What? Sis? She's their sister?
"Y/N, you're her sister?"
Y/n sighs and stands up.
"Step-sister. But it's true. I'm their older sister."
"Y/N! So you are on a team with them. Who would've thought! Who's this? Your other teammate?"
"Shilial, Lilial. Right. This is my other teammate, Urek."
The blonde one, Lilial, comes over and starts to 'inspect me'.
"He doesn't look very strong. Which family is he from? I've never seen him before."
It was very nerve wracking to have a person like her just circle around you. It was like she was some sort of shark and I was a hopeless fish. Y/N glanced at me and clapped her hands together.
"Now now Lilial. I never gave you permission to circle around him like that. You're making him uncomfortable."
Y/N lifts me up and charges at the throne.
"You girls are way too easily distracted."
Ara was standing next to us with the crown in her hand. Y/N set me down and Ara handed me the crown. I took a look at it and took it. I place it on my head.
"What! Not fair! I thought you were our sister! How could you ever betray us like that." Lilial whines.
At this moment I definitely realized that Lilial acted much like a kid.
Ara comes forward and replies. "Betray? She was never your sister anyways. You aren't even worthy of calling her a sister."
Although me and Ara don't get along very well, she had pretty good points.
"Shut up! Don't even talk to us! You aren't even a princess!"
Before the fight could get worse, the box stopped the fight and ended the round.
"The second round is now over! This round's winner is the team of Y/N, Ara, And Urek!"

"Ugh! We should've chosen a better teammate!"
The twins drags their teammate back to their room.
Ara flips her hair back. "Hmph. Serves them right!"
"Now now. Don't be so mean. They're only children."
:::ara:::
I get it. They were only children and that they would soon grow up to be better, but come on! Take a look at Maschenny.
She used to be a cool person but now, I feel like she's worse! After becoming a ranker she's changed quite a lot.
I turn around and look at Urek. He was an odd person. He looks ordinary and not very strong. Yet he's not even scared of Y/N. Maybe he's a person I should keep an eye on.
"Ara? Is there a problem?" Urek sways his hand side to side in my face.
I shake my head and look forward.
Get your head straight Ara! Don't let some random boy get to you. You're here for Y/N and no one else.

Abnormal
Millie is a 17 years old girl, she attended Peri high, an Unordinary school in an Unordinary world. Where almost everyone is born with a quirk and a rank, but not everyone, 0.004% of the population are cripples, a non magic folk, kinda like muggle in Harry Potter. Peri High is a popular school known for their powerful students and...where high tiers look down on low tiers, thinking they're better with a higher level and more important (It's actually really normal in this city) Millie kept herself on low profile, lying about her quirk and rank, she pretended to be a cripple, wanting to make real friends who doesn't care about her rank and quirk. While hiding a dark secret, trying to hide and forget her past, she stayed hidden. A new kind of Unordinary.
8 72The New Guild Master
** Dropped ** I may or may not return to complete this, as I'm currently focusing my efforts on other projects. ** Tristan fell into another world. Literally. Flat on his face. It hurt really bad. Now a cute Elven princess is depending on him to be her 'knight in shining armor'. With no memories of his past life, no cheat skills, and no talent to speak of, the life of a hero in this dark fantasy world seems impossible. So he settles for the next best thing: being a guild master. You know what they say, 'those who can't do, teach'. And the role of armchair general is much more his style and a lot less risky. Unscrupulous friends, helpful enemies, resentful fans and generous rivals- all are pawns in Tristan's epic quest to become the world's greatest guild master!
8 173Curse of the Immortal
"You can't tell me what pain is and what it's not. I've lived for thousands of years searching for her, longing for her smile, her touch. Waking up each morning not knowing where to go, where to look, but still holding on to that hope. That someday I will find her again, to make her happy and protect her from harm." Tears started to well up in his eyes as his voice became coarse. "Only to find out that in the end, I've already found her and yet I've caused her death... again." He knew that she died to protect the people she cared about... He wasn't powerful enough to break the chains that bound his life... "I may not be her nor will I ever be, but you are the reason why I am still living." she was just a normal girl of the 21st century, but due to her soul, she was tasked to maintain the balance of the realms. Will she be able to fulfill her duty even if it means putting an end to the immortal?
8 211Cutting to Life: an NPC LitRPG (Battle Royale)
Nikola is an NPC in The World of Wills, a video game where players can feel sensations as if they were truly there. She leads a life of bloodshed and murder - that is, until one day she wakes up sapient. Just as she begins thinking real, non-scripted thoughts and making connections, she and the players in the game are told that if they die in the game, they die in real life - and it's time to get killing. But what of Nikola, the emerging AI consciousness? How does she win in a game that can only end in her being wiped from existence at the end of it all? - Updates Mondays and Fridays. Cutting to Life is a slow-burn LitRPG with a villainous (later anti-hero, or maybe still villainous, haha) female lead. It's told from the perspective of Nikola, an NPC within the World of Wills who's become sapient and is now mysteriously able to play the game as a PC. It's quite light for a LitRPG, but the system and stats become more of a focus later when Nikola herself can access them. The story gradually builds into a Battle Royale where the players' lives are on the line (if you die in the game, you die in real life), and only one party of savvy adventurers can win. They'll have to spend their time and stats wisely as dungeons promising rare gear float down from the sky - but is a legendary sword worth killing someone for, knowing they'll stay dead forever? - This story is told in third person, past tense.- This is a slow-burn LitRPG that spends a lot of time establishing its setting and characters, because I believe this will make for a better payoff in the end. As such, the Battle Royale doesn't start until chapter 30 or so.- Chapters are anywhere between 800 words and 3000 words long.- Book cover by Vixeona.Cutting to Life is also being posted on SPB and Scribble Hub.Thank you sincerely for reading.
8 186The Fine and Wholesome Activity of Chasing Shadows
A group of strangers gather in a ruined church. Each one chased a different rumor to find a mysterious storyteller. His stories begin while the moon hangs high and end just before dawn. Every tale features the supernatural but these stories are unexpectedly human. So yea, it's a series of interconnected short stories. This is my first time writing publicly like this so I'd love to hear some comments and criticism.
8 191Lose Myself
WAS #2 in Romance. -- He's got a secret, she's got a secret. But is it the same secret? Amara Ackerman is an interior designer who just wants to live her life, she doesn't want to get married and she doesn't need a boyfriend. To her it's just better if everyone kept their distance, pulling people in was never her style. Dominic Vitiello is just the average rich, handsome guy with tons of connections and plenty of places to be. When he takes the time out to persue her, he discovers something unexpected and it's far from disappointing. The two cross paths in the most convinient way, how does their relationship go from being strictly work to strictly personal? Neither of them can say, but I can say it's a pretty interesting story.
