(Y/n)'s P.O.V.
After searching the second floor for no longer than five minutes, I was unable to find anyone. I walked out of the classroom I was currently in and slid the door shut behind me. Before I could progress forward to the next classroom, a sudden shriek caught my attention.
Celeste.
The shriek was more realistic than the example she had provided earlier, but it was most definitely the Ultimate Gambler's voice. The scream had came from the floor above, so I traveled as quickly as I could to go investigate. Everyone else who heard the scream had also followed, as expected.
"I-I saw him! He ran off when I screamed," Celeste's eyebrows furrowed before continuing, "I blocked the stairs, so he ran that way!" She pointed her pale finger in the direction where she had spotted Robo Justice.
Another scream had caught us all off guard before we could pursue Robo Justice. This one came from the first floor. Great, now we have to go back down.
"Was that Hifumi?! C'mon, let's go!" shouted Hina who was already rushing down the stairs.
I grabbed her wrist before she could go. "What about Robo Justice? We still haven't gotten him yet."
"Why don't we split into two groups? A few of us go down to Hifumi while the rest pursue Robo Justice?" Celeste suggested, clasping her hands together. Her red eyes darted around at all of us as she awaited our answers. Without much hesitance, everyone agreed.
I noticed Celeste smile a little. "Very well. (Y/n) and Hina, come with me to check on Hifumi. Everyone else, go look for the suspicious man."
"We will handle it. Go check on Hifumi," Sakura said, nodding her head at Hina, Celeste, and myself before heading off down the hall with Byakuya and Toko, who I hadn't even noticed had joined us, following behind her. With that, Hina, Celeste, and I quickly made our way to the nurse's office on the first floor. I led the trio and desired to be the first one to see what was happening.
Due to our fast pace, the three of us made it to the nurse's office in no time. I reached my hand out to the door, unable to see through the windows built into the pink door. I felt dread began to prickle at my skin as I slid open the door. The sight that greeted us caused me to gasp and hold back a gag.
The off-white tile was painted with the unsettling sight of fresh blood. Laying in the blood was none other than Hifumi Yamada, the man who we had just heard scream not too long ago. A scream of absolute horror from Hina pierced through the silence.
"I-It seems something very a-awful has happened..." Celeste clenched her teeth and looked away from the bloody mess.
"Thanks for stating the obvious," I snapped at Celeste. Celeste's stare towards me hardened in distaste from my comment. I awkwardly looked away, mumbling a quiet apology. I shouldn't let my annoyance be a reason to snap at a time like this.
I turned my attention back to Hifumi. I was just glad I couldn't see his lifeless stare through the bloodied lenses on his glasses. You would think after seeing so many corpses that you would get used to it, but it still creeped me out even now.
After a small while of staring at Hifumi, the monitor buzzed to life. I snapped my head towards the monitor, watching intently as Monokuma appeared on the screen. His eyes were squinted from how large the smile on his face was. "Upupu! Finally, a body has been discovered! After a certain amount of time, which you may use however you like, the class trial will begin! I will see you beary soon." Despite the situation at hand, Monokuma's mood was rather jocular. He gave a small wave before the monitor shut off, leaving us to investigate.

I wondered why the announcement didn't play immediately after the body discovery?
"The body discovery announcement... This means that Hifumi was really killed..." Celeste's breath hitched. "And look at that..." Her finger pointed towards the hammer besides Hifumi, the same type of hammer left at all of the other attack scenes.
I kneeled beside the corpse to inspect the hammer. This one was larger than the others and one blow from this would definitely kill you. I took a moment to turn my gaze to Hifumi's body. God, he was such a bad actor.
"Just as suspected, one blow from this hammer is bound to kill you," Celeste commented. "It must be Robo Justice. We must tell the others."
I pulled away from the bloodied mess and took my place back beside Celeste. "But you just saw him on the third floor, correct? How would Robo Justice get to the nurse's office, hm?"
Celeste shook her head. "No time to question that now. Let's go and tell the others. No objections to this, correct?" I didn't answer and neither did Hina. However, I didn't answer from hesitance while Hina, on the other hand, was frozen in her spot.
