《I Demand It | TAEKOOK✔》Hesitant

Jungkook almost screamed, he was so angry! How could someone dare to do this to him? How dare someone threaten him, make him feel power less. Weak...
V already walked away, he stood by the door. He would protect the king like he promised, he wasn't a liar of a sort. But he had to set his motives straight, the king was not in charge of his life, it was purely the opposite. He needed the King to know this, and fast.
"You!" Jungkook screams."I-i-i I hate you!!" He finishes.
Jungkook felt so angry but everything till the core of his body shook. He couldn't help but feel afraid. But not of the Vampire exactly, it was himself. The king didn't know what was happening to his body. V made him feel emotions the deceased king would kill someone over. He made him feel the uttermost anger, and
"You should rest king, all this shouting and you might just hurt yourself" The vampire chuckles after his own remark.
"Do not mock me!! Thats it!! Our deal is off!" Jungkook shouts.
V suddenly became serious, he could not have this happening. No, he needed to keep this 'job'.
"Our deal isn't over till you pay what's due." The vampire says.
"You aren't going home Reaper!" Jungkook yelled.
The Vampire walked toward the human. He slowly stepped closer to the boy, every step making an eerie creak on the wooden floor. He turned his head sideways slightly, standing closer to the king.
As the Vampire got closer, the king began to step backward. He stopped in the middle of his actions, something left him completely frozen.
V's eyes did not sparkle this time, they were completely a dark scary red. The color of a fresh drop of blood, right in the eyes.

"What did you do-!" Jungkook asks. Not being able to control his frozen body. He couldn't move.
Jungkook held his breath away the vampire appeared before him.
"I am far from a reaper boy." The vampire whispers.
V leaned in to the kings shoulders lightly hovering the outline of the boys neck. His breath tickling the kings nape, as he heard the boys heart beat quicken.
"You smell really good, did you know that?" The vampire asks.
"Y-you said you would not drink any blood" Jungkook mumbles.
"I did, didn't i?" The Vampire sighed, then backing away. He found the boy interesting, he didn't drop dead before V's silent pressure. A power he's used many times on people below him who step out of line. The Vampire wasn't trying to kill him, he was just testing the younger, only for fun and because the king ticked him off.
"Do you fear me king?" The vamp asks
"Yes." Jungkook simply responds.
The Vampire was surprised by the honesty. He knew this of course, but he didn't expect the boy to admit it. Hes heard from others in the containment that all royals were absolutely fearless, that even the children were forced to kill vampires at the youngest age possible. Some of them starting out at 5.
"Why is that? I thought all you royals were absolutely fearless." The vampire taunts.
"Everyone has fear... Besides you don't help." Jungkook responds.
"Meaning?" V questions.
"Your unpredictable, and I hate that I'll never be able to tell what your motives are. I fear what I can't understand beforehand." Jungkook answers.
"For a king, you seem pretty layed back." The vampire says.
"Well most of the Vampires population is down, I have the strongest and well fed kingdom, combining my allies. What else is there for me to do, besides keeping order amongst my people?" Jungkook questioned.

