Taehyung held Jungkook with a firm grip not thinking about letting go. He places his head on jungkooks shoulder a small amount feeling dizzy. He lifted his head back up quickly hearing other vampires notice the human. They smell you. He growls.
"There are hungry....Vampires here...
They can smell you."
He whispers harshly, practically spitting the words into Jungkooks ear. He desperately needs to growl in fury with the idiotic behaviour of the human. One masochistic being, what exactly was that brat planning?
"Let them come then, my gua-" Jungkook begins.
"What the hell can they do!!? A predator is 10 times stronger when going after prey.. Its always like this." The vampire interrupts. How much worse could this get? What the hell did they teach humans now? That they're invincible? They need to learn fast that human guards are still human. Humans trying to fight hungry vampires, that was almost an insult.
Jungkook looked up at the male, he didn't really care. In his mind he was untouchable, no one dared to touch the King and if so they'd be dead. Stupid blood suckers. Always thinking they're so entitled to everything. In reality those beast own nothing.
"Get this into your thick skull human. Adrenaline and the anticipation to eat." The vampire snarls.
"If they're hungry, shouldn't they be weak?" Jungkook asks curiously.
"When your starving your brain doesn't work, you become an animal. All you can think about is your next meal. Wouldn't you fight if you didn't know when your next meal was and food's right there?" The vampire says.
Jungkook listens, though vamps were disgusting. He couldn't say he was not a little curious, he wanted to know things that he didn't, and that was just how he always felt. Curiosity always turned out to be an enemy.
"Why not kill us off, if you're all so powerful." Jungkook scoffs.

The Blood sucker laughed at the human, looking at him sideways. The human was more idiotic than he thought. All those shiny, golden metals are just a bright show to blind everyone from the stupidity beneath it. Humans. Oh, how he despised the little creatures. So easily killed. So easily bred. It's more of them by the day, growing and breeding left and right. When will they learn? More food either way.
"Would you kill off your only food source? I mean I wouldn't expect you to understand. Humans have new types food options everyday. Just imagine living off of just 1 thing, only 1.... " The vampire questions.
Jungkook moved his bloody hand up to the vampire. The other held his breath just a small bit.
"You seem to have a good amount of control blood sucker" The young king chuckles. He's got to tempt the vampire more. There are ways. He would have the vamp begging. Pleading. Wanting more.
"Well I'm not hungry." The vampire replies.
"What?" Jungkook asked, shocked of the answer. He wasn't convinced. No way that blood sucker wasn't hungry. All vamps would take more blood, even if their body's were bloated with it.
"A hungry vampire means lack of control. Control means we don't suck humans dry, because sucking humans dry would mean extinction. If humans are extinct we have no food, it's simple." The vampire finishes.
"So a food chain?" Jungkook mutters questioningly.
Jungkook really wanted to learn things. He needed to understand them more. If he found all weaknesses and strengths he could make then his permanent slaves. He could use then for things humans would take years to do.
"No, a food chain is different, humans don't use or need us. We feed from them, we use humans there's no circle its just.... take" The vampire says.
Jungkook formed an 'oh' with his mouth. He was being pretty understanding considering the circumstances. "But, humans-in a way-need vamps. As power sources. For a bargain. Deals to strengthen ones kingdom."

"Humans don't need vampires. They want vampires. Their power. Their loyalty. Their every source of strength to help themselves. Humans are selfish and blinded with the need to become better than the rest. When they will always remain at the bottom of our foodchain."
Jungkook takes a moment to process everything. For a moment it was if that vampire knew what his exact motives were. Or maybe the vampire just assumed all humans were the same. He continued reaching his hand forward. Tempting with his beautiful blood.
The Vampire felt his throat scream for the blood still dripping from the boy. He hadn't drink any for a long time now and the boy makes it so hard. He held his throat slightly, trying to cut of his smell and air supply.
"What's wrong, thirsty?" Jungkook teased.
The Vampire felt trapped in the others scent. While the human waved his arm around trying to draw the vamp in, he heard another person coming. He could smell it wasn't human and was coming fast.
The blood sucker quickly pulled Jungkook to himself, sending waves of his scent unto Jungkook. He smothered the boy with his scent smearing some of the kings blood on himself as well.
"Wh-" Jungkook begins, startled.
"Be quiet, don't let them see your face human." The vampire whispers.
"You don't te-" Jungkook begins, once more.
There was 2 other Vampires coming in the room stalking there prey right ahead. They immediately set their eyes on the unfamiliar human. As if they knew. They couldn't smell him mostly as the vampire mixed their scents. They still could tell. They were hungry and all their scenes are heightened.
"We see food, share!" An unknown vampire snarls.
"He's mine. I'll kill you if you dare try." The vampire says back, threatening but never raised his voice. Deep growls were rumbled through his chest. Possessive.
Jungkook looked at the Vampire, not really liking the ownership type thing.
The Vampire growls toward the 2. One of the two curls into themself, while the other still wouldn't back down.
"THATS NOT FAIR!! were hungry too!! You will share V." The other screams out desperately.
Jungkook looked at the Vampire. V? Is this your name Blood sucker?
"Step away." The vampire warns.
"I'm going to eat!" The other threatens.
"I'll rip your fucking head off before you try." The vampire hisses back.
The King witnessed V's anger for the first time. He didn't enjoy the look at all, he felt weird in his gut.
The other Vampire walked towards Jungkook. Standing in a position ready to pounce. Before the Vampire could grab him out of the shadows, V gripped the Vamps arms twisting them oddly, he bit into the guys neck twisting, and ripping his head off.
There were sounds Jungkook didn't feel like stomaching. Crunching and screams of bloody murder. Tearing of flesh. He never knew such a sound could exist.
He saw a murder before him, it was so simple. The male was killed within seconds just like V said. Will you kill me to V?
The Vampire grabs the humans arm suddenly. He rips his shirt and began wrapping the king up tightly.
"I wont do that" The vampire replies lightly. The shift in tone was odd. Compared to what he had been before.
"What?" Jungkook questioned. His mind foggy from what he has just witnessed.
"I couldn't kill you.....
I think I've grown pretty fond of you human" The vampire chuckles.

Mage Among Superheroes
Turlough is a mage. He also happens to be an orc, generally lauded as being less intelligent than humans. He was unfortunately born with the Curse of the Barbarian, meaning that he can’t level up except through combat- which greatly hinders his ability to show he can be a proper mage. In a world with necromancers, dragons, invading armies, and all sorts of other monsters he would still be able to advance quickly, but unfortuantely… that world is not his world. An unprecedented peace reigns across the land, and in the last several decades there’s been little use for people capable of fighting- and thus little reason for people to fight him. So when he sees a portal in his master’s study he takes it, hoping to find a horde of demons or something equally foolish to combat at low level. But instead he ends up in a strange city full of skyscrapers and people running around in colorful outfits. Superheroes- and of course supervillains as well. What dangers and opportunities could await him in such a strange and unfamiliar world? Only time will tell. Inspired by many things in the superhero genre, and Super Minion specifically- though while the setting will share some standard elements, it is an original setting that will hopefully be as engaging as many of the other universes. Schedule: One chapter each Monday/Thursday, approx. 2000 words.