"Hina, hello? Snap out of it!" I shook her shoulders. Now she was finally responsive.
"I-I'm sorry... I don't think I can move. I feel so sick right now," Hina gagged a bit when she accidentally glanced at the corpse in the room. She looked as though she would be sick any second now.
I sighed and rubbed her back a bit. "Okay, I'll go get everyone and tell them about Hifumi. Celeste, stay here with Hina. I won't be long." I moved away from Hina and slid open the door, not even giving Celeste time to protest. Exiting the nurse's office, I sprinted towards the stairs.
After reaching the third floor, I rushed through the halls in search of the rest of the students. Though I suspected I know which room they would be in. Sure enough, I ran to the end of the hall and found the physics lab door wide open. Did they finally find Taka's body?
The idea of the students finally discovering the murder I have known about for hours seemed so exhilarating. Finding the body, exposing the killer, watching an execution... My heart beat faster and faster with each step I took towards the storage room located in the back. I practically leaped through the doorway, faking a gasp upon seeing Taka's corpse. Also on the floor was Toko, but I suspected she had fainted due to the sight of blood.
Byakuya turned his attention to me. "Oh (Y/n), nice of you to join us," he sarcastically stated. I rolled my eyes at him. He better not ruin my mood now.
"Why Justice Hammer 4?" I heard Sakura mumble. I ignored Byakuya and turned to Sakura. I questioned her about her statement. She replied, "Celeste was attacked with Justice Hammer 1, Hifumi with Justice Hammer 2. However, Taka was killed with Justice Hammer 4. What had happened with number 3?"
"Oh! Well, actually..." I paused for a moment, scolding myself mentally for practically forgetting about Hifumi.
Annoyed by my pause, Byakuya snarled, "what? Spit it out already. What do you know?"
"If you would let me finish," my harsh glare didn't go ignored by Byakuya, "Hifumi was attacked with Justice Hammer 3 just now. He's dead."
Sakura's breathing hitched, providing a sharp gasping sound. "Hifumi has been murdered?"

"That's why you came to get us... Let's go check it out," said Byakuya. He walked past me, roughly hitting his shoulder against mine. I didn't stumble back like he expected me to, but annoying me was enough to satisfy himself. I resisted the urge to trip him and laugh as he face planted into the floor, but now wasn't the time for that. People really were getting on my nerves today.
Sakura noticed the exchange between Byakuya and I. She acknowledged it by giving me a small nod and pat on the shoulder before exiting the room as well. I took one last glance at Taka's cold corpse, my eyes wandering from his solemn expression to the pool of blood that had formed beneath him. After that, I also left the room.
I caught up with Byakuya and Sakura outside of the lab, but upon rushing out I rammed into Celeste. The interaction caused both of us to stumble a bit. I quickly recovered luckily and so had Celeste. Shocked to see her, my voice boomed throughout the hall. "Celeste? You're supposed to be in the nurse's office with Hina!"
Celeste was not pleased with my loud tone of voice. "Well, something has came up..." Celeste gulped before continuing. "Hifumi's body has...disappeared."
"What are you talking about? Don't be ridiculous," Byakuya clicked his tongue and adjusted his grey glasses to sit correctly on his nose. Celeste stayed silent, a bead of sweat rolling down her face as she awkwardly looked to the side. "Don't tell me you're actually serious..."
Byakuya rushed past all of us to check the nurse's office for himself. Us three girls followed behind him. We couldn't just stand around like nothing wrong was going on.
Sooner than anticipated, we all reached the nurse's office yet again. I was getting exhausted from all of this running around. I was just grateful that my ankle wasn't aching from all of this pressure being applied to it.
Just like Celeste had told us, Hifumi's body was no where to be found. All that was left behind was the Justice Hammer 3 and the pool of Hifumi's blood. Hina was already in the room before us, her back pressed against the wall as she struggled to compose herself.
"C-Celeste and I had only left to use the bathroom for a second..." Hina mumbled, shaking her head in disbelief. "W-Where did Hifumi go?"
"This must be the work of the culprit," Celeste clasped her hands together, furrowing her black eyebrows, "the must have come here and carried away the body. They must be enjoying this... Watching all of us run around like clueless fools, scared and confused. We're all going to die here! Just like they had died!!"
