《I Demand It | TAEKOOK✔》Gone

The room is shining, sun glaring into every crevice. A normal, blazing morning. Everything was too perfect. The wonderful silence, was awfully quiet. Mornings were never quiet with the vampire. Where was the shifts and groans? His bed felt incredibly cold. The bed was never cold with the vampires embrace.
Something was wrong. Something is wrong.
Jungkook woke up in cold sweat, for the first time in a long time; he had a terrifying nightmare. Too afraid to open his eyes. He knew. Once his memories set in, he realised. The vampire was gone.
The man thought, and hoped for Taehyung to still be there. That the other somehow went to the bathroom, or decided to take an early shower. That the vampire never used powers against him. Or he'd walk right into the room to comfort Jungkook, from the nightmare.
The vampire should be here! He had to be here. He wouldn't just leave Jungkook all alone, right? Taehyung loved Jungkook, he is helplessly in love with the human, RIGHT!?
"I won't open my eyes. I will not move from this bed, until YOU COME BACK!!" He sobs. Angry. Hurt. Confused. "You left me!! Why couldn't you wait?!! Why couldn't you have waited just till morning?!!!! I TRUSTED YOU!!"
Why does it hurt so much? The aching pain in his chest, the hole. Why won't this horrifying pain go away?! His heart felt as if it were tearing, as if someone were ripping it to shreds from the inside.
Jungkook curls into himself, pitifully holding his chest. He hiccups with the painful sobs, that just will not stop. It hurts so much. How could Taehyungs absence be so painful?
He can't open his eyes. He can't accept this, that the man left. Just left Jungkook so easily. How could he possibly accept that? He won't open them.

A bell rings.
It's breakfast time. A maid has come. Just great. He'll send her away. He won't eat. He won't move. Not until the vampire comes back. But, no one calls. The bell sounds different. It rings louder this time, stinging Jungkooks ears. His hands fly up to cover them.
"Jungkook!"
No one calls him by his first name. Could it be? Did he not leave? Jungkook slowly opens his eyes. He looks around, desperately trying to find his lover. You're not here...you left me. Why did you leave me? Come back. Come back!! He trys hard to communicate with the vampire.
Jungkook whines out loud. His heart slowly shatters, it's almost visible in his frowning expression. Everything sinks in step by step. He visibly crumbles. His eyes shaky, and watery. Hands trembling on the spot that Taehyung once lay. He whimpers and chokes out tears. It stings. It's so painful. Jungkook stop...
"Jungkook!"
"Stop speaking in his voice! Go away!" He shouts, voice croaking at nothing. He can't get Taehyungs voice out of his head, calling out to him. It was a lie. The vampire is gone. Jungkook,
"Shut up!! Shut up!! Shut up!!" His hands fly up to cover his ears they ring with his own name. Calling out in Taehyungs lovely, raspy whisper. His hands, wrists, and heart. He felt pain coming from them. They feel wet, were his arms covered in tears?
"I don't understand! Shut up! Shut up!!" Stop what? What was he doing? He didn't understand. Why won't the voices stop?
Someones hand touched his body. They don't feel like Taehyungs hands. They don't give the same unexpected warmth as Taehyungs fingers.
"Jungkookie."
No one can all him that! No one! Only Taehyung. Only his vampire can call him this. Why are the voices torturing him?! Why won't they leave him alone? Is this his karma? The karma of being with a vampire, as a human. Maybe it was hell.

He was being shaken. Someone's shaking him. Why are they shaking him so much? He wanted to sleep. He needed Taehyung back. No one else could touch him. He needed sleep.
"Stop!" Jungkook screamed almost drunkenly. He thrashed around in someone's hold. He can't stop hearing Taehyungs voice. Two voices speak at once.
"Jungkook!"
"No! Shut up!!"
"Jungkook!"
"Shut up!!"
"It's me! Jimin! It's me! Hey Jungkookie look! Its me! Look at me!" The young vampire shakes the boy desperately. The human was covered in blood. His wrists were bloody. His hands trembling with a peice of glass. What the hell happened? He held his breath, this was his friend. He would not hurt him no matter how tempting the blood smelled. "What did you do?! Hey look at me! Jungkook!"
"J-jimin..?" He whispers. Then everything fades away, the picture of Jimin turns blurry. To black.
"Jungkook!!"

