?" He chuckled while the boys all started to take a look at the contents of sketchbooks.
"So that's why, please attend their funeral." Hiroshi states while bowing his head which startled them all.
"There's no need for you-" Keisuke was the first to speak his mind but got cut off instantly. "My wife and I...we do not blame any you boys for what happened so please, I ask you all to come and visit the two of them."
Hiroshi told them with a tender smile...a kind of smile that reminded them of their precious friend. It brought tears to their eyes again, well almost for their president.
"I'm sure [Y/n] and Akio would like it very much." The man shifts his gaze to Mikey and spoke softly with the smile still on his face.
"Tell Izana-kun to come as well, okay?"

"What's up?" Kokonoi asked with his phone on the right side of his ear. "Inupi?" He gave a quizzical look when his friend didn't said anything for a brief moment.

"Did you hear the news?" Seishu finally spoke but his voice sounded a bit...off. "Did something happen in the gang?" Koko asked, completely uninterested as he looked around the park to look for someone.
"Let's talk about that later." He said before stopping in his tracks when he finally reached a certain and familiar spot. "Have you seen...[Y/n]?"
The boy asked a bit shyly that a red hue was spread across his cheeks. "She's at xxx hospital." Inupi replied quite coldy and before Koko could even ask what and how, his heart rate went fast and his blood ran cold.
"It was silent for a few seconds before Kokonoi finally mustered up the courage to speak again. "Come on now. I know you're not the type to joke every so often, but this...this just ain't it, man."
"How could I joke about something like that when you know exactly how I feel...!" The blonde boy snapped and shouted on the other line of the phone.
"I saw her for fucks sake!" His voice cracked. "I begged her to open her eyes....I even touched her face." He paused for a second. "And she felt cold...so fuckin' cold, Koko!"
"Okay... I get it, Inupi." Kokonoi finally replied then bid his friend bye and hung up. He walked around the park aimlessly while still trying to process what he just heard or learned.
He thought of how cruel god was to him.
'As if Akane wasn't enough.' He thought with clenched teeth. 'How could you take another important person away from me?' He asked while looking up at the sky as if he'd receive an answer.
Kokonoi tried his best not to let the tears leave his eyes but when his mind thought of a certain sentence, he lost and started to cry.
'How could you...take another person that I've fallen in love with.'

"I don't understand what's so good about butterflies." Young Mikey said with boredom in his eyes while his hands were inside the pocket of his pink hoodie.
"...They're just so pretty." [Y/n] replied as a tender smile adorns her feature while admiring a pretty blue butterfly from a certain distance.
"And didn't you know? They mean hope." She hummed while the boy stares at her with his deep set of dark eyes. "Blue butterflies means joy, luck, happiness and new beginnings."
While she was admiring a pretty thing on a flower, Mikey's gaze was focused on her. He does think that the person in front of him was prettier that's why he's admiring said person instead.
"That's what it showed when I searched it." The young girl turned her head and the smile on her face reached her eyes. "And I liked the meaning of it."

Mikey smiled as the wind blew softly. The weather was nice and the sky was bright when he looked at it.

"Do you like our gift?" He asked as hundreds of butterflies flew in different directions.
"Though, most of these butterflies came from Hakkai's big bro and his other two friends." He hummed before closing his eyes to feel the gentle breeze. It made him feel as if his friend was talking to him through the wind.
"I think it's their way of saying sorry since they aren't here to see you off for the last time."
Today was the day of the burial of two people. Their names were [F/n] [L//n] and Akio [L/n]. Siblings. Both died on the same day of October 31st.
A lot of people came to pay their respects. Many cried out of grief, sorrow, pain, guilt or regret...yes, many emotions were felt that day even if some didn't cried as hard like how some of the other people did.
It still doesn't mean they weren't sad.
"We're wearing suits..." Souya started with a little smile and soft gaze. "Yeah? What about it?" Nahoya asked after a small hum came out.
"Oh...yeah." He let out a soft chuckle. "[Y/n] did once said that she found men in this kind of outfit attractive." The boy grinned at the memory along with his brother.
"We even planned to wear them on her birthday this year that's why we bought suits, right?" Nahoya's smile slowly disappeared when he saw her brother lower his head after giving a small nod.
"Yeah, and I bet she'd ask us to pose instantly and take pictures for references in her drawings like how she usually would..." Souya muttered, his shoulders slightly trembling.
"She'd look cute while asking." He adds, a bitter looking smile now shown on his face that would usually have an angry expression just like his nickname.
"But instead of wearing it on her birthday to show it off..." The boy's words started to come out as shaky and quiet. "We're wearing it on her and little brother's funeral...!"
Nahoya hugged his blue haired sobbing brother. A melancholic smile accompanied his face as he rubbed Souya's back. "I'm sorry, brother." Souya apologized with a sniffle. "I keep breaking our promise..."
"It's alright. Today's acceptable." The peach haired replied, and just like his nickname, Smiley. The smile on his face returned when he pulled away from the hug.
"I took care of Masashi." Kisaki announced, his voice a bit raspy as he stood in front of a certain girl's grave when not even a single person remained to stay behind. It took some time for that to happen though.
"As for Hanemiya..." he paused to take a deep breath. "Not even a single strand of his hair has been harmed. I couldn't no matter how much I wanted to strangle the shit out of him."
The boy chuckled. "I couldn't risk of being hated or resented by you." He sighed deeply. "Tell me, [Y/n]. What the hell am I supposed to do about you not being here anymore?"
He clenched his teeth. "Why the fuck did you save your friend and die? Even now...I still don't understand what goes through that head of yours." He almost shouted in anger as he glared at the tombstone of said girl with fiery eyes.
"Now it feels so damn wrong being in Toman without seeing you....even though it's been a longtime dream of mine to be in it." Kisaki pursed his lips as tears streamed down his face.
"Why the hell...did you leave me. You're so fuckin' cruel leaving me in this kind of state."
❁