I shook my head. "This is so unbelievable. First there were two murders and now the body of one victim is gone?" My fingertips ran across the soft bandaging around my head. God, I could practically feel my headache returning from all of the stress of this case so far.
"Two murders?!" Hina gasped.
Sakura explained before I could, "we had found Taka's body in the equipment room of the physics lab." Hina let out another gasp. The statement caused her to break down. Two more of our classmates dead and nothing we could do about it. Hina's shrill scream pierced through the quiet office. Sakura was the one to calm her down; Celeste, Byakuya, and myself left to question the situation.
"We're all gonna die! It's only a ma-matter of time before they get someone else!!" Hina sobbed, unable to control her tears despite Sakura enveloping her in a warm embrace.
Byakuya gave a small chuckle to the statement. "Who would be the next victim? Toko? We left her in that room after all."
"You left her there?!" exclaimed Celeste.
"We had no choice. She wouldn't wake up after passing out. What did you expect us to do? Carry her like some sort of baby? That annoying insect only clings to me, so we're better off without her anyways."
"I don't want anyone else to die!" Hina wailed. "We have to hurry!!"
I was going to bring up the regulation that prevents any more murders than two per person, but Sakura and Hina were already out the door. Celeste and Byakuya followed after and I had no choice but to tag along. My ankle had begun to softly ache from all of the running around, begging me to at least sit down for a moment. I ignored it and continued onward.
We all reached the equipment room rather quickly considering out fast pace, finding Toko peacefully laying on the ground unharmed. While Hina and Sakura were greatly relieved at Toko's unharmed state, I was focused on the one thing missing from the room.
"Where the hell is Taka?" I pointed at the lone blood stain on the ground.
Everyone else looked at where I was pointing. Much to their dismay, the corpse had gone missing as well. Byakuya was the first to speak. "Why is the culprit hiding the bodies? What plan do they have in mind?" He paused to smirk. "Though I think I have a hunch as to who may be behind it."
Byakuya began to list where everyone had been during the different scenarios that had happened throughout the day. He brought up the groups we had all been in during each murder and discovery, then discussing alibis. Finally, he reached the conclusion that the most likely suspect must have been Hiro. He hadn't been spotted once today, had no alibis, and is the most suspicious so far.
"Does that mean Hiro will kill us all...?" whimpered Hina.
It was finally my time to bring up the regulation. "Of course not. Remember the regulations? One person can only kill a maximum of two people. It was made very clear that you can't break any of the rules. Hypothetically, if the killer were to break this rule-"
"-Then I would blow ya to smithereens!"
The casual tone of Monokuma's voice caught me off guard, causing me to jump a bit. He was right behind me which was even more surprising. I quickly turned to meet him face to face. Monokuma laughed, leaning closer until our noses were practically touching. "Boo~"
I quickly shuffled back away from the headmaster, bumping into Byakuya. Byakuya cringed in distaste at the close approximation between us and pushed me away from him. I was not amused by him shoving me around like that. I shoved him back, just enough to annoy him.
"Now that we remember the regulation and can trust it won't be broken, we should begin to search for the missing bodies," suggested Celeste. "Let's split up and search on our own."
Monokuma waved around his arms in excitement. "Puhuhu!~ How amusing. I can't wait to see what will happen next!"
And with that, we all went on to search for the dead bodies. Sakura and Hina went together while everyone else traveled on their own (minus Toko who was left in the room by herself). I was surprised that Monokuma hadn't tagged along with me, but perhaps he wasn't in the mood or had to go complete a headmaster task. Either way, I was still disappointed to not be in his company.
Sakura and Hina were already investigating the art room and Byakuya was in the rec room, so I was left to investigate the classrooms. I entered class 3-B briefly and found nothing of interest. It was simply a normal classroom, well, at least as normal as it could get in this scenario. I slid the wooden door shut and went to examine the room beside it: 3-A.
I grasped the handle, but paused. What if the dead bodies were actually in here? Would I react with a scream? A simple yell? I inhaled deeply and slid the door open before any more hesitance could hold me back. I exhaled in relief when there was no sort of crime scene left in the classroom for me to find.
