The plants rustled, the birds flew from their resting place in fear, her soft paws landed on the forest floor with stealth, her whiskers twitched with excitement, this was the first time she had actually tried hunting in the forest and not in her own backyard, and she loved it. The twenty dozen smells were so fresh, it was hard not to lose focus. But there was scent that she knew would stop at nothing to get to her, but it didn’t matter, if it were danger…she was undefeatable, if it were a happy and exciting, she would just cherish it. His eyes gleamed in the dark, tonight the forest was acquainted with an unfamiliar scent, his nose picked it up quite quickly, it was alluring almost drawing everything to it, but it said that you should be more wary of it, than anything else. He knew that it would be dangerous to seek the scent to its owner, but it just excited him more. He would stop at nothing to get to it. This is a story about a teen girl and a teen boy, but these two were gifted with extraordinary powers. They’re families were good friends, but if a seedling of doubt were dropped in between, would they go against each other? Would our dear leads stay together and ignore the seedling of doubt? Will their relationship as friends stay like that, bud into a rose, deeper than ever or rot like an apple and make them enemies?

Used as pawn in the game of gods, follow Roy as he makes his own army of life long 'friends'. He who has no one, makes his own. *Contains Small amount of Cursing and What you'd expect after being attacked by a wolf with sharp iron teeth... so PG-16 (No 'mature' things) -Romance is very late in the fiction as he starts as a baby. How can you start a relationship as a baby? Don't answer. You just can't -----Hey everyone. INFO here (I-f N-ot F-or O-ne) I always wanted to post my own fiction, especially one with summoning Golems! Just as a warning for everyone I basically failed English (70% is a fail for me) I do not type most of this on my Phone anymore! Most of the typing and editing done on my laptop. They know their path to be the righteous one. One to roam the land, hunting for all apparitions, and be scorned by man and beast alike. They know their path to be an arduous one. One to wander the realm in search of power, to protect themselves and what they believe in. They know their path to be the only one. Writers note: The first chapter will set the standard in terms of mood for the remainder of the story. It also comes to no surprise to me that half the people who read the first part stop reading any further. It has quite a bit of the good ‘ol ‘ultra-violence’ mixed with a great deal of realism. As much as I could fit into it from my own knowledge and experience in the elite forces. The first few chapters will be slow, after, but starting from ‘Restless Destroyer’ the remainder of the world will start to open up, and when we hit ‘Adronitis’ the prologue is largely finished. The novel is well thought out and filled with hidden lore, culture, history. So even if my word choice appears random – it’s not. There is a reason why these chapters take as long as they do. Vermodalen is fantasy adventure, with magic and heroics in an as realistic setting as I could fit. Things are rarely what they seem, and the ugly nature of people bleed through the letters at the turn of every page. I hope you can give this story a fair chance, even if it isn’t immediately to your taste. Lastly, english isn't my first language. It isn't my second one either. So, if you find errors in grammer and spelling, wordplay and sentance building, do let me know, and you will be rewarded by a surge of dopamine that will be released inside your brain for helping someone whom you haven't even seen or heard.

Suddenly on a normal day of one his random jobs, beings that supposedly are Legends, comes to him for help, to prevent dark unknown history. Will he take it to help them out?
