[Y/n] pants while Masashi groans and laughs as he stands up after being kicked against the wall of said girl's home.
"So it was you all along." The female glowered with immense hatred in her eyes. "Why?" She asked through clenched teeth.
Masashi smiled. "It's all because I love you." A reply that only made [Y/n]'s blood to boil even further and he could see that through the female's fury gaze that also has disgust in it.
"Ever since we were kids, I've always did." He said with a sickening smile on his face and a red hue spreading across his cheeks.
His expression quickly changed. "But you never once noticed it!" He shouted as his dark brown eyes were filled with contempt and malice in them.
He soon adds in a deep voice, "Those damned delinquent friends of yours. They keep on taking you away from me."
He ran his fingers through his jet black hair whilst a sigh escaped through his lips. "They're always interfering just like back when we were kids...and just like back at the festival..so fucking annoying." He muttered.
His lowered head raised to stare at [Y/n]. They were hollow and hazy. "They've also tainted you..." He closed his eyes for a moment then opened them just as fast. It came back with how it usually looked. Gentle.
"But don't worry," Masashi took a step forward as a small grin was shown on his face. "Everyone's busy, you know, with the fight."
[Y/n] felt her breath hitch when he mentioned that and the more he continued to get closer to where she stood, she felt herself get weak.
She couldn't move all of a sudden and she hated how it affected her that much, especially when the day on August 3rd, the memories of it flashed through her mind that a cold sweat started to show on her face.
"I specifically chose this special day," he leaned down to her ear and whispered.
Masashi flashed a gentle smile. "Don't fight me again and waste our time, okay, sweetheart?" He pushed back the few [h/c] locks behind the girl's ear.
"Be obedient this time." He hummed sweetly while thinking that his so called precious [Y/n] had her hopes drained.
Of course he was wrong.
The female said with venom laced in it after forcefully pushing him away. She started to sprint towards the door but Masashi got a hold of her hair which made her to wince and grunt in pain.
"I knew it'd turn out this way." He sighed then threw her against the wall. The action knocked the air out of her lungs and made her gasp deeply.
She coughed and silently groaned in pain whilst trying to stand up. 'This can't be the end for me.' She thought as she sees Masashi stand in front of her.
[Y/n] stared at him first before closing her eyes as if she's accepting her fate and it only made the boy smirk. 'Seems like it is...'

"You should've done that in the first place." He sneered while the female let out a scoff. 'I should've learned how to fight in the first place.'
As Masashi was about to say another word, the door slammed open. "Big sis, I'm home!" Akio's cheerful voice boomed across the room and [Y/n] looked at the direction where said voice came from with a dread look visible on her face.
She turned to the black haired boy and the way he grinned made her look in horror this time. "No!" She shouted as she pushed him again when adrenaline coursed through her veins.
Masashi lost his balance and hit his head on the table. His vision turned blurry as he saw [Y/n] run towards where her little brother was.
"Akio, run!" She screamed when her ankle was caught and made her fall on the floor. She caught sight of the broken piece of the familiar vase that was gifted back when she was at the hospital for sleeping there for almost an entire week.
She grunts as she reaches for it. When it was now within her grasp, the female took immediate action of harming her attacker with it.
She scratched his hand first and while Masashi shouts in pain, [Y/n] took this opportunity to sprint towards the doorway, where her scared and trembling little brother stood.
"Just keep running!" She shouted while firmly holding Akio's hand. "Don't look back and hold my hand tig–"
Screams and shouts were heard from civilians that was closed by but despite the chaos, all what could [Y/n] pay her attention to was her little brother's body on the ground, bleeding.
"Akio?" She murmured softly after approaching the boy's body. She was still trying to process what was happening and she could see Masashi standing a few meters away from her with a gun in hand. He looked surprised too.
"[Y/n]!" A voice shouted from behind but she was too busy trying to put pressure on Akio's still bleeding body. She was too much in shock and the person who called out noticed it.
"Izana..?" She whispered in a raspy voice while Kakucho's eyes widen at what he and his white haired friend saw.
"I..." [Y/n] started. "What should I do? The blood...it won't stop. It won't stop!" She shouted in a brittle tone. "A-Akio's gonna..he's gonna..." a tear escaped her eyes and the sight was already heartbreaking as it is for the both of them to see.
"Get away from her!!" Masashi shouted in the distance with bloodshot eyes and clenched teeth as veins pulsated on his neck and temple. "YOU DAMNED SHITS! YOU ALWAYS RUIN EVERYTHING!!!"
"Kakucho.." Izana whispered in a dangerously low tone and icy gaze. Without any words being exchanged, the black haired boy nods his head and deals with the fuming Masashi.
"[Y/n] we need to take him to the hospital." He told her after putting a hand on the crying girl's shoulder to snap her out of her trance.
"Y-Yeah!" She quickly recovered and wiped her tears away. "Hurry, Hurry.." she muttered while Izana gently picked Akio's unconscious form on the ground.