Walking into the classroom, I pulled out one of the chairs at the back of the room and plopped down. The chairs were rather nice for school chairs. They had fluffy red cushions attacked to the wooden frame. They were like a luxury version of the common school chairs you would normally encounter.
It was nice to rest my ankle for a moment. Though the ache was nothing compared to the pain I had previously felt earlier on, it still wasn't pleasant. I leaned my bed back onto the back of the chair and closed my eyes. Just a moment of peace from the chaos was enough to satisfy me. However, my moment of peace did not last long.
"What are you doing just sitting there? Get up! We need to get to the repository!" Byakuya's harsh yelling startled me. I rolled my eyes and slowly arose from my chair just to annoy him. I could hear the slight click of his tongue and the impatient tapping of his foot against the tile.
"I'm sorry, your highness," I spat out the name as though it left v6some sort of foul taste in my mouth. "I felt dizzy, so I took a moment to rest." I walked past the blonde male and began to head to the art room where the repository was located. He quickly caught up to me and walked ahead of me, refusing to allow me to lead the way.
"Now is no time to rest, you fool. We found the dead bodies," stated Byakuya as we both walked. "We need to hurry. Stop wasting our time by relaxing in a classroom like this is some sort of joke."
"Would you shut up? Would you rather me had potentially passed out onto the ground, hm? Would you rather carry me to the repository? Or do you not want to dirty your hands by carrying a peasant, as you would call me, such as myself?" I noticed Byakuya's hand clench in annoyance.
"I do not have time for your foolish comments. Now why don't you be good and shut your filthy mouth? I do not wish to have the displeasure of hearing your grating voice at the moment."
"Aww, does poor little trust fund boy not like hearing my voice? You act like your comments will actually get me to stop talking. In fact, they motivate me to talk more."
Finally, we stood in front of the archway that served as the entrance to the art room. Byakuya didn't even reply to my last statement and simply walked to the back of the room to the repository. Alright, I considered that a victory on my end.
Byakuya and I stood before the closed door of the repository room. The male beside me reached his hand out and slowly opened the door as though he was trying to keep me in suspense. Just like he had said, there laid Taka and Hifumi's bodies. The pungent smell of blood hit me as soon as the door was opened, making me gag a bit. The sight before my eyes was despair-inducing.
The ringing of the monitor pulled everyone's attention away from the corpses. We all stared at the monitor as the body discovery announcement had played. Monokuma's tone, as expected, was incredibly cheerful as he announced the discovery of yet another dead body.
As soon as the monitor shut off, Monokuma had shoved his way past Byakuya and I to enter the repository. He held his hand on his hips as he walked, stopping right in the center of the room. He was unbothered by the corpses that were resting by his feet. He didn't even act disgusted by the strong smell of blood.
"Da da da da! Monokuma has arrived on the scene!" he announced. He didn't say anything for a moment as though he was waiting for some sort of significant response. When he didn't get the response he wanted, Monokuma's lips puffed out in a pout. "Sheesh, not even an applause? Fine... You guys are so cruel to me..."
"Just get on with it!" Byakuya snapped.
Monokuma rolled his eyes and made a comment along the lines of, "so rude..." He reached into his pocket and whipped out the Monokuma File. "I was gonna hand this out the first time you found the bodies, but I felt like somethin' like this would happen. Of course, I was right!"
Byakuya reached his hand out with his palm upwards, fingers motioning towards himself. "Hand it over," he demanded.
Monokuma quickly retracted his hand back, shaking his index finger. "Ah, ah, ah! Not so fast. You're always so rude to me, Byakuya. Not just him, all of you students! I don't feel appreciated... I deserve an apology, a hug, an applause! Anything to show you care about poor little me!"
Byakuya rolled his eyes and refused to do anything of the sort. Celeste shook her head, also refusing. Hina crossed her arms and said, "seriously? Do you think we would do that for you?"
Monokuma clutched his shirt, the area where his heart was located. He acted as though he had just been shot in the heart by someone he trusted. I swore that I saw a tear fall from his eye as well. "I guess you guys really don't want this Monokuma File then..."