"If that is so... Why do you need me?" V asks.
The Vampire steps forward again, but he stopped. There was a strange wave his body felt, as he got closer to the boy. It made him feel dizzy, almost losing his balance.
"I- Needing you is different, you are the best choice. I want your strength
and power alongside me, so that I do not need eyes in the back of my head." The king says.
"Hmmm... That makes sense, but you do not know my powers." The vampire says.
"I was hoping you would tell me V." Jungkook begs. please just tell me V, I'm desperate....
The vampire smiles at the kings whiney voice in his head. V found the king almost adorable when he acts like a child. Cute.
"I thought our deal was off king." V sings teasingly.
Jungkook scoffed at himself, sensing that mockery in V's voice again. He crossed his arms making a small pout.
"Do not listen to me when I am angry V, I say things I clearly do not mean." Jungkook huffs.
V looked at jungkook weird, he made a face that almost seemed fond, and caring. He put a finger against his lips sighing.
"You remind me of an old friend, he was so stubborn and cute at the same time." V mutters.
The king looked away from the vampires eyes quickly. He did not like that fond look V was giving. He did not feel heat rising up his face at being called cute.
"I am not cute!" Jungkook pouted.
The Vampire laughed loudly for the first time. He made jungkook stop, and look at him.
What's so funny! Jungkook thought.
"Don't be so upset my little kingy wingy." V coos.
The Vampire appeared before jungkooks eyes again, squeezing his face and making cooing noises like he was some baby.
Jungkook smacked the kings hands off, but still found himself bright pink, in embarrassment.
"You- this is not what your job is!" Jungkook says.
"Your funny king, I'm gonna keep you." The vampire decides.
"What the hell are you even saying V!!" Jungkook asks.
The Vampire suddenly stopped laughing, everything went quiet. He hurdled into himself, clutching anything nearby to keep him upright.
"I can't, not right now." V growls.
"Why are you acting so weird?? What's going on?" Jungkook questioned.
The Vampire turned toward the king eyeing him. Jungkook returned a questioning gaze, seeing the vampire so off.
"King.. " The vampire whispers.
Jungkook walked toward V more, only for the vampire to quickly retreat, huffing quietly.
"Wh-" Jungkook begins.
"Just keep your distance for now..." The vampire says quickly.
The vampire closed his eyes for only a few seconds. He smelled a delicious scent invade his nostrils. He opened them to a curious jungkook directly in his face. V was shocked, in reflex he pushed the boy harshly, sending the king flying to the wall across the room.
"Aah!!" Jungkook screams.
Then it hit him, the over powering scent. Its like the lovely scent filled the room. He looked toward the smell, watching jungkook hurdle on the floor in pain. He ran over to the boy, eyes glowing.
There was blood everywhere, the boy's leg was cut.
"I'm so hungry..." The vampire growls.

The General Core {The Sphere}
The life cycle in the Sphere is on the brink of collapse because one of its elements, the Dungeons, have been exploited too much by the mortals. The group who created the Sphere already tried and failed with several modifications, because the original computer-like dungeon cores are too inflexible to handle changing approaches. So they try another type of solution – taking souls from other worlds to try to find a solution before the Sphere Cycle breaks down completely. The General was one of the best soldiers of his world, rising from the ranks of a private through Officer School to the highest command with honors. But when his world faced a zombie apocalypse, even that was not enough and he had to make the ultimate sacrifice. Now he is asked for a repeat performance of planning and controlling a dungeon and its spawns in a world that he knows nothing about… But what is the Sphere really? What is that [Xenotic conversion] he has to go through to even enter the Sphere? Something is really strange and he will have to find out what is going on to get to his promised rewards – whatever they will be. Being a soul in a dungeon core means that the General has better chances of finding hints to the truth about the sphere – a knowledge that would help him survive. And no, the sphere is NOT a virtual reality – the key to its secrets is the place where it was physically constructed (Author’s hint). This is a dungeon core story - but there are quite a number of things that I will do differently than common to those stories. 1) I will describe the floors when they are explored, NOT when they are build. Yes, that will mean it will take longer to get to those parts - but I think describing floors both when they are build and when they are explored destroys quite a lot of chances for suspense when adventurers enter the dungeon. After all, if you as the reader already know where the traps are, then you can't really be surprised when the surfacers encounter them. 2) How the world works (and how not) is an integral part of the story, so it will be explained I'm a world-builder first and the Sphere is NOT a regular world (as hinted in the synopsis above). Things will work differently than in your 08/15 default dungeon core stories - as the General and Gunny have already learned in the second arc (and more of that is already scheduled for the next weeks (July/Aug 2019) when the Sky Arrows continue to explore and evaluate that strange dungeon) If you don't like these premises, then I'm sure you'll find a lot of other Dungeon Core stories more to your liking. But if you are interested in more than "Dungeon builds another room and corridor in medieval earth" and are not afraid of a longer and slower story, then go on. I have two more stories in the Sphere, although they both have lower priority than this one: Shaleen the Wanderer (Adventurer, NSFW) (currently on hold after some chapters) Info's on the Sphere (System Docu and Short Stories) (irregular updates when needed) Current Status reports have been moved to a new discord server: https://discord.gg/EaHkXCfm9y
