- Separated by the Waves and Light -
"I was just going to leave quietly but I didn't think that you would all be here! It's as if you're praying for me to kill you!"
"Thinking? Didn't know that a tin can could think!" Charlotte shouted, offending Karaka on purpose.
He began to use his skill and shouted, "If death is your dream then I'll make it come true!!"
"You little--"
Yuri began to fly upwards using Shinsu and then countered Karaka's attack. The impact from their first attacks affected the regulars as it was hard for Khun to control his balance and the other lighthouses. Yura was taking this chance to run away.
"How are you still alive?! I was sure I killed you!"
"I don't know. Maybe I'm an Immortal God."
"The hell with the Immortal God!" Charlotte shouted from below. "It has something to do with his ability! Though I can't remember what that ability is, but as long as he keeps using that skill, it won't be easy to defeat him!!"
"Mind your own business, Nox!"
Nathan helped Charlotte to block that one attack from Karaka with Shinsu since he was a Wave Controller.
"You are quite bold to offend a slayer" said Nathan.
"He already hates me. There is nothing wrong offending him again" Charlotte replied.
Karaka who noticed Yura and was certain that Rachel and White were both in her luggage decided to bring them with him to the Floor of Death while Yuri was having a small problem with controlling her Shinsu since they were near with the Floor of Death, a place without administrator.
"Jue Viole Grace. you can't fool me just by changing your hairstyle. You and Nox are coming with me too."
He wanted to take both Nox and Viole with him but the twins won't let that happen easily. With the Shinsu Black- Hole Sphere that they have trained for two months, they used that skill to destroy Karaka's skill. With the help of Evan, the silver haired guide, they succeed and were safe as Karaka left without them.
But when Evan saw that there was something absorbing Karaka's Shinsu, his face turned dark immediately.
Knowing that the Shinsu was from the twins, he began to wonder what on earth they have been practicing for these two months? The strange Shinsu that absorbed others....what on earth was that? Just few years ago, not even ten years when they first met each other, they looked so innocent and adorable. They used to be the people who knew nothing about tower and fighting but within eight years, they began to show their fangs and their power. They have been raising dangerous monsters that might be their biggest threat in the future.
Now that the enemies were gone, they had to go to the Floor of Death.
Being sick with Boro who kept complaining and saying that he couldn't bring himself to jump, Sachi kicked him from the blue lighthouse, where Boro was standing.
Charlotte jumped along with Khun and Bam into the red liquid. In the red liquid, surprisingly, Charlotte didn't feel any coldness at all....even when the Floor of Death sounded like a lifeless and cold place.
She felt.....warm.
Meanwhile, Bam felt that he had just returned to a place that he once lived for a long time. Just like Charlotte who found that place calm and quiet, Bam also felt the same. But he also saw a light. He saw a light in the red liquid, something that the others didn't see, not even Charlotte.
He swam towards the light.
Charlotte and Hockney who noticed that followed him for different reasons. Charlotte followed him since she knew what she'll get by following Bam....and Bam was her brother while Hockney knew that if Bam went to a different direction, Bam will end up in a different path and separated from the others. It was dangerous to be alone in the home of the dead.
"HEY!! SNAP OUT OF IT! YOU CAN'T GO THAT WAY!" Hockney shouted. "COME BACK!"
But none of the twins were listening.
"HEY!"
A second later, there was a strong wave driving them away from their comrades. The three of them, Charlotte, Bam and Hockney went to separate ways. Funny how the wave didn't drag the others as well.
"AHHH!!"
"Charlotte! Bam!"
Khun reached out his hand and without even thinking, he knew that he should follow the two of them. Yuri was also surprised to see the three of them were dragged by the wave into a different path.
"I can really never take my eyes of you, kids!!" she said and was about to use Shinsu.
By the time that nothing happened, Yuri could feel that she couldn't use Shinsu at all in this Floor of Death. She was shocked.
"DAMN IT--"
Khun was about to follow them if Sachi didn't hold his ankle and stopped him.
"There is no way for us to grab them! The important thing is now we should stay together!" Sachi reminded him. "The situation will only get worse if we get separated from you here!!"
Khun gritted his teeth.
"Relax, my beloved brother" Altaira spoke up nonchalantly. "This is the path that they should take, especially for Bam. Do you think Charlotte will follow him and let him go to a path that she knew is dangerous?"
Khun found his words were right.
If it was indeed their path, then he couldn't stop them and shouldn't stop them. Charlotte was a clairvoyant. She must have known what was waiting for them on the path that they were taking. Knowing this, he felt a bit calm. But he still didn't enjoy being separated from the twins.
"I'm going to use Bong Bong--"
"Don't force yourself" Altaira cut Endorsi's words. "You know that the item of yours won't work here. In fact, Shinsu doesn't work here for awhile. Save yourself the breath."
"How can you be so calm when we are separated?!" Endorsi asked him in annoyance.
"It's because I'm smart. And since I'm smart, I could tell that the path that they're taking is safe since Charlotte won't let Bam walk on a dangerous path. How could you possibly not notice such a simple fact?" He asked calmly.
When he heard some noises, he knew what was coming to hit them and glanced at the others.
The wave that was going to bring them to another place had came.
"Oh, our train has come."
"What train-- Ahhh!!"
The wave carried them to somewhere else, separated from Hockney, Bam and Charlotte.
Meanwhile, in the middle of the strong wave, Charlotte tried to catch her brother's hand and grabbed Hockney's hand. In this way, she was sure that they won't be separated. There was no use in calling Bam's name since he was actually unconscious.