"...Has the fight started?" [Y/n] asked quietly with her head hung low after leaving a certain room. Izana and Kakucho both glanced at each other.
"It should've started by now." Kakucho responds as they could only look at the girl's back and not see the expression on her face right now. "...But what does that have to do with.."
"Can you take me there?" She asked after taking a deep breath.
Kakucho's brows creased. "But Akio.." he uttered after taking a step forward.
"He's dead." [Y/n] said coldly with no expression on her face when she turned around. "So, will you bring me to the fight or not?"
Silence overtook the three of them. The atmosphere wasn't so good too.
"Alright." Izana finally agreed and walked ahead. His friend was surprised at first but followed suit, and so the three of them left the hospital and got on their bikes.
[Y/n] was with her white haired friend and she took comfort on his warm back. Her grip on the front of Izana's clothes was felt by himself. He could tell his precious friend was crying again.
'I'll settle this first.' She said to herself. 'I'll have to at least make this right, so wait for me, okay?' Izana and Kakucho both parked their bikes when they finally reached their destination.
Where the fight between Valhalla and Toman is currently happening.
'Wait for big sis, Akio.'
Shouts and screams were heard inside. It was chaos as the fight between two gangs each threw fists at one another.
"You don't have to follow me all the way." She told her two friends before flashing them a genuine but also melancholic smile. "Thank you."
Before one of the boys could even call out the girl's name, she disappeared in the fight then the next thing they knew...
She was lying in Baji's arms as blood seeps out her stomach. The fight stopped because of it. It was silent unlike earlier.
"You can't die yet...not so young....Mikey...he'll be sad." [Y/n] softly said to her shocked friend after getting caught by him.
"I could say the same thing to you!" He exclaimed with wide eyes. "Shit!" Baji cursed as his hand went to the bleeding wound.
"You bastard!" Kisaki shouted through gritted teeth while holding the boy, who was responsible for the current situation on his collar with fury in his eyes.
[Y/n] hushed her panicking friends. "It doesn't hurt." She hummed with a soft chuckle. "Haa..I'm tired."
Her last words made them feel like their hearts had dropped to their stomachs, especially when the [h/c] closed her eyes.
But they soon saw her open her eyes and stared at the blue sky. "It's not raining unlike back at the festival...where I'm supposed to die." She blurted out which earned a few quizzical stares from the others who were close by that heard it.
A graceful smile came to show on her face. "Today's weather is good." She hummed. "A good day to die, don't you all think so?"
"Don't say that, [Y/n]-san." Chifuyu sobbed beside her and with the blonde boy's words, Kisaki glared at Kazutora. His eyes were wide and void of emotion which caused for the boy with glasses to let him go harshly.
"...Not my fault." Kazutora muttered while staring at the ground. "You deserve it. You abandoned me." He continued.
Keisuke gritted his teeth. "She did–" he shouted but was cut off when he felt a tug on his arm.
"Tora.." she called out softly and for a moment there, the boy whose name was called saw a glimpse of [Y/n]'s younger self calling to him just like that and the serene image of that soon vanished as what he saw now was his bleeding friend.
And it's his fault.
"Come here." She urged for him to get closer which he did unknowingly. "I may not remember much of the days of when we've hung out and laughed.." she started.
"But there's one thing I'm certain of and confident to tell you." She flashed him a bright smile. "I can never abandon you because I'd go through hell and back for you, my friend."
With her words, Kazutora's eyes glimmered under the bright sun. The next second, tears were now seen falling from his eyes and dripping down to his chin and the way [Y/n] continued to smiled made him cry harder, as well as apologize.
"I'm sorry..." he said, voice breaking with his head low as he felt ashamed of himself. "Don't leave.."
"This isn't the end." She told him. A grin now shown on her face as her eyes sparkled with determination in them.
"Some things...may have gone wrong..but please live happily." She and Mikey made eye contact. She only flashed him a smile. "You deserve happiness."
"Shit!" Kisaki loudly cursed with a phone in his hand. "What's taking the damn ambulance so long?!"
[Y/n] stared at the faux blonde through her now blurring eyesight. It was unlike him to get so worked up but that's the least of her concerns now.
"Well, then.." as her eyes slowly closed, the female's next words were, "Until the next..." it also marked her last words.

"[Y/n]-san and Akio..?" Takemichi uttered in disbelief as he walked the streets of Shibuya while recalling the new information he had just learned in the future.
"Masashi and Kisaki..." he muttered to himself out of rage but it all soon disappeared when he felt a hand on his shoulder.
"Dude, the hell you spacing out for in the middle of the street?" [Y/n] asked with sarcasm oozing out of her tone.
"[Y/n]-san?!" He almost shrieked out while the girl raised a brow at him and replied with a, "The one and only."
She put a hand on the back of her neck. "The hell's up this time?"
Takemichi let out a confused hum and expression with a nervous smile plastered on his face when he glanced at her. "What do you mean..?"

Star God
An ancient, ageless entity of magic intertwines with the essence of a tribal hero and a god is born. A young man born into a mountain tribe treads the path of a hero, but he must learn the extent to which he would go to keep his people and their fledgling god safe and happy.
