《Remember | Tokyo revengers》「1」- How strange...

young teen struggled to swim in the water and get on the surface. Underneath, her feet kicked and kicked, but to no avail, sadly. She still continued to sink down slowly as mixed emotions were evident in her eyes. Fear, anger, and sadness.
But once she saw the shining moon, it all disappeared instantly except for the sadness she felt. The bright moon calmed her down, her eyelids slowly closing when it felt heavy for her to even keep it open.
She was also accepting her fate, that's why.
But a voice of a little girl that sounded faint made her open her eyes and the only thing that she saw was bright light.
"Am I dead...?" [Y/n] muttered to herself quietly then spaced out for a bit before looking around her surroundings.
She was no doubt in the hospital.
She saw the the IV that's connected on her arm, hear the constant beeping sound of the life monitor, along with the faint sound of horns of the cars outside the window, then the beautiful flowers placed inside a pretty vase as well as the cute big brown teddy bear next to it. Both sitting on top of the desk across from her bed.
"Oh, you're finally awake!" Exclaimed a nurse that entered the room with a look of surprise and relief on her face. "How are you feeling?" [Y/n] looked at the nurse first then shifted her gaze to the white ceiling.
"I feel alright...thank you." The young teen replied softly before sitting up slowly as the female nurse beams a smile at her response.
"That's good to know!" The older woman chirped. "You've been sleeping for almost a week." She informed while checking the monitor beside the girl before speaking again.
"No matter how many or what kind of tests we do on you, the results would always be the same. Nothing was wrong with you yet you still slept for days.." she began softly.
"Do you perhaps remember what happened that time and the cause for you to cough out blood then pass out?" The young teen ponders for a good minute and as she does that, the nurse called for someone to call and inform her parents that their daughter's finally awake.

"Your family and friends has been worried sick about you. Though, your room would always be occupied by your friends." The nurse spoke with a gentle smile on her face.
"They've been coming here everyday to check up on you and to see if you've woken up or not, and they always make sure to bring flowers...but that one over there, I'm not quite certain who it came from as it was sent anonymously just a few hours ago." she states then points her forefinger towards the flowers [Y/n] looked at earlier.
"They may be rowdy...and scary bunch but I could tell they're good kids just from the amount of visits they give you." the teen tilts her head to the side slightly when she heard a small giggle from the adult.
"I was just suddenly reminded of these particular four friends of yours, especially the two brothers. The younger one would do the most talking by telling you stories as his older brother joins in with a snarky comment which leads with them bickering back and forth until their scary looking friends would stop them." The nurse chattered quite happily at the memory
"Just like those four kids, most of your friends would stay and sit beside your bed for a whole day and would only leave when told so...since they seem like they've been too occupied with telling their story that hadn't noticed visiting hours were over." she sheepishly sent a smile while [Y/n] absentmindedly nods her head before opening her mouth to speak and finally answer the woman's question.
"Actually, miss..." The teen finally spoke again. "Oh! You can just call me Katsumi. Sorry for not introducing myself.." The older woman now Identified as Katsumi sheepishly says.
"Sorry, I can't remember." [Y/n] told her, returning a sheepish look while a male doctor arrives and enters the room with a warm smile on his face.
"Good to see that you're finally awake!" He starts of in a cheery tone just like how Katsumi did earlier. "How are you feeling?" [Y/n] stays silent for a few seconds and just stares at the doctor before beaming a smile.
"I feel great, of course!" she answered in a bubbly tone as someone suddenly comes dashing in the room and engulfed her in a big warm hug, almost tackling her down.

"I came as fast as I could after hearing that you woke up!" It was her mother that surprised her...and made her feel like her soul almost left her body. Nonetheless, she felt warm and happy by her mother's embrace and hugged her back.
"You're crying too much, mom..." [Y/n] laughed lightly. "I heard I was only asleep for like...six days."
"That doesn't mean I won't still be worried!" her mother exclaimed, heavy tears streaming down her face. "Coughing blood and passing out then just sleeping within those five days without knowing the reason why....Of course I'd be anxious about you, you insensitive kid!"
The doctor and nurse could only chuckle and smile sheepishly at the woman's outburst.
"Seriously..." a familiar man spoke from behind. "What a crybaby you are." [Y/n] looks at the person who just arrived.
"For someone who's also crying." The teen trails with a small sigh. "You sure do talk big, dad." she finished with a giggle and a toothy grin.
"How can't I?" he says, voice cracking a bit as he wipes his tears away and joins the hug. "You made us worried sick, you brat."
The next day passed in a blink of an eye since [Y/n]'s release at the hospital after the doctor asked and ran a few more tests on her just to make sure the teen's alright.
Currently, she's sat on a chair, looking through the sketchbook she saw and simply admired her drawings, forgetting that she has homework to do.
The drawing contained of either about people or nature.
"I don't remember drawing him but he sure is pretty." She said with sparkling eyes, admiring said male in the drawing.
He had his eyes closed, back leaned against the tree as he stood. The setting seems to be in autumn due to the leaves and it was just drawn last year. The drawing felt...peaceful and warm.
"Never drawing him again. Asked me to pay 'cuz I drew him..?" She reads the small words. "Ugly... Ps. A lie. Koko pretty." [Y/n] snorts then shakes her head.
"Did I really wrote this? Seriously, can't remember anything about it at all." A small left her lips before she flipped the paper to the next drawing.
"Another pretty person." She cooed. "He's facing this way...and he has a little smile on his handsome face." The young teen couldn't wonder why she felt such joy as well as the butterflies in her stomach.
"Pretty Iza?" [Y/n] questioned, her head now tilted to the side after seeing the small words below on the left side of the drawing. "Are they just code names or do I actually know them?" She questioned herself out loud with a troubled look on her face.
"Hell, I can't even remember when I drew them." She told herself. "There's just no way I'd forget some good looking faces." Putting down the sketchbook on the desk, [Y/n] decides that it's enough looking at her drawings for now since she felt her head aching a bit due to trying in recalling any memories about the and guy in the drawing.
"But I'm not gonna lie that they do look familiar." Standing up from her seat, the young teen recalls that she has something important to do before going back to school.
"Those assignments ain't gonna answer itself...wish they though." With that said, [Y/n] gets said assignments and instantly started to answer the first thing she got her hands on.
"Am I just smart or they are actually easy to do..?" She mumbled to herself while staring at another yet finished homework.
"If I finish them all today then tomorrow means free time..." Expression turning serious, the young teen lets out a small huff and takes another assignment out. "Procrastination is bad habit after all." She chuckles out.
"I'm finishing you all today." And so, hours of hardworking to finish her assignments passed by.