It was hard to look when the red liquid was moving real fast and dragging them to somewhere else. She also felt that her arms were going to be pulled from her body from two directions. It was kind of hard to hold the two men together to stay together with them and not to get separated.

As for the huge companion, they were carried by the wave and reached somewhere where they could find a bridge. But the wave didn't deliver them to the bridge or the ground. Instead, it disappeared and left them falling from the air. Yuri had to use Shinsu and formed a Shinsu Bubble to prevent them from falling.
The Shinsu finally worked.
They landed on the ground safe and sound after riding the wave.
"So, Charlotte and Bam are separated with that Hockney, huh?" Celeste asked Altaira.
"Obviously" Altaira answered.
"I'm not sure it's a good thing or not that Bam and Charlotte ended up with Hockney" said Khun.
"Well....there is a high chance that Rachel may try to control him with Emily....." Sachi agreed.
"And there is also a high chance that he might take care those two" Altaira disagreed. "Mind you, he comes from the Floor of Death. He must have known this place better than us. And the twins have the ability to make the others like them right?"
Noah and Khun thought that the said ability of the twins sounded like a trouble. But they spoke nothing of it.
"Hey, you guys. Haven't you noticed that there are two people missing?" Endorsi asked.
"What...?"
"Hwaryun, that girl and Raisin disappeared" she answered.
After a moment of silent, they were shocked.
"WHAT?!"
"T- THEY'RE MISSING?!"
"IT'S TRUE!"
"Maybe the two of them planned the whole thing knowing that the twins will head to different direction?" Endorsi asked.
"Well....it's possible since she is a guide...." Khun agreed.
"No way" Estrella disagreed and crossed her arms and formed X. "Hwaryun might do that, but Raisin won't! He is too stupid for that!"
"......."
It was even more believable for them if Raisin left them since he was smart and a guide rather than Raisin was being dragged away by accident since he was stupid.
"Altaira, you believe in Raisin right?!" Estrella turned her head and looked at Altaira.
"Of course I believe in him" Altaira answered straightforwardly with a straight face and tilted his head a bit. Estrella smiled brightly when she heard that but her smile immediately disappeared when Altaira added a few words. "If that rascal dares to betray me......heh, I'll make sure that his life would be filled with endless misery."
Her smile faded and was replaced with a shocked expression. Altaira himself was smirking rather viciously.
"Ah~ imagining the desperate and miserable face of a traitor is indeed enjoyable~"
"Celeste....." Estrella turned her head at the only one who could stop Altaira, Celeste.
Celeste believed in Raisin, of course. But to tease Estrella a bit and to satisfy her boyfriend, she purposely responded, "Don't go overboard on him later on."
She used to be straightforward. Teasing someone like this wasn't really her style. Perhaps she had picked some things from Altaira and Charlotte. They teased and offended people whenever they had a chance. It wasn't a bad thing though.
But for Estrella who had some faith in Celeste, her last hope flickered.
'R- Raisin, you better not betray them like Hwaryun......only I could torment you! Not anyone else!'
But according to Evan, there was no way that guides could read path in this Floor of Death. Just like Yuri who couldn't use Shinsu normally, there was a slim chance that guides could read paths in this floor.
But that didn't stop them from getting inside the Floor of Death. They have entered the home of the dead and their comrades were separated from them. This place was the place that they wanted to go so bad that they even had an argument and nearly destroyed each other with Shibisu's team. To go to this place, they lost Ehwa, Rak and the swordsman. There was no turning back.
"OOHH--"
All of them could listen to the strange sound like a beast that was howling.
"What the hell.......?" The howl that Estrella heard made her shiver. She had an ominous feeling.
Celeste put on her guard and pulled out her sword, ready to fight with whatever inside the cave since whatever rested inside the cave was now walking towards them.
≪ ◦ ❖ ◦ ≫
After arrived in somewhere else, Bam was still unconscious. He fainted and has yet to wake up, different with Charlotte and Hockney who were perfectly fine.
'The place that is created by the body of the dead administrator...' Charlotte turned her head and looked around.
Has an administrator always this big? There were lots of creatures living inside his body, making it appear as if that this body was a whole different world, the world that Zahard forbid them to come and an isolated place that didn't have a single contact with the outside world.
'Well, Zahard has hated us from the beginning. Either we come to this place or not, he'll never stop trying to torment and kill us. He doesn't want us to shake his little empire.'
"....we ended up getting separated from the others...well, we caught up in such a powerful current. I'm having hard time adjusting since I haven't been here in ages" said Hockney. He then mumbled some words, "If we end up running to a gatekeeper like this....."
"Then let's fight" Charlotte finished his words nonchalantly. She could hear his words clearly.
Charlotte tried to use her bracelet to summon her fan again. She did like what she was taught, concentrate. There was some purple wisp coming out from her bracelet and her fan. Her fan landed on her right palm.
"....what is that?" Hockney asked, feeling rather curious.
"Ah, storage bracelet" Charlotte honestly answered. "It helps me store my stuffs inside."
"I see....."
Charlotte then tied her long brown hair into a ponytail and then took one step forward. Her golden eyes looked around, waiting for someone or something to appear.
'He should have been here right now.....'
CLANG--
There was a loud noise and when they turned their heads around, they were faced by a big creature with red eyes and many legs. The creature was holding a weapon and destroyed a wall near them. The wall that has been destroyed fell and Charlotte who knew who came had her lips curled into a smirk.
"It's been ages since an outsider has turned up here so I came to see who it is!" said a male voice coming from the creature. "This is such a surprise!!What are you doing back here?!Hockney!!"