"Hhhugh!!" Jungkook awakens with a loud gasp. His body covered in sweat. Candles lit around a strange room. Odd looking dolls, ointments and suppositories. Plants and crushed herbs everywhere. Was he in the infirmary?
"Jesus Jungkook! What the hell!" A man launches at Jungkook, shouting with worry.
"J-jimin.. when did you get here?"
"I've been here this whole time, waiting for you to wake up! The real question is, why would you do this?" Jimin asks. His face contorted with deep concern.
What?
"I don't understand..." Jungkook looks around. He gulps nervously and oddly confused. "What do you mean?"
"You-....You hurt yourself! Y-you cut yourself with the glass of the mirror!"
The boys ears ring. His hands fly up to cover them. His mouth agape in a silent scream. Jungkooks eyes dart to his arms. He puts them infront of his face, waving them and looking in horror. They were covered in bandages. "AAAHHHH!!!" He screams in terror.
He didn't do this! He didn't hurt himself! He didn't remember even getting out of bed. The voices won't stop.
"Hey, calm down. Look at me Jungkook! It's okay!" Jimin grabs the boys arms and envelops him in a hug. He runs his finger along Jungkooks back in comfort. Shushing him quietly, never raising his voice even though Jungkook screamed and tried thrashing. His strength came in handy. "Shhh...it's okay.." hearing Jungkooks sobs broke his heart.
Maybe he shouldn't keep the letter hidden. Jungkook needed the letter even if he didn't like it. He warned Taehyung of this. The elder didn't listen. The asshole should have gave Jungkook the letter himself. But, he made a promise to both of them. No matter how much his vampire king hurt his friend, they were meant for eachother. They are connected. He couldn't change that.
Jimin didn't know why Jungkook tried to do something like that. But, he was still Jungkooks best friend. He was here to comfort Jungkook. Always.
"H-he's....gone..."

Player Killer
In the world of New Dawn, the citizens seem to be suffering a divine punishment of some sort. The monsters that plague them are worse then devils, demons, or depraved criminals. Despondent Divinity
There exists a Great Seal which split the world in two, one half ravaged by the Darkness, the other a safe haven of Light. Since the collapse of the old world, 20,000 years have passed, and the world watches on as their only protection from the Plague of Plagues slowly dissipates. Only the strong may survive the oncoming Demon horde, and the forgotten prince, Jack Calmira, fears he may not have what it takes. In a world where weakness is punished by death, what are weak men to do? Author's Note: Expect a chapter or two every month, but I'll get faster eventually. This story isn't a Wuxia, but it has a lot of eastern influence. The MC isn't OP and is flawed. Less action, more character driven. Constructive criticism would be appreciated as it's my first story. Chinese culture has inspired a lot of the novel, but much of it is an amalgamation of different cultures, some made up and some not. Think Xianxia + Shounen with a mix of western and eastern fantasy elements.

Starchild
“It’s life’s illusions I recall. I really don’t know life at all.” from the song, Both Sides Now, by Joni Mitchell Starchild is an adventure novel set within an understanding of reality that is rooted in Eastern spiritual traditions. It takes as its starting point experiments in remote viewing that were genuinely undertaken by the American military in the nineteen-nineties under the name of the Stargate Project. It then imagines how a more advanced attempt to weaponise the capabilities of consciousness might have been developed in the present day.The story then explores how Ultimate Reality might respond to such a threat.Deep, elemental forces thus bring together Samantha Martin and Sahadeva Varma, old colleagues from the Stargate Project, to avert the apocalyptic consequences of this military attempt to weaponise consciousness. This fast-paced story spans genres including romance, action, adventure, science fiction and more. Although this story is based on concepts drawn from established spiritual traditions, these have sometimes been extrapolated to the point of very extreme speculation for the needs of an adventure story.Much of the underlying philosophy, however, as explained in the dharma talks given by Samantha Martin, is paraphrased from the guidance of respected spiritual teachers. Scheduling: Starchild is a previously unpublished novel of one hundred thousand words which was serialised in weekly instalments over twenty-five weeks from 15th November 2021 to the 29th April 2022. Each instalment contains five chapters – an average of approximately four thousand words in each instalment.