"Even though you told us to live happily..."
Mikey whispered as he stood on the rooftop of a building while the moon shined brightly. The strong wind made his hair sway on the right side, showing a tattoo on his neck.
A dragon which looked identical to a friend of his. Draken.
"Tell me, [Y/n]." He whispered again. "How did things ended up like this?" He pressed his lips, forming a thin line.
Mikey looked at his hands and for a moment there he saw blood even though it didn't really had it. Perhaps a memory...and as for his wrist, it had another tattoo.
It was a butterfly this time.
"I killed everyone but even so..." a tear slipped out of his dull and dark eyes as he continued to stare at the distance.
He shifted his gaze to his wrist then caressed the tattoo on it with his thumb before looking at something or someone again.
"Can you still give me a warm hug and smile at me just like how you always did?"
He looked at the person in front of him. [Y/n] stood before him with a pair of sad eyes but she soon showed a smile and spread her arms.
Mikey's eyes went wide for a second before he showed a smile too. He sprinted towards her and when he finally reached her...
"[Y/n]?" He called while his eyes looked around the place. "Where did you go?"
❁

"There's no point in continuing it when my brother died." A [h/c] girl replied coldly to the child who asked her the question. "Not only was I weak but also arrogant." She scoffed.
The child snickered. She sighed with a little shrug of her shoulders.
She giggled.
With the little girl's teasing, [Y/n] showed her annoyance.
"What else is there?" She replied a bit sarcastically with a brow raised. "I'm returning...home." The little girl let out a hum.
She chirped which earned another scoff from said person. "Obviously."
The girl sighed deeply.
[Y/n] waved her hand and walked straight into a circle of bright light. As she said, she was returning home after all.
Back to the real world.

The Bronze Players of Recreation
The world of Creation has seen a recent explosion of what can only be called an adventurer’s culture over the past few decades. People who were once looked at as nothing more than lower class mercenaries rose to the ranks of heroes and legends as adventuring became recognized as an idealized lifestyle of overcoming hardship and finding triumph. With the establishment of a guild-based government system on the continent of Terramania, adventurers were soon legitimized and adventuring became a phenomenon universally accepted around the world. Redlette had retreated from this world to live on Earth for the remainder of her years, having been born and outcast by the gods of Creation. However, upon meeting a friend that she treasured dearly, she found herself longing for a return to her world—she wanted to experience it properly and go on adventures with someone whom she holds dear. Putting a plan into action, she meets with her friend, an awkward, nerdy boy by the username of Herring who she’d only known through years of playing online games with him, and invites him to go on this fantastic adventure with her. An adventure in another world had always been an impossible dream for Herring, but when he suddenly found himself with the opportunity to embark on one, he knew it wouldn’t be as simple as books and shows made it out to be. Redlette was notorious for rushing into things without thinking them through, and he was flighty and weak. In the games they played together, they rarely grasped victory. They were losers through and through, both in hobby and life. Despite this, though, he takes the leap and sets off with Redlette into the world of Creation. Together they only had one goal: to have fun and go on the adventure of their lives. This time, they’d establish a guild of their own and be free to take on whatever exploits their hearts desired. This is the story of the founding of their guild. Author’s Notes: -My writing style is largely based off of the absurd amount of light novels I’ve read and anime I’ve watched, so it may come off as cartoonish or exaggerative at times. If that isn’t your thing, I’d steer clear of this story.-Not an MMO story.-No numerical stats.-Relatively slow pacing.-Posts are between 2000-5000 words weekly after Chapter 1. Are they just there for games, or is there a greater game being played? My first attempt at writing LitRPG. I I'm learning as I go and therefore will probably stumble over numerous cliches of the genre and writing in general. Definitely a work in progress.

The Beauty Of The End
William was abandoned by his family and left with a mother who detests him. He is forced into a life of crime, stealing just to feed his mother and himself. But that changes when he's given an opportunity to turn over a new leaf in a world of magic, war and tragedy. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Beauty Of The End takes place in a fantasy medieval world where magic exists in multiple forms. William is a boy abandoned by his family and left with a mother who detests him, and at a young age is forced into crime just to feed the both of them. But one day he is visited by a knight order who tell him he has potential for magic. Listening to their words, he leaves to start a new life and train to become a mage like them. The Beauty Of The End updates every day and I'm hoping to push out 100+ chapters consisting off, at the minimum, five arcs. Sometimes there might be double uploads to make up for a break I might've taken. I have most of the story planned out in my head and am just writing down where I think the story should go. I have planned up to arc 2 and maybe some ideas for 3, but that's about it. Thoughts and criticism are appreciated, there's obviously going to be grammar and maybe spelling mistakes that'll I'll try to spot and fix. I might occasionally post chapters that explain certain parts of the world, e.g. lore, countries, organizations, species, magic etc.
